Always a fan of their coffee. Nice ambiance but easily gets crowded so be sure to arrive early. Serves good food but sometimes it takes to long to arrive.

Rau-Ram is consistently good. Braised beef is so tender, same as pork belly. Pomelo salad for starters is refreshingly good. Crispy chicken with fried rice is πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ then pho bo is also great and big enough for a large group. Top it all off with Vietnamese drip coffee poured over ice-filled glass β˜•οΈ+ 🧊 = πŸ₯ƒ

Been hearing tons of good reviews from this place and decided to check it out so we got delivery. My expectations were a bit high and I was sorely disappointed. Maybe their food doesn't travel well but despite heating it, the flavors were all wrong. Pho soup tasted like boiled beef with none of the authentic vietnamese flavors and noodles were quite soggy. Braised beef and curry were ok, nothing great. Pomelo salad would have been good but the beef that came with it was too sweet. Sadly, not worth a revisit.

The food tastes great! especially the tamarind chicken!😍 The ambience is even better. Good quality service from the staffs. The downside is just the location because it's a bit secluded but overall it's worth it to eat here! πŸ₯°

(Translated by Google) Very good taste. The amount is enormous. If you go two, you can do something different with one rice noodle. You may die. (Original) 극물맛이 μ•„μ£Όμ’‹μŒ. 양이 μ–΄λ§ˆμ–΄λ§ˆν•¨.λ‘˜μ΄κ°€λ©΄ μŒ€κ΅μˆ˜ν•˜λ‚˜μ— λ‹€λ₯Έκ±°ν•˜λ‚˜ μ‹œν‚€λ©΄λ μ •λ„μž„.λ¨Ήλ‹€ μ£½μ„μˆ˜λ„μžˆμŒ.

Since my last review (unsuccessful visit), I’m back to try the only Vietnamese restaurant in town. I’m glad they’re still open despite the pandemic. Ambience is good especially at night, place is clean, service is quite fast and staff seems to know what they’re doing. The food that we had are not bad, but the noodles although it’s ok, is a little bit bland. I’m giving them a four star this time only because the place is not so handicapped friendly. Not bad for my second review, I will be back.

Solid Vietnamese, Malaysian, and Indonesian food. The prices were also really affordable considering the quality of the food. Must try: Vietnamese Coffee and Pork in Coconut Sauce.

Beautiful ambience, yummy food, accomodating workfolk and very affordable prices. Definitely worth the place to eat if you want something fancy and are on a budget. A bit hard to find if you won't be using your GPS to find the place Albeit the good stuff, the only peeve I had was even though I kept contacting and even sent the details, they didn't list in my reservation. Other than that good place would recommend and eat there again. 4.5/5

Food was amazing and very healthy servings. Highly recommend this place. The chicken and rice was super crispy and moist and the pho salad was spectacular, little spice and delicious fragrant flavours. The price is just right!

Satisfying authentic Vietnamese food at reasonable prices. Better reserve a table to secure a spot because it gets packed especially during lunch and dinner.

Honestly, this isn't the worst Vietnamese restaurant I've been to in the Philippines... it's the second worst. The food is expensive and far below average. The Bun is basically just noodles - lettuce, veggies and meat are barely there as though they can't afford to give you what you paid for, sad. And peanut sauce will cost extra.

Best tasting Vietnamese menu in the city! There are vege options as well for the vegans. Chicken is so good that the kids keep coming back.

The place was full when we visit and it’s a sign that the place is good. First time coming here and it did not disappoint. The food tasted good and surprisingly the prices are very budget friendly compared to other vietnamese restos. Service was fast too. Just a few observations, the pho was not that hot when it was served. The rice noodles was has a bit sandy texture when you chew, this is just my personal preference. Overall it was good. A must try place if you like to try Vietnamese Cuisine.

Rau Ram's is one of my favorite restaurants here in Bacolod. Their food is simply amazing, featuring fresh ingredients and bold flavors that transport you straight to Vietnam. Their pho and banh mi are particularly noteworthy, but make sure not to miss out on their spicy Balot - it's a must-try! Although I don't have a picture of it here, trust me, it's worth it. While the staff is generally friendly, I have noticed some inconsistency in their service. The price range is reasonable and falls within an acceptable range. However, it's important to note that the restaurant is not air-conditioned, so don't expect too much in terms of ambiance. Overall, Rau Ram's is a hidden gem in Bacolod that is definitely worth a visit."

  • 4/5 gary m. 9 months ago on Google
Even Rau-Ram's location was not in the center of the city, people still come to taste their delicious vietnamese cuisine. There something in their foods that you can not feel the "UMAY" or "SUM-OD" thing in our local language. You keep on sipping the soup and eat the foods they served and one thing more the coffee...its richness...taste great! he he he he!

  • 3/5 Robern C. 8 months ago on Google
I thought the food would be great because it was highly rated but I was just disappointed. The pho's broth is so dark like it has mud in it. Authentic phos should have clear or semi clear broth, which is disappointing that I ordered this in an "authentic" vietnamese restaurant. The 'tawge' has still roots attached to it. The spare ribs tasted like it was marinated in a sweet bbq sauce that can be purchased in a grocery. The fried chicken was nice tho and the service is great. If you just want to eat food with great service this place is a go to but if you want to experience authentic vietnamese cuisine then you should look for something else

I think it is delicious but not 10/10 I will give only 6 or 7. Bread is the best of all (I forgot the name). They should give more vegetables (or we can ask I don't know). Others are simple not wow only bread good.

The Pho is not that authentic anymore. First time I went was average. It has some authentic ingridients but not close to what I used to experience and have tried outside. I guess I am taking this out in my wish list and see other menus to see for myself.

Personally, Rau-Ram is at the top of the worthy restaurants in Bacolod. Vietnamese food as it should be. Quality is consistent and servings are more than enough. Price is mid-range and affordable; it’s actually cheap for the great quality of food served! Definitely worth going back again and again. Service is spot-on. Servers are prompt, attentive (they refill your water when necessary) and approachable. Worth a five-star rating. πŸ˜„
