Service was good, and the food servings were big. A suggestion: restaurant customers should be treated to a free tour of the 'castle' instead of making them pay an extra 50 pesos. Kung pwede lang naman.

Old house with tower to oversee previous hacienda of the Family Guanzons. House needs better restoration & preservation from tourism & gov't....

Food was good, only downside is there are a lot of flies inside their cafe (annoying tbh)

The cafe and food inside is ok. However, upon entering the premise of the castle for a tour, there are food waste under the stairs which is so gross. I hope they will consider placing it in a right place

Needs improvement on their menu, but nice place to have a coffee break. Fresh air and great to unwind.

There's antiquity, serenity and the place is good for photography. Especially the long table, where you can be a king sitting at the end of it. There's an entrance fee if you only want to take pictures or enter the premise. Though it is refunded once you order something in their restaurant. Food is not student-budget friendly, but the place is suitable for those who want to study or chill in peace.

Well, not so much around the place except for the museum full of antiques. The kampana castle was a bit eerie perhaps, it may be because we went there in the afternoon going evening. But overall, it's a wonderful experience especially for first timers. Also, they have a cafe beside the entrance, and their price is quite reasonable.

Accesibility: it is just along the highway going to murcia so driving there using private vehicle is easy... Parking area: they have an alloted space beside the resto. Food: food is good. Other activities: pay 50 and you can enter their castle at the back of the restaurant. A little bit historic and just a little bit eerie.

Did not try the cafe but went to explore the renovated "castle" at the back. The ground floor was filled with antiques and memorabilias and nothing much to see. Still on their soft opening, better to visit after a few months when the castle's other floors are ready to welcome guests.

The first thing that will capture you is not the Cafe (food and refreshments) but the architecture.upon entering the entrance the 7-storey castle and a playground will greet you with pride. You will feel like you were transformed in another era as there were Greek mythology statues and sculpture. The castle housed so many antique items and furnitures of the Guanzon family way back in 70s. Very accommodating staff will guide you during the tour floor by floor but you should be careful because the stairs are quite steep and narrow. Ventilation is also a problem so you should bring something to help you out

Still on its soft opening today January 17 but it promises of a cool hangout at probably the only old castle here in Bacolod. It always has been a mystery to me what's in there whenever we'd drive past by it. Now it has opened its doors to the public. Don't want to be a spoiler. Find out for yourself.

I am glad that they renovated this castle to a cafe musuem park, good cofe and food, chill place and very friendly staff. Good and fast service. You will be amaze by the antiques still improving and soon to one of the attraction here in negros. Cheers Kapana

(Translated by Google) Below average restaurant with a castle garden, there are only 3 parking spaces available. For 499 pesos, the quality and quantity is poor. It doesn't taste good and looks inferior. (Original) Unterdurchschnittliche Restaurant mit einem Burggarten, es sind auch nur 3 Parkplätze vorhanden. Für 499 Peso ist die Qualität und Qantität schlecht. Es schmeckt nicht und sieht minderwertig aus.

Not much to do around here. The museum-ish building displays some interesting antiques. Kudos to the dog though. Scary yet friendly.

Coffee is good, but food is poor quality. Strangest interpretation of Pad Thai I’ve ever seen: was a red soup with noodles (no idea where they dreamt that would be acceptable). Fried eggs yucky. Rice overly dry and tastes hard (no idea how something so easy can be presented so poorly). Views are great, but service mediocre.

Place is nice, with a lot of expectations and development possibilities... However food is without any "memorable spirit" (seems like chef without taste) and half of menu is not available... Sad experience in so nice place.

The story of the old castle...its just along the way either on your way to mambukal or to the city...most improbable that you would stop by for coffee...but we were so very glad, we stopped by to enjoy coffee and more...the castle and all those mementos of a guanzon family...but most importantly and not to be missed is that very friendly and efficient service...thank kampana cafe
