Great chicken inasal! Their garlic fried rice is fantastic. Ask for chicken oil. Affordable price range with a simple menu so you won’t have trouble deciding. Conducive to family or group dinners. They have an acoustic trio playing for tips on Saturday nights.

One of my go-to resto if I have a craving for Chicken Inasal. Definitely one of the Best tasting inasal in Bacolod city. Unfortunately, due to inflation, they also changed their prices. Php 100+ na ila paa & pecho 🥺 Service is fast. Lots of available seats. Perfect for family or group dinner. They also have an airconditioned room but with additional charge. Parking is available beside the resto and location is very accessible to public commute. Love that their restroom is clean and has toilet paper.

I've had lunch here twice, the chicken inasal's taste is quite mediocre but with the typical combination of chicken oil on rice and of course the soy sauce with calamansi (with the tiny chili if you want it spicy) as your sauce to dip the chicken in to still gets my appetite. I understand why an extra rice cost too much, its quality is above average. Service is also nice and quick to tend to the needs of the customers. The place is also good, loved the atmosphere and all. The price of the food is considerable. I was a little disappointed because I was really expecting an exceptional taste to their Inasal since my parents say that they make the best Inasal in Bacolod, they probably used to or maybe it's just in the branch? all those aside I'm still thinking to give the other stuff in the menu a try.

My only regret is that they didn't have isol today, the fattest, most flavorful part of the chicken. Locals swear by this restaurant, no, by this branch in particular, as the ground zero of chicken inasal. Chicken inasal, roasted in its particular, tangy way as opposed to the sweet barbecue chicken of Manileños, is amazing. Dipped in calamansi-infused soy sauce with crushed chili, then chased with boiled rice with garlic flakes moistened with chicken oil; this is one of the most savory mouthfuls I've ever had. I will fly to Bacolod for this.

Chicken was fresh, hot, juicy and tender with a good flavor. The previous 2 visits were bad coz of under cooked (bloody) chicke. The service was good this trip also.

The food is great but the service sometimes is unsatisfying. This is my favorite chicken house branch as the food quality far exceeds those from other branches but during peak days, you have to wait almost 30 minutes for the staff just to take your orders.
