One of my few favorite chicken inasal restaurants in Bacolod City. I even brought to this resto my friends from Bonifacio Global City who are first time visitors in Bacolod and were looking for the famous chicken inasal restaurants to dine. Thereafter, everytime my friends from BGC visit Bacolod, they always go to this place to eat and to order take outs to bring to Manila! It is really good that this chicken resto can pack the take out very well, even to bring to Manila. Their chicken inasal like pecho, paa, and isol are succulent and juicy, the best in town. Their chicken skin are also crispy and tasty.

This place is usually great. My relatives always eat here whenever they visit. Place has been the same for years still very lively and always full of chicken goodness. They also serve foods other than chicken.

No doubt a great place to start when getting into Bacolod's famous chicken inasal. The food was great and was cooked to it's ideal state. I even ordered an extra serving of rice as I just couldn't get enough. The restaurant's interior shows its age, but that is perfectly fine when because that is the type of aesthetic that it's going for. You come here to get your belly full of magnificent Chicken Inasal Five Stars!

Tried this branch for another inasal. It is delicious but not as juicy as the others. What I loved the most is their Inihaw na Pusit, it was seasoned and herbed well, and most important, its tender. Atmosphere looks similar with the other Chicken House branch, but much comfortable to dine here since its airconditioned. Service is average, food was served fast but a bit difficult to get the attention of the waiters.

The Chicken House inasal (chicken barbecue) has a distinct taste that keeps it apart from any other inasal in Bacolod or Negros Occidental. It is less greasy without being dry. Even if it is marinated, the flavor of ingredients is imperceptible save for the salt. Its slightly briny taste is an honest chicken taste. An ash taste of its overdone portions of its skin is a negligible inconvenience for a well done grilling that leaves no red pigmentation near the bones as proof of a not thoroughly cooked portion of meat. Extra flavor comes handy with the "sawsawan" composed of "patis" (soy sauce), "sinamak" (vinegar with pepper) and calamansi. While I do eat this inasal with rice and sawsawan, I like to eat the leftover meat (after the rice is consumed) to its bare essential, meaning without the sawsawan anymore.

My friend brought me here for the authentic Bacolod chicken inasal experience, and I must say, really is a different level than your usual Mang Inasal. The chicken was delicious, though I miss the chicken oil condiment of Mang Inasal. The pork spare ribs was tender and nice. We came around 5pm so it was not packed yet but the place can get busy with a waiting queue during peak dining hours, specifically at night.
