I
really
really
wanted
this
place
to
be
good,
or
at
least
decent--the
food,
I
mean.
The
design
and
decor
is
really
fantastic.
Perhaps
even
better
than
almost
any
new
bistro/resto
in
Iloilo.
The
service
is
fine
as
well,
and
friendly.
Stopped
by
on
a
quiet
Sunday
evening
after
a
day
going
around
the
island.
The
nachos
at
least
were
presented
well.
They
just
lacked
toppings.
I
also
found
it
odd
that
the
chips
were
made
out
of
molo
wrappers
instead
of
corn.
There
wasn't
much
of
a
salsa,
and
it
was
drizzled
in
Cheez
Wiz
and
Mayo
Wiz
(I
just
made
this
up.)
For
the
homemade
cheese
sticks,
I
was
expecting
something
looking
like
mozzarella
sticks.
They
were
more
like
skinny
deep
fried
turron
sticks
with
an
evaporated
milk
dipping
sauce.
No
trace
of
cheese.
And
more
like
a
dessert.
The
main
dish,
the
tuna
with
lemon,
was
by
far
the
most
disappointing.
Overcooked
by
at
least
5
minutes,
having
the
texture
of
overcooked
pork.
It
was
also
a
very
small
portion
and
had
a
strong
fishy
smell--definitely
not
very
fresh.
It
should
not
have
been
served.
They
had
about
8
beers
to
choose
from,
but
they
were
the
standard
factory
beers
you
see
at
a
lot
of
gastropubs
in
the
Philippines.
No
local
craft
to
speak
of.
In
terms
of
liquor,
it
looks
like
you
have
to
buy
a
bottle.
No
single
cocktails.
I'm
really
confused
that
the
owner
put
so
much
effort
into
building
the
place
but
then
hired
bad
cooks.
I
could
cook
tuna
better
blindfolded
and
tipsy.
