Dined here to try their desserts. The place is nice and has this relaxed vibe, there are parking spaces at the front of their shop but limited only. We tried some of their best selling desserts. The Ensaymada is delicious, its fluffy and freshly made and it isnt too sweet. This is one of the best ensaymada’s I had. The chocolate cake is moist and sweet, its okay but not really that special. The Macarons we tried are all delicious, a personal favorite is the blueberry. Service is great, staffs are welcoming and accommodating. Prices are fair. A must try dessert shop here at Bacolod City.

I recommend their Felicia’s chocolate cake (it melts in the mouth). Aside from desserts, they also offer pastas. We liked their bolognese, Alfredo and carbonara.

One of the most famous pastry shops in bacolod is Felicia's Pastry Cafe. Aside from its delicious cakes and pastries, Felicia's is also known for its elegant packaging, making it a perfect gift for your loved ones back home.

This is my go-to place for a quick lunch or afternoon coffee. Their food is good not to mention the desserts they are popular for. I love their wifi connection. It makes your stay more worthwhile. It's just that waiters talk so much about their regular customers In front of everyone. It's uncomfortable to hear especially if you know the person they are talking about.

Lots of cakes to choose. They also serve dinner. Vanilla Crunch is my favorite cake. Not too sweet but still delicious. Place is nice and cozy.

Great place to get really good desserts. Felicia's also serves food, but the desserts are really good!

my daily suki of hot choco and grilled ham and cheese and the staffs are so very accommodating to their clients.

The place needs a little renovation specially the restroom. But their ensaymada is really good, soft, moist and with just the right amount of sugar and cheese. Perfectly paired with their thick hot tablea choco.

I didn't like the food. I tried several steaks to get an unbiased review (maybe I chose the wrong steak) and considering the high prices, I expected a lot. Basically all of the steaks I tried were 3 over 5s. The place is famous for ensaimada with tsokolate so I was excited to try that at a different time. I was disappointed. It wasn't worth all the hype. I've tasted better, to be honest. The only thing that I actually liked was their Special Beef Tapa. Now THAT was exceptional. That beef tapa was probably what saved the restaurant from a 1-star review from me. Try it. You won't regret it. Disclaimer: I've never tried their cakes and other pastry. I might edit this review if I do to add.

A must-eat dessert place to try. Reasonably priced cakes which will keep you coming back for more. Best sellers: Butter cream sans rival, chocolate cake, toblerobe ice cream cake, blueberry Sans rival cake to name a few. Service crew always happy to help you choose your cake which were all not too sweet at all.

Staff are very kind. Once inside, they take care of you and make you feel at home. I hope its the same with all branches, will definitely come visit again.

Their ensaymada ran out quickly so come as close to 3pm as possible. Their chocolate cake is also sweet without being nakakaumay.

I always feel at home at Felicia's. Service is truly awesome. I even teared up as I said "See you on my next visit to Bacolod!" because the Staff are just like old friends. Their Ensaymadas are heavy, packed, cheesy & yummy!!! Always a part of my Bacolod experience! The cakes are good too. And they close at around 10PM so it's perfect for late night cravings.

Tried their supposedly famous ensaymada with tablea dip. It was good, but unjustifiably pricy for me.

Place is great. But hard to find parking space if you are a dine in customer. Ordered ice cream cake, a pizza (house special i think) and a strawberry smoothie. The first two orders are great but the strawberry smoothie is not so good since the ice used was not fine and clumpy that it made drinking it with a straw such a struggle.

Ambience was nice. Cold and quiet. Their tuna sandwich tasted really good. Cakes were exceptional, as always.

The place is pretty easy to find, especially if you are good with direction, unlike me. The service is impeccable. Very lovely. Unfortunately, they didn't have the toblerone ice cream cake That I was longing for. But the coffee and Felicia's chocolate cake that was highly recommended didn't disappoint.

We went to Felicia's today. We ordered 2 kinds of pizza: Margherita and Quattro Formaggio. It's delicious. We also tried their buffalo wings. It's a winner. However, there's this one thing that I didn't like. I ordered lemon mint juice it was too sweet. Too much that I had a sore throat. The barista pumped corn syrup at the bottom and it was not mixed. It's ok if it's coffee but this is juice. It came on too strong and sweet. It's just bad. It literally burned my throat and I was coughing. I wish they'd ask the customer the sweetness preference each time.

Go to place for cakes definitely but this time around we tried the ensaymada paired with tablea since it’s highly recommended. It was good. The ensaymada was not sprinkled with too much sugar and complimented well with the tablea.

Every time I go to Bacolod, the first thing that comes to my mind is their ensaymada which is my wife's favorite snack, so this is a must pasalubong before leaving the city of smiles. 😁

When speaking of Bacolod pastry, there seems to be a duopoly Calea and Felicia's — but this place is definitely a must try too. This place isnt too overrated and cakes are really delish! ❤👌

  • 4/5 Hercharme D. 6 years ago on Google
Felicia's is the major competitor of Calea. But i think the Felicias cake is one of the best that i have tried. The chiffon just melts in your mouth like its cotton candy. They now offer a wide varietybof meals other than cakes. Tourists going to Bacolod must try and brong home this goodness.

Loved their food! We definitely enjoyed having our breakfast here. Very cozy. The restaurant has a small space though. And they open at 10:00am, which is very unusual since breakfast is usually served as early as 6:30 in the morning. But it's alright since we were able to shop for pasalubong at nearby places before having our breakfast.

SUPER DUPER DELISH CAKES. Excellent service from FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATING STAFF. Yes, the staff of Felicia's is 1,000 better and warmer than the very lazy staff of Calea's. Yea, Felicia's is the BEST!

Their pastries are good. Their staff are approchable. They offer other cuisines other than their well-known cakes and pastries. Sad that I won't be able to try their other food other than their macaroons and cinnamon but when I come back, I will definitely go to this place again.

I'll definitely go back! The cakes were delectable and the customer service was great. They were attentive and thoughtful - - even doing a cake slice in two because they knew 2 people were sharing it. 👍

👍👍 Namit gid! I prefer Carmen's Stall than Aida's or Nena's since their chicken doesn't have that sweetish marinade.

👍 Bacolod City is such a sugarland, and Calea is one strong proof of that. Cakes, coffee, and comfort—all in one beautiful place. Just be ready for instant saccharine rush. My first pecan pie experience was here and it’s glorious in the mouth!
