It's disappointing, not the food but the crew there. Your store is supposed to be friendly with your customer or atleast greet them nicely or treat them with kindness and give them your long patience. I went to this branch earlier to buy my dinner and this cashier asked me if i'm going to dine in then i immediately said "take out" and then after a few minutes they served me a dine in order which i refused to accept and said nicely "ay take out ako" then this cashier murmured "ambal mo dine in" maybe he thought i didn't hear him lol. I never said "DINE IN" in the first place. it's very disappointing for me because i am super tired that time and the least thing that i would want people to show me is RUDENESS! at least treat your customer nicely and don't talk behind their backs it's very unprofessional!

The food was not great anymore, This is first time I ate a smooth and crustless chicken joy, no softdrinks available and you will be forced to buy either tasteless iced tea or cheap pineapple juice that you need to add extra 'cuz for the so called upgrade fee. Spaghetti tastes like chemicals especially the 2-3 pcs. Hotdogs. The price for extra rice is a ripoff. I'm not jolly anymore in Jollibee.

The place is not very crowded on a Maundy Thursday and glad it is open 24/7. My daughter enjoyed the place while we were complying with the protocols due to COVID-19.

Jollibee lopues east bacolod city. Lousy management. There are Menu missing on food panda and sometimes they put 500 pesos minimum amount on orders. The cashiers are also the one preparing the food. 🤮

The place was super hot, the aircon was off and not only reduced as what other establishments do. Staff was not welcoming in taking orders.

They are not consistent with their minimum health protocols.. They require a faceshield upon entry but they will take it off after checking.. Food riders also does not comply the said requirements..

Drive thru in lopues east jollibee is not customer friendly specially inside were long queue cannot even give simple considerations as there is no one in drive thru lane falling in line.

This is the worse Jolliebee In the Philippines On a busy road, long line to order with lot of staff but the lines are not moving. The air conditioning is not working very well or not enough it is warmer inside than outside, very disorganized place. We stop here on the way back to Bacolod wish I went across the street to McDonald's, and to make Mather even worse all soft drink were serve from a bottle so it was warm drink,

I normally just do take out in this place. They are fast and efficient. I really love it.

This place is open 24/7 and it is our go-to place when we're still out at 2 in the morning for a quick snack.

The customer service sucks.. my order was only a sundae and peach mango pie for take out but it took an hour and i need to go to the counter and ask for the manager just to get my order out.. whereas the people that ordered before me was already done and was almost finished with their food.. better go to other branch or any other fast food joints..

Problematic branch. 1. PWD here. The branch made the PWD section into an ordinary line. 2. The staff messed up my order. Good that they offered to punch the missing item. However, I had to rush because I had another appointment. 3. The staff were not very nice.

It's almost as typical as most Jollibee stores. But when we visited it, the queue was long and the service was 🐌. I guess they just ran out of coffee and hot chocolate that time. But the coffee is great. Worth the wait.

Great place to dine overlooking the intersection and has decent parking space plus it just right next to lopues east mall that has an even bigger parking space.

I always love Jollibee's burger stake.. the service is fast ans seamless.atmosphere is really nice to dine in with families and kids like Jollibee

Food is the same as any Jolibee outlet. Crew is a tad grumpy and have difficulty understanding your order. I.e., yiu specify leg part, you might get thight part or even wings. Parking is no better. Slots for 4-wheels is occupied by motorcycles if not, blocked by jeepneys/minibus.

Everything's okay except for the utensils. They don't replenish stainless utensils on the rack, asked customers to use plastic utensils instead. It makes their initiative to cut down plastic by doing away with straws futile. :-)

One of the best fried chicken in the city. They have so many to offer in their menu. This branch always have many people so you might also consider take out or drive thru. This is also one of the cleanest branch in the city.

Social distancing were strictly implemented. Good counter services and still at a reasonable prices. Burgers still the best for my 8 year old lad

They say they are "Compliant" with the minimum health standards since they have signs that disallows entry to those without face masks and shields. But they allow them to come in anyway.
