This place is our go to place when craving for a Pizza. It's delightful to see more people dining in.

I hate when i ordered for party pizza , im still waited to long more than one hour.

Shakey's special thin crust pizza and mojos isn't as good as i remembered. I would not recommend this place in lacson st. Maybe the one in SM will be better but i have to still find out.

Almost perfect but they forgot to put hot sauce / catsup on our take-out.

Good Value for money and great menu. Just be aware that on Peak times you might have to follow your order up. The thin crust may or not be to your liking.

Staff was welcoming helping us find seats the minute we walked into their place. We bought something for takeout. The staff told us it would take about 15-20 minutes before we get our takeout. Fast forward (approximately) five minutes after our order was taken, a family of 6 (six) sat at the table in front of us, and made an order. They got their order a couple of minutes later— they had a hearty meal, I'm sure of it. Meanwhile, I was still waiting inside (my mom got impatient and had to wait outside inside our car) patiently and finally got our order of only 2 items after almost 45 minutes. Not good.

Good food and better service than Shakey's sm where you have to stand and wait outside even if there's available tables inside. Definitely a good Shakey's to visit.

I visited bacolod city from Melbourne, Australia. Shakey's is one of the restaurants I visited while in Bacolod. The pizza has a great taste, while the pasta taste too sweet. I like the idea of bottomless coke though, I also find this to be a family friendly restaurant. This restaurant is kid friendly

Best place to eat and enjoy sumptous meal as well as beautiful and accommodating attendant, courteous guard and a cozy place their smoked salmon great in taste and cheezy as well.

Area has parking apots near the national road and on the side although th parking spots are shared with other establishment. They have function room for big events and just the right amount seats for family gathering.

Food is good. Really liked the mojo potatoes. Service was slow, but very good once it was given. The pizza here is not quite US pizza, but still good enough to eat. The chicken alfredo was also good. They were very accommodating when other friends dropped in, and we needed an additional table and dishes.

Always love the food at Shakey’s 💛Ordered the Texas Chicken BBQ pizza for delivery and they actually messed up at first but their customer service is great! They promptly responded to our message and offered to send us a new pizza (with free mojos). Big thanks to the Shakey’s Lacson staff for being v nice & helpful!

Went on Sunday during lunch time, busy hours I know but 1 hr for the order is too much. Food tasty but from the Greek salad they were missing 2 ingredients, ham and feta cheese and also the pizza dough was uneven one side thin crust the other side thick. Whatever I waited for 1 hr

I can't comment on the food as I could not get waited on. After 15 to 20 minutes of sitting there it became apparent as the waitresses walked passed me that this is the second restaurant in bacolod that dont want foreigners inside. I went to jolly bee. Honestly I felt it waa clear they don't like whites.
