Asked for the spicy option for my chicken and guest who got a cup of cyanne pepper with chicken. I don't know if its just me that when I ordered my usual order c6 spicy option for the chicken and a upgraded my drinks to pineapple juice that I've heard the cashier telling his coworker "ispicy gid ni xa ha" (make it extremely spicy) and told me to take my seat and they will just serve my food. To my surprise my chicken looked like it fell into a tub or cyanne pepper powder and surely un edible because the cyanne pepper powder needs to be cooked to enjoy its spicy taste. But this one is just not edible. They have a standard on how much of these things they need to put into your food now I don't know if it's just an honest mistake or a prank or someone in the kitchen that had a bad day.

Slowest "Fast Food" place that I've ever been to. Went today for lunch , had to stand in line outside for 30 minutes before went inside and we were only the 7th order in line. Once we ordered it still took about 7 minutes to get our food.

Service is very very slow...much attention is given to the food riders delaying service to take out and dine in customers which takes 30 mins or more of waiting time before orders are taken... and for several times that we have visited this branch it did happen...😪😪😪

Three stars because I was disappointed with their chicken sandwich. It is my first time to try it and it's too plain and pricey. I was told to wait for 15 minutes and I did not mind waiting. However, I would like to commend their TL Marvin who noticed me and prepared my orders immediately.
