My champ burger was cold. I had to wait for 5mins but I got a cold burger. Was expecting it to be hot. Tomatoes were very cold, maybe fresh from the chiller. You never serve your customers cold food. Service crew may need to be retrained with food standards.

Poor service on this branch. Poor management. Had to wait in a long line one evening rush because only one cashier is open although there were plenty staff doing nothing. No wonder I never heared they got an award from the company for performing good. PLUS!! The chickenjoy is salty. 😒👎

The place is hot. I hope they can improve and make the place cooler so that the dining experience will be more pleasurable.

service is SLOW... just for a fries and a drink I am always given a que number when the counter attendant vouldve prepped the food in just a minute... i dont know, but this is always my experience in jollibee molo...

Everytime I go and eat out at this specific Jollibee establishment I get diarrhea whenever I ate their food. PLEASE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH OR ANYONE PLEASE INVESTIGATE THEIR SITE. This isn't a one time thing, it's everytime I eat out here for a quick meal. I had enough, I'll never order here again.

They have 4 counters but only 1 is available. Line gets too long since seniors are being prioritized, which is okay. But they could have at least open their other counters to cater customers faster. It's either their machines are broken, or they lack of man power. The service needs to be improve to avoid inconvience.

I ordered 2 8 piece chicken and they told me waiting time is 18mins I've waited 30mins

I don't see the point giving it 4 star. I guess service always on hand and understandable if its busy eith the service. I guess suggest for more menus outside and be updated the latest deals.

The location of the restaurant is accessible. Difficult to enter the drive thru. Limited parking spaces. Service and cleanliness of the restaurant is ok.

This is the jollibee branch where you will perspire like your in the gym because they are hesitant to turn on the AC to make the place comfortable. I will not take my family to eat there again!
