Food tastes the same with Jollibee branches. There are some discrepances sometimes on the services like, discounts and tables are not cleaned immediately. The establishment still requires Vax Card when dining-in. Then may order of coffee is jot that hoy that the creamer did not mix well. Some Staff are not so accommodating. Please improve your service. There are some foul smell from outside (kind of spoiled foods).

Serves you well with a customized fried egg for bf. The most recommended jolibay branch in foodpanda (at least in lapaz area). they always fulfil special requests! Tried their monster chicken sandwich after having visited the store again for dine in.

I've been visiting this Jollibee branch many times already and I really appreciate how the management are keeping the place covid free. Practicing social distancing and making sure that the distance between customers are within the specific range. The service was great and the staff are well-mannered and friendly. Well ventilated, well illuminated and spacious. Overall, it's a great experience. Keep it up guys!!!

Well, the food is Jollibee so it's really good. I've been here before and there are times that if you order breakfast meal they will just give ordinary rice so it's kinda disappointing. Update: The service got better the 2nd time around.

24 December 2021, after Simbang Gabi. Supposed to open 6 am, but you still have to wait another 10minutes. Spaghetti was serve more then 20 minutes. Have finished all the food yet the Spaghetti wasn't serve until you decide to just take out. 😔😔😔

They are particular about safe practices against spreading covid which makes me feel safe to order there. They have enough space for dine in too. Prompt staff.

First, I love Jollibee in my entire life since I was born. I've already worked with Big Hotels, Food Industry and in Hospitality and so far, this is the worst service I have encountered. Aside from waiting for my order more than 30 minutes without informing me the time to serve. And the most important, when you take orders, make sure to check it if correct and always repeat order to avoid confusions and mistakes. Like what I have experienced. All I want is to eat inside or dine in but they wrapped it for take out and they provided me plate and ask me to transfer it instead of you guys? This is not customer friendly. I won't recommend this place. My patience and understanding was over already. Fix this!

I ordered 3 items along with VM champ burger, upon receiving i rushedhoom without checking. My son was so exited to open it when i arrived hom but were disappointed that the champ was missing. Its hard to explain to him. I decided to bring all the items to the store for them to check whats missing & give me the champ. Its a waste of time & bad service i ever had!
