The place is long-standing and has always been fun especially for kids. There are air-conditioned rooms for day or overnight stays; kubo huts for family day-trips; and umbrella huts around the main pool area. They have a canteen where you can buy snacks (or you can bring your own), but they charge corkage fees for drinks (20php/drink). You can also bring your own speakers/ktvs with consideration for other people enjoying the place too. Their CRs/ shower rooms are nothing to boast about, with flushes that do not work, or door locks that won't lock. You can look for other CRs/showers in the area that have water though. 👍 Truly a water park as it has plenty of free-shape pools: ✓ kid's pool with slide ✓ adult pool with slides (2) ✓ kid's pool with a kiddie park theme ✓ superman slide pool ✓ water bucket pool ✓ lazy pool ✓ a bit secluded kiddie and adult pool After playing in the water for most of the day, you'll feel itchy everywhere, undeniably. Make sure to wash up with water, soap, and shampoo. You'll probably still feel itchy after a good wash, but it'll go away after you shower in your own home. hihi

The location is great since it's near downtown area. However the price is too expensive in comparison to their low to mediocre service. From the towels, to the sheets, and water from the bathrooms are something they need to improve.

Worst rooms, worst staffs, expensive rates, NOT WORTH IT!!! Never ever get rooms from this resort, you'll really regret it! First of all, they have very inconsiderate staffs, they'll keep an eye on the stuffs which they can charge you, yet they can barely assist you on your needs! They don't have a housekeeper at night, rooms and stuffs are very old and unclean, some are even broken! We got a Suite Room good for 3-5 pax as advertised, then we arrived at a room with one queen bed and one single bed...meaning we have to pay another P1000 for 2 extra beds. Rooms are too expensive at P3700 plus P1000 considering it's very old and everything is broken including the clogged sink and broken bed. Yet nobody is there to assist us! Really disappointing!

I always enjoy swimming in Caribbean. Lots of pool choices and slides. Kids will also enjoy it here as there are a lot of kiddie pools with little slides.

It is the worst hotel/resort to stay. Too expensive! Not worth it, paid 2400 but the service is k?!axjxkndisosnshdi!! The faucet was noisy, we can't even turn it off. The towel was not clean. We stayed in the blue house. See pictures. We were not happy.

Worst hotel I have ever encountered. They claim that it is a 2 to 4 guest room yet they only have 2 single beds in the said bedroom. No toiletries prepared and no staff 24 hrs available to ask for assistance.

An accessible and beautiful water park located in the center of Bacolod City. Some of the amenities were not well maintained specially the wash rooms.

Overpriced older facilities. Still a great way to spend a day of fun and sun! They charge you for everything!! Tried to charge me 500 for a 70 pesos senior of Tanduay!! I threw it in the trash. But my son loves it there. Lots of fun for the kids. Just had his birthday party there.

Affordable place for an outing. The rooms are well-maintained and decent. However, the place is a bit dated and it gets boring in a few hours. Would visit here again.

Nice place for the family, quite strict with rules and payment. (You have to pay deposit for the room key 1000 pesos). Pay for corkage buying soda from outside (20 pesos per bottle). Strict checking of "stamped ink" on skin before entering. And none of the employees managed to smile when greeting us. (The whole famliy, who rented 5 rooms for the night). The pools and water slides were great! Hence 3 stars.

I love the place , my kids and whole family enjoyed staying there... The room has a big space and the toilet and the staff are accommodating ..

It was nice but be caeeful of the slides injuries may occur and since it waas busy The safety was a nit slack and it was a holiday All in all a good place
