Visiting Bacolod from the USA…. This is a very unprofessional company. We booked on Klook, received a confirmation directly from the vendor and then the evening before the trip, they cancelled because they said they didn’t have enough cars. They told me I had to talk to Klook about a refund because they couldn’t process it, which is a lie. They didn’t want to process the refund on their end because it would count against their seller rating. More work for me. Wouldn’t use this company ever again.

Stay away from this company. They ruined my day today with their unprepared and incompetent handling of the Iloilo Heritage Tour that I booked in Klook. I paid Php2,500 for this and the driver showed up in my hotel but did not know what the itinerary is for the day. He had no idea where to take me and I had to make several calls to their number on the email which turns out to be a number for their Kalibo office. What a hassle. Not a good way to start my day. No itinerary sent in advance and no tranparency. Stay away from this company!
