for
a
wedding.

Missed
their
check
in
time,
made
us
wait

hours.

Ran
out
of
eggs
for
breakfast
(basic
thing
to
have
in
any
hotel
inventory,
couldn't
even
be
bothered
to
restock
despite
wide
availability
around
the
area),
did
not
even
have
the
courtesy
to
give
a
heads
up
and
just
served
the
breakfast
with
vegetables,
which
nobody
wanted.
The
worst
part
was
that
the
server
wanted
to
make
it
seem
that
we
were
freeloading
on
breakfast
when
we
had
actually
booked
enough
rooms
to
cover
for
meals
of
our
entire
group.
Could
not
even
give
me
a
proper
answer
when
I
asked
for
the
number
of
free
breakfast
meals
per
room
booked
vis-a-vis
what
was
consumed.

Unresponsive
on
several
instances
when
calling
for
service
from
the
room.
-
Failed
to
inform
guests
that
items
were
left
for
them
at
the
front
desk,
despite
being
given
instructions
and
having
access
to
guest's
contact
details.
-
Poor
noise
isolation,
parties
outside
and
inside
the
venue
can
be
heard
from
the
rooms.
Could
not
sleep
well.
Overall
impression:
they
do
not
run
a
tight
ship.
Need
a
proper
hotel
manager,
proprietors
have
minimal
hospitality
experience.
