Aside from it being new, there is nothing good about this hotel. Service is bad, took them 2 and a half hours to check us in. It takes over an hour wait to order something only for you to call back and they realize they forget your order. Parking is horrible, the parking lot they do have is used for a christmas bazaar so all their guests are parked on the street. No eggs for breakfast, its too hard for them to go buy. Hard pass for this place, so many better places to stay in Bacolod.

Stayed here overnight with my wife and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were corteous and nice to everyone even though i looked ragged yet they still greet me. :) Breakfast also damn nice!!

Very close to the main road. Low rise, so easy to get into the rooms. Breakfast is excellent as well. However, Wi-Fi is spotty, as well as cell service. Room may or may not have a ref, ask the front desk.

Its a must visit place in Bacolod. Aside from the serene view of Bacolod and its night light glory, the place itself is very IG worthy. The food is sumptuous and (setting aside wonderful offers and discounts) is delicious. There is an ascoutic night every thursday to sunday, and lucky us we were able to chill and hangout while sipping our favorite cocktails during our visit. We were also able to witness a guy proposing to his future wife. Romantic indeed. Kudos to RJ and his team for taking care of us and the rest of the patrons satisfied.

A great property raising the bar for properties in Bacolod. Cool little businesses popping up in the immediate vicinity. Staff were very sharp, friendly and professional. Housekeeping was super good - very clean. Breakfast on rooftop was very tasty each day. The suite had a balcony and everything you needed.

Stayed couple of nights at stonehill and we loved the spending time at skydeck. The breakfast is great and the staff are awesome. Highly recommended!

- Booked 8 rooms for a wedding. - Missed their check in time, made us wait 2 hours. - Ran out of eggs for breakfast (basic thing to have in any hotel inventory, couldn't even be bothered to restock despite wide availability around the area), did not even have the courtesy to give a heads up and just served the breakfast with vegetables, which nobody wanted. The worst part was that the server wanted to make it seem that we were freeloading on breakfast when we had actually booked enough rooms to cover for meals of our entire group. Could not even give me a proper answer when I asked for the number of free breakfast meals per room booked vis-a-vis what was consumed. - Unresponsive on several instances when calling for service from the room. - Failed to inform guests that items were left for them at the front desk, despite being given instructions and having access to guest's contact details. - Poor noise isolation, parties outside and inside the venue can be heard from the rooms. Could not sleep well. Overall impression: they do not run a tight ship. Need a proper hotel manager, proprietors have minimal hospitality experience.

At first glance I thought it was some kind of ordinary hotel, but what made me surprise when I step inside the hotel. It was luxurious feeling that I thought I almost booked on a 5 star hotel. Kudos to those staff who gave us all the necessary informations and assistance that we needed to fully enjoy our trip in Bacolod. Never gonna miss the chance to stay in this pleasing hotel again soon!

Location is only walking distance from fastfood chains, pharmacies, etc. Building has ample parking space. This building also houses the Valencia Pandan Rubica law offices.

Very accomodating staff. good food. Nice room . The room so great nice decore. nice smell.

Our stay was great.. we were well rested. We had an issue with the room smell but they took action very quickly and moved us a better room.

Professional and courteous staff. Relatively new facilities . Needs to improve on the following: - Get rid of the mouse running on top of the ceiling at night. - Get rid of cockroaches (have seen in 2 occasions). - Repair non working cable TV connections. - Repair right side elevator (not working for levels 3&4). - Repaint discolored room ceiling (possibly caused by mouse urine). - Housekeep parking area (still with construction leftover materials). - Deep clean bathrooms (discolored tile grout) - Clean terrace (signs of mold due to rain). NOTE: Hotel staff has promptly offered to relocate us to another room because of the lack of cable tv connection (but prior to our discovery mouse running on top of the ceiling). We however declined because of the inconvenience of packing our things again to transfer to another room.

Love the place especially the house in front of the hotel, every Christmas holidays.
