Stayed for a month. Place was a dump. They had a small roach infestation problem. Went through two large cans of bug spray in the four weeks I was there. Wood dust in furniture which was a sihn of infestation. Room has spotty wifi and no cell signal. Manager (male) could't be botherred to do inspections or greet guests. On his phone everytime watching something or chitchatting with front desk girls.

The rooms are old and outdated but clean. Deluxe room good for 2 is very spacious. No wifi on the 4th floor. Gives 20 percent discount to company employees though I'm not sure what exactly the qualifications are. Walking distance to SM. Overall, it is an affordable and decent place to stay.

Rooms are spacious but needs cleaning everytime especially that there are cockroaches and ants on the shelves when I checked-in. Another instance, when I was taking a nap at 2pm, somebody turned my room's doorknob without knocking and I was not expecting someone. Shower knob on hot and cold are interchanged.

It is accessible in terms of public transport. However, for those who have cars, beware that they don't have a secured parking lot. You can park (first come, first serve basis) in front, by the roadside. As for our room, it's quite clean and it has the basics. We were expecting a refrigerator for our business suite as it was advertised in their website that the said rooms have one, however there was none. The downstairs cafe is understaffed and they don't know how to decline a customer properly.

This is my second time visit but i was surprise how it changed the room where i stayed which is the 4rth floor its business matrimonial suit.but the room is terrible. first you had to call somebody to clean the flooded floor because the bathroom is leaking! They should have known before the guest checked in.the telephone is not working! supposed to call to get a bath towel but glad i brought mine. Short in toilet paper?really? Like you have to provide your own!totally needs upgrading!dissapointed!

This place may have a security issue - just stayed for 1 night. Not sure if its just me, but when I was in this hotel, people just come in and I'm not sure if they are really paid visitors of the hotel. No security whatsoever - no wonder the door frames were repaired, and table inside the rooms seem to have been used to block the doors at night.. 😲

An absolute horror of a hotel. The Aircon is off, so you come into a very hot and humid room. Roaches come out from every corner. Walls are dirty (coffee stains and spaghetti sauce?) tiles are broken, the aircon is slow, the entrance looks dodgy and there is an overall dubious and budgety vibe over this place. Room doors are distributed in a big room where the public can stroll in, rather than in the conventional hotel corridors. There is no soundproofing, so it feels as if you are in a public space rather than inside a room. You get what you pay for after all.

Room needs renovation and cleaning it is old and dirty. Parking is in the road only, no double lock in the room you don't feel secure. No amenities, WIFI is so poor.

Room 323 has Cockroaches, roof leak from rain, unstable electric connection for AC where it keeps turning off and you have to wake up to switch it back On with a special button which is not safe.

The location is very conducive since it is found in the center of th businesses of Bacolod. It offers a great deal of good and nice accommodation and service. A good place to rest in the middle of a busy city.

Front desk must know profile of their guest. For me, as a day sleeper must assign in a quite room , they didn't even notice their guest there's a construction renovation, can't sleep. Need to upgrade in a bigger room to have a quiet room. Towels look old . Bathroom slow drain. But you have a friendly staff.
