A pretty nice hotel. The rooms are big and affordable. Not too many amenities though. But it's right smack in downtown Bacolod, so it's near most of the places you need to go to. Staff are friendly and accommodating, too. :)

Clean, spacious and quiet room. Courteous staff. Intermittent WiFi signal since we need to disconnect every few minutes and connect to another network to use the internet. I would recommend it to travellers on a limited budget as they have rates that include breakfast.

Room is spacious, clean, well lighted, has aircon and provision of hot drinks. Restroom sanitized and clean. There is very minor comment though, Room policy. Overall, we give five star.

Stayed here during the MassKara Festival 2023; the elevator was unavailable because there was an art installation at the ground floor. Fortunately, we got rooms on the 3rd floor. The location was quite convenient (near SM, Manokan Country, church, and the plaza). However, it was not that accessible by taxi or GrabCar because the road in front was just one-way. Sometimes we chose to be dropped off in the nearby corner to prevent a longer drive around the block. Rooms were large but basic. The TV had no reception even if there was cable/TV box. The A/C was functioning well. Some parts of the floor were greasy but there was no floor mat to wipe it off. The bathroom did not have a bad smell but the water pipes did (upon opening the shower after a long time). Drinking water was provided for every floor guests through water dispensers near the stairwell. Breakfast was included in our booking, which was the usual Filipino fare of viand, fried egg, and fried rice. Coffee costs extra. Skip the corned beef; some of my friends who had it swore that it tasted straight from the can (no reheating happened). The staff were cheerful; one of them helped us in arranging our transport outside of the city. The rate we got was fair. Should I visit Bacolod City again for the festival, I'd try another hotel, but allot at least 8-12 months in planning. We only booked this hotel around 5 months ahead.

Location is 5-min walk away from SM Bacolod. I like the light blue motif of the lobby. Contemporary local buffet breakfast is included. Room is spacious with lavatory area and business table but some sides do not have window view. Good venue for conference or small meeting.

Location is great. You can grab bus or tricycles easily from there but things like Ayala Mall or Capital and Lagoon are accessible walking 1000 per night for 2 persons

Room is okay but hot&cold shower not working well in rm 502.need to climb up the stairs to 2nd floor before u can ride the elevator when going up until the 5th floor. Don't have free toothbrush but have free soap and shampoo. Location is good because walking distance only to malls, market and restaurants.

Wifi ✅ Room ✅ Cleanliness ✅ Toiletries ✅ Complimentary Coffee ✅ Cable TV ✅ Kettle ✅ Hot & Cold Shower ✅ Aircon ✅ Accessibility ✅ Location ✅ Total = 10/10 Standard Room at P999 so Big for a Single Person. Location is very practical as it near SM Bacolod and Manokan Country. Definitely Recommended for Short Time and Long Stay.

Worst experience ever in a hotel in Bacolod, DO NOT GO HERE!! Rooms are filthy, tvs don’t work, the staff are scammers, and the bathroom is never cleaned. Staff do not accommodate and they greet you with suspicion and distrust. Arguing with the staff because they believed we stole towels out the room, when there were no towels there to begin with. Then afterwards insisted on us paying 700p each for towels we were never given. My family came here to relax and instead we are stressing out because we paid for a hotel that will not assist us on basic accommodations like towels. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, THE STREETS ARE MORE WELCOMING!!

Worst hotel ever. We came in our rooms with no towels. I called for services and they weren’t helpful at all, in fact they were very disrespectful to us. They were charging us for two towels even though we didn’t had towels to begin with. They even accused us of stealing towels. They even sent in one of their room services to check. After she checked it she only gave us one towel. There’s 3 of us in one room. One isn’t enough. They refuse to give us another towel. Their shower is also bad because it would be hot in couple mins and then turn back cold. Some of their equipments were old and felt like were already broken. We felt like we were getting scammed with the towels. We felt like the staffs here purposely taken the towels just so they can charge us extra fees. Please don’t waste your money here.

This hotel has a nice staff and accommodating. The Front Desk was polite and gave us discount for room that we booked. Breakfast is good but it could be better if more choices.

Once inside you can tell the building is old, we even have a noisy old aircon in oir room, but they try to upgrade and renovate the place when we were there. The staff also try to be courteous. Not bad at all.

They changed the name to Bell Hotel. It have everything I want for an overnight stay. Strong wifi connection, value for my money, and clean rooms. I would have given it five stars however I wasn't able to eat in thebreakfast buffet because there was a seminar being held in the restaurant. They should have placed them in another conference room so that guests won't be inconvenienced by it.

Hotel is formerly named The Bell Hotel. From the Manokan Country you can easily see the hotel signage, you can walk or take a cab. We arrive at 1530 rooms wasn't ready yet. Waited almost 30mins. Staffs were helpful and friendly though. First , wifi wasn't working but after informing the front desk it was fixed. TV was broken (half of the screen was green ) they did offer to change rooms but we decline we were too tired. Room has a bathtub, hair dryer , ref and safety vault. Four big fluffy pillow was a plus. The complimentary breakfast buffet was offered with the usuals but took too long to replenish.
