We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Seda Capitol Central. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but the staff texted us when it was so that we could get into our room as soon as it was. We really liked that instead of going back to check too soon or too late. All of the staff were super friendly and courteous. I took pics of the room, but didn't get a chance to take them of the rest of the hotel. The hotel is a little old (but not like L'Fisher) and the rooms at Seda could stand updating, but our room was clean except for a few light stains on the blanket and the curtains. The comfort room was also clean with no mold, it had hot water in the shower, and complimentary bath items. We were pretty busy, so we never got a chance to test the flat screen tv, pool or gym. We took advantage of the hotel breakfast buffet and it was delicious. It was a little mix of pinoy/Ilonggo and western dishes. If you don't book a room with breakfast included, it can be a little pricey. But if you can eat a lot to make it worth it, you will be pleased. We had to leave early on our last day, so they prepared a nice small boxed breakfast for us. We ordered Sinuglaw, it was a very small portion for P230. There was only about 10 small pieces of grilled pork, and the fish was not fresh.

I'm an American that stayed here for 2 weeks for Masskara. Excellent service. My room had the view of Lacson Street during the festival--amazing!

Bacolod folks are nice and gentle people so their Human Resources and people rapport with guests are excellent. Good job in this area! The hair dyer clearly shows that even up to this extent they want to save electricity! Linens are old and need replacement. The swimming pool area is unattended and so when there is an emergency there is no one to help you. Bath towels in the room are worn out! They could not provide a pitcher of ICED COLD water but generous with bottle water and bucket of ice!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seda Hotel in Bacolod, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that remained consistent throughout my entire stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in the heart of Bacolod City. It was convenient to explore the nearby attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by its spaciousness and modern design. The room was tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, a well-appointed work desk, and a cozy sitting area. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV, a mini-refrigerator, a coffee maker, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent dining options available at the hotel. The in-house restaurant served a wide variety of dishes, ranging from local delicacies to international cuisine. The food was always delicious and beautifully presented, and the attentive staff made sure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, providing a refreshing respite from the city's heat. Additionally, the hotel offered conference and event spaces that were well-suited for business meetings or social gatherings. What truly set Seda Hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived until my departure, the staff members went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request or inquiry. Their genuine hospitality truly made me feel welcome and pampered throughout my stay. My experience at Seda Hotel in Bacolod was nothing short of excellent. The combination of its convenient location, well-appointed rooms, delectable dining options, and outstanding service made for a truly memorable stay. Whether you're visiting Bacolod for business or pleasure, I highly recommend Seda Hotel as a top choice for accommodation in the city of smiles.

Poor and slow service at the check-in counter. They’re happy to process your payment right away, even though they don’t have your room ready at the advertised time (2 pm). Having waited an hour for the room, we decided to cancel. Management has clearly gone down hill since they cannot plan ahead to have rooms ready for check-in at the time advertised. On previous visits service used to be excellent, although Wi-Fi is also incredibly bad. Having stayed at this hotel many times prior, I’m sad to say we will not be choosing Seda Bacolod again.

Excellent customer service! Receptionists were all great especially the guy who checked us in. Very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was great! I loved their pancit. Really good. Omelet was not salty which I liked. They have lots of food options which is rare in hotels in the provinces. Good that they have a bar at the rooftop. Very convenient if you want to unwind. The door of my room was difficult to open. You have to push the door very hard. The view from my room wasn’t good as well. You can see that garbage piled up within the vicinity of the hotel which should be cleaned. Will stay again in case I’m in town.

Perfect staycation venue. The room is well appointed with a comfortable king-sized bed, large flat screen TV, and a sizeable writing desk for whatever work you need to do. The bathroom isn't big, but it'll do. The rooftop resto and bar is a great place to hang out and chill.

My automated door lost battery power and did not work. The hotel was not able to open my door for hours! Luckily, I was watching the world cup final and no emergencies occured. Imagine if I had a work emergency to work on but my laptop was locked in the room....or if I needed special medicines in my room. On top of this, my room did not have towels upon checking in. There was also some disconnect with housekeeping volunteering to clean my room in the evening while the front desk adamantly saying otherwise. I've had 3 stays at Seda Bacolod but I would say this will be the last.

The hotel stands along the busy street of Lacson, just beside the city’s park in front of Bacolod’s city hall. It is perfectly situated at the heart of Bacolod about 30 minutes from the Silay-Bacolod International Airport. Commuting is hassle-free as public vehicles are available just outside. Nearest mall is the Ayala Malls Capitol Central. Branches of famous delicacy stores and restaurants are also nearby for a perfect staycation. The staffs are friendly, they might have downsized their manpower due to pandemic. The hotel’s amenities include outdoor pool, gym, an indoor restaurant at the ground floor, and a rooftop bar, which is great for sunset viewing. It also has private hall for occasions and events.

Good Points: 1. Location: Very accessible to Ayala Malls, Central Park, eateries like Chicken Deli(just across the street), Calea (Bacolod’s famous cakes and pastries shop), Cafe Bob, Felicia’s, Bong Bong’s Delicacies Center, etc 2. Hotel’s Misto Resto food was good. Their carbonara, pumpkin soup and seafood pasta were all delish and reasonably priced 3. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Can be improved: 1. My friend who visited us in the hotel joked that she felt "valuable" as she stepped out our room because the door felt heavy as a vault! 2. Faucet water would splash all around because of too much pressure from the faucet even if slightly turned only. 3. Room is a bit cramped especially the area between the entrance and restroom doors. Someone coming out from the restroom could easily bump into someone coming in from the entrance door. 4. Our room was in the 2/F and we can be easily seen by people in the poolside. Perhaps the hotel can put a sticker or something in the window so that natural sunlight can penetrate the room without the guests being seen from outside. We didn't avail of breakfast as we decided to check out the local bakers, which didn't disappoint.

As a first time traveller to Bacolod I also stayed at Seda Capitol by myself in October 2019.This hotel provides a car service that will drive you to and from any destination from the hotel. It is a safe and reliable service and of great benefit to someone like myself that was staying alone at Seda Capitol and unfamiliar with Bacolod. The restaurant provided a delicious variety of meals. The rooftop entertainment area is the envy of any such facility in any other hotel I have stayed at. My room was clean and quiet and the pool was cool and relaxing. As the hospitality industry around the world continues to experience the consequences of a global pandemic if you are visiting Bacolod then I recommend staying at Seda Capitol because this hotel will ensure that your stay there is catered for with perfect service.

Had a great time staying here! Their welcome committee did a very good job at greeting us even if we arrived late at night! The room was very clean the staff arrived rightaway for our requested extra bed. Breakfast was great too! Had a lot of options!

The hotel provided a hassle-free and frictionless stay from start to finish. My room was spacious and kept clean with daily housekeeping. Excellent central location as well. One minor concern would be that the fitness center was small, sparsely furnished and got crowded very quickly even in the early morning. Overall an excellent choice at a fair price.

We have been loyal guests at Seda Bacolod for quite some time now, and our recent stay in May this year reaffirmed why we keep coming back. First and foremost, Dianne Araneta, the Front Office Manager, consistently provides exceptional service. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. Dianne's warm and welcoming demeanor makes us feel valued as guests and ensures that our stay is nothing short of wonderful. In addition to the excellent service, the food at Seda Bacolod is top-notch. The culinary offerings are a delightful treat for the taste buds. From breakfast to dinner, we've always been impressed by the quality and variety of dishes available. The restaurant staff is attentive, and the dining experience is a culinary delight. The hotel's accessibility is a significant plus. Located in a convenient area, it's easy to explore the city's attractions and return to the comfort of Seda Bacolod. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the hotel's central location makes it an ideal choice. I would also like to express our gratitude to Carl, who serves in the In-Room Dining department. Carl's professionalism and commitment to delivering top-notch service are evident in every interaction. He is prompt, attentive to our preferences, and always greets us with a warm smile, enhancing our overall experience. Seda Bacolod is our preferred choice because of team members like Dianne Araneta and Carl, who consistently go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their dedication reflects positively on the hotel and sets a high standard for guest satisfaction. We eagerly anticipate our next visit to Seda Bacolod, knowing that Dianne, Carl, and the entire team will continue to provide outstanding service and warm hospitality. With good food and excellent accessibility, this hotel truly offers a complete and satisfying experience. To Seda Bacolod Team, thank you for making our stay truly remarkable.

The hotel location was on a very busy road. The rooms were well prepared and cool. Inside staff were friendly and professional. Food was good. Note of caution to others. If you order a car for a trip and have to cancel for any reason They will try and charge you 2500.00 PHP. If your going to demand such payment then add it to your police’s. I can’t seem to understand if you have to cancel reservation why would charge someone? It’s part of business and a part of life things happen. They claim that it cost them money? They agreed to settle at 500.00 PHP. Nice of them but ethically wrong. Over all nice stay. However I will not he doing business with them if that’s how they rip off the consumer. I unfortunately had to leave on short notice for business. I would never treat my customers that way.

Limited parking spaces available Lobby is just right sized since the hotel is not that big also Breakfast area is also just right, lots of food choices available Rooms are okay. clean but not that spacious. The room that we got has pool view. Beds are awesome. Had a great sleep. Bathroom can be improved. The shower in our room has leak but didn't report is anymore since we checked in late and also checked out early. Location is great, near establishments and mall. Also just right across the park. But overall, it was okay. No complains.

This place is perfect for businessmen who want to stay im a location not far from key areas of the city such as the capitol. The rooms were very clean, we didn't find any stain nor did we find any broken item. All fixtures and all electronics were in good shape. They have at least nine power outlets: two on each side of the bed, one in the CR, and two in the desk, and two in the coffee bar. We got the deluxe and it was already perfect. The service was exceptional, the staff were courteous and kind. Check out was VERY quick. Upon surrender of key, we were allowed to leave within 3 minutes. We also loved the breakfast buffet, there was a lot of food options to choose from. There are the usuals: bread toaster area, egg omelette area, desserts, the mains, salads, and fruits.

I dunno what the official rating of this hotel is but i think it barely hovers 2stars. The hotel is relatively new but already shows lack of love and attention. Upon checking in, the lobby looks sad and dark… ceiling in the lobby shows water damage Upon getting out of the elevator, a dank, musty smell reminiscent of a damp cellar… it already doesn’t bode well of a start of a good stay. Upon entering the room, one would usually check on the cleanliness of the room you are checking in to. And see the photos below, light switches seems to havent seen a wiping. So as the surface areas… they have stains… the TV stopped working, so i called the front desk. They sent up one of their maintenance men, who took the tv away only to be swapped with one that has a weird backlight to the TV that distorts the picture shown. The linens on the beds needs bleaching as they have yellowish tinges on them. A lot could have been done right, but somehow this hotel has done everything That could be done wrong… Only good: bed is comfortable

If you want to experience an amazing staycation in Bacolod, I’d definitely recommend Seda Capitol Central. For only Php 3,900 (good for 2 pax) per night, you get to experience comfort and luxury while staying in the City of Smiles. You also get to access their swimming pool (located on the 2nd floor), their gym (located on the roofdeck), and their delicious breakfast buffet (located on the ground floor). I tried to ask for all of their overnight rates but the receptionist said that it’s better to check their website since they always offer different promos every month. They also offer Unli Italian food for Php 550 each every 6-8pm during Fridays and Saturdays. If you don’t want a buffet, you can always order at their restaurant located on the roofdeck. We tried their meaty platter for Php 1200 and it was definitely good and worth the price. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely come back here. 🥰

The room and over ambiance of the place is superb. The service can be improved, we arrived at the hotel and they gave us a different room from what I've booked. Other than that the place is great! Location-wise that's the best place you can get in my opinion.

Checked in during the wee hours (past 12mn). Prior to that I was calling their hotline at around 10pm to reconfirm my booking, but no one was answering. Once we arrived, the reception person was not wearing his nameplate, which is practice especially front desk staff. Tried to connect to their WiFi the next morning, but the instructions provided to me did not work. Needs improvement also to the A/C temperature in the lobby during busy hours, for the temperature was quite warm. Room was nice. Well cleaned sheets. Loved your specialty bacon!

Hotel location is the best in Bacolod as it is centrally located to nearby Ayala Capitol mall, restaurants and coffee shops like UCC and Starbucks. Spa Natura is just few meters walk away if you’d like to spend a day of wellness and relaxation. Breakfast showcases traditional Filipino dishes which we really miss and love (danggit, pusit, dilis, tocino, pansit). Hotel service is excellent.

We reserve a date for our anniversary at this restaurant. I was surpised with the hospitality we received. I love how the staffs are attentive. We're definitely going to come back soon!

I stayed for a week at this hotel and had an excellent stay. The location is good with a park just next to it. There is a 7-11 and a local convenient shop across the road. A fair number of eateries are just across the road as well, Chow King and food zone. The rooftop bar is a great place to chill. The staff is great, friendly, helpful, and attentive. Recommended.

We paid for our room online. We are staying here for two days because we wanted to experience the Maskara festival. The two people who helped us at the front desk to check in. I forgot the guys name but Bianca gave my son a small stuffed teddy bear. It was really nice and he loved it. We REALLY appreciate that. We have been to hotels from Southern Cebu to Baguio City in the North and this was the first time. I also remember Jofet was very nice and kind to us. We really enjoyed our stay ESPECIALLY ghe Beef Tenderloin and Norwegian Salmon. The Tenderloin was slightly crispy with the grilled taste on the outside and when you bite into very juicy filled with flavor as well as the Salmon's crunch topping then biting into the moise meat and a hint of lemon. 👍🏻👏🏻👍🏻

Great location and breakfast buffet. I stayed for three nights in September 2022. However, on my second night, the room right next to me was partying all night. I did not get some sleep at all. I called reception several times but they did not do much about it maybe because the guests were white people. Literally, they are shouting, screaming, singing loudly, and coming in and out of the room until 3:00 in the morning and it was a total of six people in the room. I complained and asked to be transferred to a different room and they did not address it at all and I gave up. They did not get back to me as if nothing happened. It was a rough night and got sick the next day. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very nice comfortable place, breakfast buffet included. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Seems short staffed at times, but over all, great customer service. I stayed 26 nights. It was my home in Bacolod for the month of May. Breakfast buffet was busy at times, but I totally understand that, the wait staff is EXCELLENT for the most part. Especially when they were not overwhelmed. The food was very good and after eating breakfast there for 20+ days, I think I tried everything they have to offer. Me next trip to Bacolod in November, I will be booking with Seda again!

I went to their roof deck to have some fresh air and tea. The view was stunning. Unfortunately, the service needs improvement. It was very slow. Plus, they give me a teapot filled with lukewarm water for my tea!!! The water was almost of room temperature. I would have second thoughts in having tea again in the roof deck resto.
