Checked in for Standard Room. Homy room. Functioning cable TV. No bidet spray. No hot and cold shower. Bring your own toiletries.

The quality of the rooms is very good for its price range. Not really much to do in the hotel but i really like the hotel and rooms interiors. Traditional filipino style with wooden flooring. For me the highlight is their food.

Negative one (-1) in service, rooms and foods. Don't check in here, you will just regret it--literally. NEVER AGAIN! :)

    1. Food service. They don't bring napkins to your table unless you ask for it 2. You will not get a bill unless you ask for it. 3. No soap in the men's room for handwashing 4. They don't refresh your water unless you ask for it 5. They do not offer you any additional food or drink unless you ask for it

The Rooms we're old and in need of maintenance. Hot water wasn't working. Skimped on connectivity infrastructure leading to "Waay"-Fi. Food was amazing, and location is smack dab city center.

There is good reason that this hotel is so popular for local events. The staff are unfailingly friendly, and the management is accommodating, in all the best senses of the word. A Philippine gem!

We enjoyed their restaurant Twist. The food was great! The price was so reasonable. We could afford eating here instead of eating at home. The place is nice w an outdoor pool and convention rooms. Clean and beautiful place and decorated for Christmas. Enjoy your stay!

We went there for the PICE seminar and all the tolls were used where all good. The big screen in front, the sounds where all clear and the foods were all great.

I check in Oct 16 -18, 2023 Iโ€™m disappointed with my room ,thereโ€™s a window but if you open the curtain all you can see dark dusty concrete Rm 242 near the exit the door is always open you can hear the vibrations of hotel air com unit ,no wonder the mosquitoes came in,my souvenir is mosquito bite,my room is like a dungeon,I donโ€™t think itโ€™s worth $72.00 dollars ,I complained in front desk and show her my mosquitos bite In which Iโ€™m allergic to it, 2 glasses in room so have to use glasses in the table to drink and bring to bathroom to brush your teeth a very unhygienic.Thank you Vicki Long Las Vegas NV USA

Beds are comfortable overall but i dont think they clean the rooms properly. I drank from a used glass inside the room since i didnt know before hand. You pay for full price of a buffet but there are days that the breakfast they serve is plated. Sooo.... not worth the payment.

The receptionist was very accommodating. If I'm not mistaken her name was Bhonna. Very easy to talk with and will help you with everything. I hope I got her name right but if not, she was on duty May 15,2021 at around 12 noon.

Dated but great service and wonderful food. Rooms are basic but prices correspond. Nice common areas, meeting rooms and gift shop. Cool covered pool area not too hot. Very convenient location. From my non vegetarian days best niciose salad Iโ€™ve had and the seared cracked pepper tuna were my favourites

Air conditioned room that needs a fan to cool the room thoroughly. Requested for a room change but they just offered a room with a lower value. Hotel personnel are not that accommodating. No bidet in the restroom. Breakfast buffet is just ok and not worth it. Wonโ€™t be recommending this hotel to friends.

Disorganized staff and unaccommodating. My mother celebrated her 60th birthday in this hotel. They already talked about the things to do with the sales team. Then came to that day, they asked to move the photo booth even they agreed it to put on that spot. My mother was told that if she add additional 1900 pesos to upgrade the room and have 4 guest stay there with free breakfast. The next morning came and 2 people were not allowed to enter the buffet she has to look for the supervisor. We were promised that the children can use the pool on a certain timeframe but when they went to the pool area they were told they cant use it because there are events. It is ok if it is close but they keep on telling us different things and the kids were very disappointed. All staff has different answer and information really put so much stress on us. Will never go back to this hotel.

We booked the Junior Suite for 4 nights. There were no towels in the room when we arrived, we called and it was delivered after 1 hour (after numerous follow ups). When the towels finally arrived, we found out the shower heater was not working. It was already 9 in the evening, it was fixed around 10:30 pm. We were tired from the delayed flight and we had to deal with this. The next day, the heater broke down again. We had to had the heater fixed almost 4 times during our entire stay. On our 2nd night they couldn't fix our heater so we had to take a shower in another room. It was very frustrating. To be fair, the staff were nice and the food was great but it didn't compensate for the hassle we went through.

The place was okay. Good for short stays. It's conveniently located near Citymall. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The halls and lobby are clean and maintained. The room was clean and good for the price I payed. Minus 1 star since there was no bidet...
