Such a great, cozy place to stay. Its clean, has friendly staff, has parking area. One thing though, request to check in into their new building. I don't recommend that you check in to their old building. It will dissapoint you. Wifi is great. Free breakfast for 2 even though im the only guest.

Had an overnight stay last Nov. 2019, staff are very accommodating, walking distance to Central Market or Public Plaza. Didn't enjoy their breakfast as much, they need to level it up but its worth what you paid for. Yes, I will come back and refer this hotel. Keep it up!

The room given to me was really spacious and neat. Bed linens are smelling fresh and clean. Though, the room itself, including the bathroom, needs some serious paint retouch and a good make-over maybe...? The front desk staff, mostly female, are very nice, gracious and accomodating. Kudos to their all-around Manager Jigo who does bell service and even waits on tables at the coffee shop if need be. Nothing beats great guest service and good rapport and I believe, I found my second home in Bacolod City because everyone in Northwest Inn always wear a smile! 😊

It is a 2-3 star hotel but it's clean and the staffs are friendly, good price.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and, if you like walking, Bacolod public plaza is at 10 minutes walking and SM city Bacolod is at 15 minutes walking

The accommodation, food and service are not quite bad but the place was very nice. You can't say it's good but not but at all. In totality it was a good place to have a meeting or seminar.

Hotel is very clean, fresh and comfortable rooms to stay. Safe place and location wise, very accessible ( near plaza, church, Lacson and Megaworld) My son and his friends stayed for 3 nights for Masskara Festival and we really enjoyed our stay, also the staff are all very accommodating 💯

I got a super tiny room, with a leaky toilet and black mold in the roof. I was nice and never complained about any of it and stayed two nights. A friend of our family had booked the room. I asked for laundry service and they said yes, that it would be done day after. Which is ok, when i came to check out at noon the day after, the laundry wasnt ready. They said it will be done at 4 pm, something i said would not be ok as i had checkout and asked if they can deliver it to the next place i was gonna stay at 30 mins away from the inn. They didnt deliver it as promised and instead of speaking or getting back to me, they have my number, they still spoke to the family friend that had booked the room. I called and asked, and i emailed with them. Told them talk to me, as its i that stayed and i own the clothes, still they refer to the other person. They even started claiming rudely in an email to me that they had wanted to deliver it at noon but that the guy that booked said dont deliver. Wich is a lie, as i was still in the lobby at 12.30. Basically i would not recommend this place unless you just love lies or bad service 😂

The room rates are nice given that it is in a good location (central enough but in a quieter side of the center). The staff are attentive and are always welcoming with their smile and demeanor. Their breakfast buffet is decent considering the affordable room rates they offer. For my stay, the breakfast spread consistently features a hot soup, two meat viands, one vegetable or pancit, cereals, one kind of fruit, plain and garlic rice, bread, juice, and an egg station. Their wifi needs improvement though.

I always stay at Northwest Inn whenever I'm in Bacolod. It's a no frills boutique hotel. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the city, reasonably priced. I especially love the open, light and airy ambiance. Highly recommended.

This is my hotel of choice. I’ve come back many times already. The staff are great! They serve buffet breakfast. Food is good. Rooms are clean. The sheets are always fresh. They also have private parking in the premises.

This is my favorite hotel in Bacolod City, I usually stay in their old building that makes me comfortable, room is spacious with enough lighting. Everything you need is here like with free wifi and stable cellular signals, hot and cold water, mini refrigerator and of course the buffet breakfast, don't expect high on breakfast it's just enough what I need. You can pay with cash or card, all staff are accommodating and smilling. What makes 4 star is the water quality in bathroom sometimes it smells rusty because I think the water supply is from deep well.

For the price, very reasonable. Wifi, pretty decent. No elevator, bad for person who bring many stuffs. Service, so so. The staffs looks like they are not serious with what they are doing.

Nice place for its price. Staff are very polite and helpful... Will definitely recommend specially for those budget family travels. Their rooftop accomodation is quite roomy for 5 to ten persons with children at a very reasonable price.

Hotel & rooms newly built, mattress and pillows were excellent (very soft), furniture and equipment in the room new. Breakfast consisted of rice, beans, fried eggs (on the spot), noodles, boiled meat, etc and there was also lemon juice as well as milk, cereals, etc. Rated 4 stars because at the back of the hotel there are chickens - roosters that make noise all night upto morning and that was disturbing my sleep.
