Great place, few niteclubs around here so if you need a quiet room, ask them. VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY Good security, water park next door if you need to swim Can walk to all facilities, bank, shopping mall, restaurants, pubs. Good security around area, police sitting out front of hotel 24 hours I think it used to be a red light district but it did not feel sleezy or in my face, so it is OK if you don't visit "that bar"

We had a bad experience in this hotel with my boyfriend. I’m so disappointed because of what happened and we don’t like to go back in this hotel anymore! And you can’t sleep well in this hotel because it surrounded of so many bars especially our room next to sweet lips.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. We checked in with this hotel via online booking through priceline. The trip was an official one so I need to ask for a receipt so that I can reimburse my hotel expense. But they said i should get the receipt from Agoda or to whoever third party online booking where I got my booking. That was absurd! Of course I was disgusted when they told me that stupid reason so I reacted negatively. They asked me to contact priceline and demand a receipt from them. I did that but as expected I never got an answer from priceline. So I tried to call and texted them but I think my number was blocked so I sent them an email if they could just provide me with a summary of my account as proof that I stayed in their hotel. But I got no response from them until now. I stayed in their not so good hotel on October 8-9. What a bad experience!!

P2500 per night. Aging hotel that is about three years overdue for renovation. Bed is decent but room is dusty. Me and my partner both have rhinitis and were sniffling. Toilet is aging and needs to be renovated. Ceiling a bit discolored. But lots of hot water and good water pressure. Pitcher of water that they gave us had residue on spout because it was so old. Details like this let down the hotel. If you don't have rhinitis then Kundutel is okay. But I have stayed in better places in Bacolod. Luxor, Sugarland and even Planta are better.

Place has spacious rooms but design is too old for the trend nowadays. Haven't tried their food though. Overall, we had an average stay.

It's nice because barely anyone is there but at the same time you wish there were more people. It was almost a ghost town in the hotel, the receptionist is nice but the other staff were okay. The elevators are a bit aggressive? Like it barely gives you anytime going in before it tries to squish you, pretty hard too. The room was nice, the room gets pretty cold and a lot of a pillows. The shower is weird, the hot water can be boiling hot. Like it physically hurts. I tried to balance it with the cold water and then all of a sudden all the cold water disappeared and it burnt me. But all in all, the whole place was just okay. It needs improvements for sure, kind of feels abandoned

Clean rooms and interior of hotel. Outside area isn't much to look at, old, dirty and unkempt but the inside is quite nice.

Place looks very run down and in bad need of a clean and refresh. Was way better when there was a casino near by.
