Booked this hotel based on the 4 star reviews... definitely not worth it. Walls in the rooms are so thin you can hear other guest in the other rooms or hallways. Bathroom is old and grimy.. beds are just foams on top of a wood.. also it's hard to find a cab...anyways for the value they charge would pay a little more to be at a better place

Your hotel experience here will make your 1,400 pesos a night for two, worth it. The rooms are new and classy. And they provide one complimentary buffet breakfast. Plus, they allow all customers to have free coffee during breakfast, I think.

The food and the hotel itself is great and all, and there is a breakfast buffet, and it's so good to eat and stay here, Definitely recommend this place if you want to go to Bacolod!👍😁😁

Clean rooms with adequate amenities. Service is excellent professional service. The food at the restaurant deserves a special mention. The quantity and choice variety is very good.

Perfect place to relax. The view is superb. The staff are nice, the food is pricey but it's worth the price, they serve delicious food.

Hotel was OK. Its worth the money you spent. Food is nice.. Didn't expect that from a random hotel. Service was very fast as well. I got no issues.. Staff are efficient

1. After I finished my breakfast, my dirty plates and silverware sat in front of me for hours until I left. 2. After they put my food in front of me, like a pet, they did not ask if my food and drink were okay. 3. After they left, no matter how many times I looked at them, they never came back to offer more water, or more juice (both glasses were empty). But they did give more water to the Filipino people, but not me as a foreigner. 4. They never came back to see if I cared to have dessert. I would have loved to enjoy a dessert, but they acted as if I was invisible. 5. Never brought my bill

Rooms in this hotel are clean and reasonably priced. Staffs are welcoming, polite and always ready to help. Breakfast was not bad at all, we started the day with a full stomach. Located in a busy street, near a school but that didn't bother us at all.

We didn’t originally plan to stay here but our first option was closed that time so after roaming around downtown, we ended up here. Front desk staff was friendly. Thankfully they have an elevator coz our room was at the 4th floor. Room was spacious and clean. Toilet was just not that big. No bidet and hot shower temp cannot be controlled. No rug and slippers. Toiletries were complete though (dental kit, shampoo with conditioner, soap). No hair dryer but they have a mini ref, thermos, & 2 bottled water. 2 pillows were only provided. Breakfast was expensive (290 each) but delicious. They just didn’t follow my request (I wanted scrambled eggs but they served sunny side up) and they didn’t separate the fruits. Also, the staff in the dining area are kinda rude and cold. Idk if they’re just too tired but we didn’t like the ambiance while eating. For 1980, I don’t think I’ll come back here again.

Hotel was OK. You get your money's worth. Breakfast buffet spread was fantastic. Didn't expect that from a random hotel. Service was very fast as well. I got checked in/out within a few minutes without any issues. Necessary docs also provided without delays. So for me, very efficient staff!

The restaurant of this hotel serves great food and service at a reasonable price! Been here for a couple of times but they are still consistent on how great their service is. Haven't tried their rooms yet but giving it 4-stars based on the reviews of other people - will edit this if ever.

Not your five star kind of hotel but it is acceptable conpared to Negrense Suites.

I have not stayed in the hotel itself, but I have often eaten at their restaurant. Their food has always been very good. Service and staff is excellent.

Hi, The stay in this hotel was a terrible experience. Very disappointed with the stay in this O Hotel. Room was found to be infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. Requested for a change of room. However, changed room was also having the same problem. Cockroaches can be seen crawling on top of the bed. Kindly put some effort on the cleanliness and hygiene of the room

Quality hotel with good sheets, clean rooms but most of all courteous and helpful staff. Shout out to the security guard on duty who was helpful with directions on nearby fast-food establishments, he even opens the taxi's door for you.

Good place to settle down and have a tour of the city. We love the food choices. And they have courteous staff, always willing to assist. It would be better if they can eradicate ants. We'd love to come back still.

Food is delicious one of the best. Super love the buffet breakfast totally a catch!.. Very accommodating staff. Super clean amenities, well maintained rooms and bathrooms. Would surely recommend and will definitely go back to this place. Amazing!
