Rooms are clean. Enough parking space. A/C can cool the room well. Private restroom. Decent WiFi. Side tables and a chair is a plus. Spacious cabinet. Free mineral water refill. Located near almost everything since it's in downtown Bacolod. Worth the price. Staff are good and helpful. Nothing much to complain, except there's no TV, and hot shower is not functioning.

The price is cheap. The place is good. I understand the lack of TV because the place is new. Even locals don't know the place. They have bidet which is very important. There is also an indoor wall climbing nearby and some of the bacolod tourist spots are near the location. Overall it was a good stay.

Good location. The room and bed are basic but adequate for travellers and or tourists on a budget. Inclusion of side tables but only one area for socket for electronics. Each floor has a water dispenser for guests. Cabinets are open and have no clothes hanger. Faucet on wash basin was loose. Bathroom tiles were not thoroughly cleaned. Sofa set at lobby smelled of dried sweat. There is no designated area for smoking so guests can smoke just outside the lobby entrance.

The location of the establishment is undeniably advantageous. While the rooms and beds may be simple, they offer satisfactory accommodations for budget-conscious travelers and tourists. It is worth noting that there are side tables provided, although access to electrical sockets for electronic devices is limited to a single area. Furthermore, each floor conveniently features a water dispenser for the convenience of guests. However, I must acknowledge certain areas where improvements could be made. The cabinets lack clothes hangers, which could be a slight inconvenience for those needing to hang their garments. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues, such as a loose faucet in the washroom and bathroom tiles that appeared to have been inadequately cleaned. The sofa set in the lobby emitted a faint odor reminiscent of dried sweat. Furthermore, the absence of a designated smoking area means that guests may smoke in close proximity to the lobby entrance, which could be inconvenient for non-smoking guests. While there are aspects that could be enhanced, it is important to weigh these considerations against the affordability and suitability for budget-conscious travelers.

Chose it for it's 2 single-beds in a room option and proximity to the city center. Checked-late,I called in earlier to info them we will be late, and was offered a family room for the four of us. We refused. This kind of hanky-panky shouldn't be tolerated. Our rooms were already paid for online. In the end, we were offered 2 3-bed rooms. Accepted. No TV but wt wifi. A convenience store downstairs was still open even late at night. Water and food were available. A big plus here was the eatery across the street where they served good breakfast wt brewed coffee for a very reasonable price. We also had lunch there before checking out. Food were ok. The oysters were best sellers. The grilled fish was perfect. Jostifir these, we will be back.

Everything was perfect, and the staff were accomodating but I had a slight problem with the water not coming out in the middle of the day. Problem was addressed and the only reason why I'm giving a 4-star review instead of 5 is because the wi-fi barely reaches my room :/

Only upside about this is that the rooms are clean. They were recommended to be near key places, BUT they are not at all accessible. Drivers and locals are not even familiar of the place and their location. We commuted and even walked under the bad weather just to ask local settlers within the area if they happen to be familiar with the place. If only their site provided a legend or prominent landmarks or at least a signage by the highway for guidance. Then upon arriving, we checked in,were given the wifi pw then went straight upstairs to finally get out from our wet clothes and settle down. Inside the room,AC is switched on but not operating, there was no phone inside the room (after another dismay that there's no TV!!) and no phone even in the hallway. I had to go back downstairs just to be told that we had to press a certain button on a box. They weren't even apologetic for not giving instructions before we went upstairs. Then the free WIFI .. Which apparently DOES NOT HAVE GOOD RECEPTION INSIDE THE ROOM so we had to stay near the elevator to get good signal. And of course, NO CHAIRS for us to sit on. My partner and I had to sit on the staircase while other guests had to go to our floor to get good signal. Pillows were too thin, you rest your head and pooff air comes out and your head is resting flat on the bed. Had to fold the pillow to get a little elevation. No bidet or "tabo" to wash off. Our room door (316) apparently opens after a while (or if there's pressure coming from other doors opening) even when we've closed it. No double lock so we had to make sure by pushing the door several times just to make sure and lock it. For P800+ a night, they are at par with other inns or ecotels.. Heck even lodging houses have good wifi AND tv sets even if they only have local channels to offer. Experience was super inconvenient when it was supposedly my birthday getaway where we can relax and enjoy after a long day out. Hope management improves on facilities and service.

This place is sooo nice! The room is soo clean and cozy. There are also a lot of restaurants at the ground floor so you won't have a hard time looking for food. It's also near the mall. 10 minutes ride if you ride a Jeep.

This is my second time in this property. Unless you wanna end up dissapointed, listen to me. If you're looking for a very affordable place in Bacolod with high level of comfort, I highly recommend this one. There may be no telephone and TV in the room but the neatness, cleanliness, and comfortableness is outstanding and incomparable.

Room is clean but the shower heater is not working 😟 (room 342). There's free drinking water in the lobby so you don't have to worry about buying mineral water since 7/11 is quite far, just make sure to bring your own water bottle.
