Poor handling on customers. We booked a room here and they cancelled it on the spot, same date as their previous guests extended their stay. That was a very unprofessional act, cancelling the current reservations just because the previous guests extended. It was a mess, better not book this hotel to avoid stress. We were super annoyed with what they did.

Hotel staff was accommodating and nice. We arrived at 2:15 and check in after five minutes. We reserved two rooms, Deluxe and Premiere. Both rooms are clean. Toiletries and bath towels were provided during the stay. The pool is nice and good for dipping after a long, tiring day. It looks great at night with the lights as well. Designated smoking area near the pool area. Pool opens at 8AM-10PM.

Bathroom could do with an upgrade. Service was excellent. It is close to the SM Mall.

The staff are very approachable, friendly and helpful. Room amenities are complete, and I'm very satisfied with its features. I just thought that the TV needs an upgrade.

Staff was very professional and always so helpful. Premier room with king bed was very comfortable. Hot water and water pressure was very good. Air Con also was very good. We didn't use the pool but it seemed very nice and clean. Good location very close to SM mall. 5 minute walk. Several restaurants near SM and in the SM food court. Mostly within a 10 minute walk.

MO2 Westown Hotel is clean and has the basic necessities you need. The rooms have refrigerators which already have refreshments but they don't come free. Same goes with the snacks. The prices are already posted on the room so you don't have to wonder about how much you need to pay if ever you consumed the products. It has two pools, one for the kids and one for the adults. You can also have a karaoke session there and a restaurant can be found at the ground floor near the reception area. The staff was generally nice. M02 Westown Hotel is just a walking distance from SM mall which is such a great convenience.

For the price to quality ratio this hotel is so good. The deluxe room which is an ordinary room has all the amenities of hotel. It has a comfortable bed, very spacious room, ref, good aircon, hot and cold bathroom, water heater, cable flat screen tv, you name it they have it. Plus with free swimming pool. It is hard to find fault with this price range of the room. One thing is not that good is the cable tv, the shows are not good, we are now inclined to prefer internet tv in order to watch Netflix or Youtube to our most convenient time.. but i am just nitpicking. Over all it is hard not to recommend this place, since it deserves my highest approval.

Room is good, but what i did not like is that they provided a document for you to sign that toiletries are provided. But was just surprised that thete is non. Since i have my own so I forgot to complaint already when i checked out the next day.

Additionally, cleanliness was a concern, as I noticed stains on the carpets and a lack of attention to detail in maintaining the room's cleanliness. The hotel's location was convenient, but the noise from the surrounding area was disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the MO2 Westown Hotel failed to provide a satisfactory experience, and I would not recommend it to discerning travelers.

Visited an Australian friend of mine who stayed here for his month long visit in Bacolod. Advised the rooms were great. Swimming pool on the second floor. Right next to the bar/lounge called WAVES.

The rooms and location are fine, but the service needs a lot of improvement. We took medicines with us that needed to be kept in the fridge. After emphatically telling them it needed to be kept between 2 and 7 degrees celsius, they still managed to put it in the freezer. More than 2000 euros worth of medicine (just for the weeks we are staying here) down the drain.

Staff are very friendly. Good Location near mall and downtown. Rooms are clean and spacious, hot shower is a plus 😁 Internet is good. Free use of pool. Food is also great.

I booked a reservation in a weekend schedule and pay upfront. The hotel room price is very affordable and its near to malls and convenience stores.... Gate parking area closed at 8pm,so heads up the security guard if you're gonna late to park your car or motorcycle but bear in mind that they have a party bar so they may interrupt your sleep during in the night ...

I was somehow charged a 100php service charge, no receipt or sign in. Seems like the hotel is run by 3 people only. The hotel pool was so dirty even when I called to ask if the pool was open they said its open but did not mention how dirty it was. The hallways were dirty and the room was not cleaned. The remote for the cable box was missing and the staff knew this but did not attempt to get one. If you need a 1 night stay close to sm or downtown this is the place, but its not worth the price. There are better hotels around for lower prices.

Room was big and okay, but amenities are not okay, the cable tv is not working the blower is not working and when we checked out my friends and I shocked to find out we were charged 500 pesos for a missing towel. We insists to have our things checked but they refuse to do it. Scammer!!!

AC needs maintenance. Moved from one room to another all AC's have ice buildup. Upgrade your AC to wall mount split type. Needs to keep up with the times.

The experienced was superb!. The look of the facade is similar to Manhattan's metro. Been to hotels in the business capital of the Philippines, Makati City and the price is your paying for a decent room is half of the price without sacrificing the quality. Westown Hotel is located in the heart of the city and everything is accessible.! The accomodations was good and I will keep coming back for more.
