Nice cozy hotel. Quite decent place and very affordable. Plenty of outdoor tables to just sit and relax. There's lots of fresh air. It's within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and a 10-15 minute walk to Ayala capitol central. Aircon is cold. Nice shelves in the room with socket on top of a table. However when I pulled back the bed covers there was a few strands of long hair on the bed probably left over from the cleaning lady/the one who cleaned the bed. Taking a star off for what would have been a five star rating. The rest of the room is pretty clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The place is very affordable. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Their staff should start paying attention to maintaining the dining area clean all the time. Table cloth should be replaced everyday. It started to be smelly and ants are all over. I asked one of the crew to take out the table cloth. This place is really good there are many people staying in this place. All they need to do is clean and maintain this place all the time.

this place is amazing. the staffs are super accommodating and friendly and always smiling too. the foods are great from breakfast to dinner. if you're staying for more than a day I suggest you order different meals and try on their menu. you must try their chorizo pudpud 👌 the room is spacious and there's hot and cold shower. another good thing about here is that there's a bible for I guess in every room (our room have one). the place is very accessible to malls and park.

So, back when we started dating in 2015, we found this place and often opted for staying there for our weekend getaways. We loved it there. It was a lovely place with good food and an excellent staff who were always accommodating. Never had a bad experience there. Flash forward to 2023, my husband and I got married and started looking for a good place to stay. We looked around the city. We’re not fussy. We just want a good, clean place to hang out in, eat and just spend lazy days in. We gave up after looking at some of the hotels in Bacolod City. Some were too expensive with too many services we won’t ever use. Some were surprisingly lacking in services we absolutely needed (we stumbled upon a fancy-ish or once-fancy hotel with four or five floors and no elevator—and the rooms with beds for couples were on the top floor and they were charging over 5k for that which was hilarious!). It was kind of getting ridiculous. Then we remembered the lovely times we spent at 11th and wondered if they were still open. Post-pandemic, you never know, right? Maybe they closed, maybe they rebranded and now they’re bigger and fancier so they’d maybe be more expensive. Oh, my god. Seriously, it is unbelievable. Okay, so first off—they did increase their prices *but* it’s still a LOT lower than literally anywhere else we checked. It’s been renovated and more rooms have been added. They still have that funny water fountain but the walkway from the original building now has a roof. They repainted too. The beds were new, clean and sturdy. The rooms were a lot smaller than we remembered but it wasn’t a problem at all. We fit so it was cool. We asked for extra pillows which they gave us immediately. The staff is still as lovely as ever. The guard is still just as accommodating (he ought to be front desk one day—he’s so attuned with their system and was really well-informed and interactive when talking to guests). The waitstaff are friendly and they actually smile genuinely. They even beat my husband to pulling out my chair for me every time we ate there! It was so wonderful to come back to our old haunt and see it had improved by so much—there was so much effort put into it and it just made it so much lovelier than it already was. The only downside I can see is the floor in the shower area of the bathroom probably wasn’t level so the water didn’t drain all the way but who cares because their water heater actually worked? And the window opened so we could keep the bathroom warm while the room was freezing just as we liked it. We thought the old AC was going to be a problem but damn, once it got the room cooled down, it got downright freezing. The cable service isn’t the best but that encouraged conversation which we enjoyed and the wifi was excellent so that was a heck of a fun surprise too. The place is lovely. The service is impeccable and the staff is a huge factor the owners should be proud of. The food is good too—home cooked and fresh. None of the meals felt pre-prepared and reheated. It was nothing fancy but very it was Filipino and the portions were properly filling—I would take that over fancy, microwaved and unrecognizable or kept under a heating lamp for “freshness”. The cooking was consistent too—the sunny side up eggs were perfect each time. Best of all, we ended up spending less than we expected which was a really great bonus. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. It’s fantastic! We’re planning on going away every other month or so. Just to spend time together and enjoy each other’s company. We’re definitely making this place our getaway, our home away from home. We are so glad 11th street is thriving and growing. We wish all the very best to their staff—all of them. The owners should be proud of their B&B. It’s really a hidden treasure of the city!

Rooms are clean, breakfast is okay. Rooms are cheap but they don't have cable during our stay. Good thing there's wifi but it's weak too. Parking space can be a challenge. It's too small.

Good price for an overnight. All rooms comes with free breakfast. I like that there are trees surrounding and they have a small fountain that adds up to a calming vibe. Although, they don’t have options for vegan or vegetarians. I hope they could improve their menu.

Pros-clean, tidy room; Staff very helpful specially Elmer, Marysa, Ivan and others. They are always smiling. I love the garden where you can take your breakfast, so refreshing to see the sky, trees and birds. You can also walk around inside the premises. Cons - need to walk 5 or 10 min. from Main Road to reach the hote, there are some portion on the street that is dark. I always arrived at night as I enjoyed traveling around Bacolod. It is a safe place.

I recommend this place. The place is a dealbreaker and the ambience is nice. The only letdown is the breakfast included but what can you expect from the decent price? P.S. my room has many mosquitoes, I told frontdesk before I left. Hopefully, mosquitoes wont welcome me when I go back. ###highly recommended still
