So
just
like
the
saying
says
you
get
what
you
pay
for.
Yes
this
is
a
budget
hotel.
400-800
pesos
per
night.
The
rooms
are
small,
the
towels,
sheets,
and
furniture
is
old.
With
that
said
it's
expected.
The
only
part
that
I
would
say
was
unacceptable
is
it
was
not
super
clean.
But
the
room
was
pretty
safe,
the
noise
was
not
bad.
The
aircon
took
a
little
long
to
cool
the
very
small
room.
The
shower
was
not
powerful
but
it
did
the
job.
The
staff
was
very
nice..
the
best
part
was
the
staff.
The
area
is
a
very
busy
market
area
and
a
lot
of
traffic
and
people.
Its
not
too
far
from
SM
and
if
you
can
walk
10-15
minutes
its
close
enough.
The
area
can
smell
because
of
the
fish
markets.
I
would
recommend
to
my
single
friends
to
stay
there
just
as
a
cheap
place
to
stay.
There
are
not
luxuries
like
pools
or
spas
so
don't
expect
that
and
who
would
at
400
pesos
per
night.
I
gave
it
4
stars
because
the
rooms
were
not
so
clean
and
clean
should
be
possible
even
at
a
low
rate.
Safety
was
not
a
concern
but
with
all
busy
areas
you
need
to
be
aware
of
your
surroundings.
There
are
no
elevators
so
if
you
are
unable
to
climb
stairs
its
impossible.
The
lobby
is
1
flight
up
and
there
are
4
floors.
My
recommendation
is
if
you
are
just
staying
a
night
or
two
and
just
need
a
bed
and
shower
(tv
does
not
have
many
channels)
then
this
is
a
place.
As
long
as
you
do
not
care
that
its
very
basic
and
older
decor.
