Booked a deluxe room and it’s so old, creepy and ugly, especially the aircon is too loud. I requested to be transferred to a different room with a quiet aircon but the frontdesk declined & is even acting mad. You can really hear loud aircons of other rooms on the hallway. Definitely not worth the price! I think I could book 500’ish room within the city and get a better room and better aircon. Lame hotel!

The guard is always initiating to help, bell boys assist well and are approachable. Some of the front desk officer we encountered are polite and courteous, and one of them, as we experienced, lack telephone etiquette and somehow losses her cool easily in terms of her tone. Wifi isn't working (on the floor we were in). But nevertheless, it is cheap, worth the pay, and the air-conditioning unit works well. Stairs are a good exercise so I don't see it as a weakness of the place.

The place is convenient and just nearby to proper city. Staff are friendly and attentive. Just quite disappointed w/ the water drip from the aircon directly in my bed. And I think they need to have an elevator for pwd's and other like that need an elavator. But all in all our experienced was good.

Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Room is ok considering the cheap price but still won't compromise comfort for the guest. Stairs are ok. Wifi working perfectly. Nearby to almost everywhere in the city. Accessible by grab service with base fare at 60 php since its within the city proper. CR needs some improvement but OK. Food i suggest eating outside.

its strongest point is very good customer service. we also enjoyed the breakfast served everyday we stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days and even spent our christmas day due to typhoon as we got stranded due to cancelled boat trips. location is excellent as it was at the center of the city. the staffs make sure that our needs are met. the only downfall is they dn't have a good selection of food in their restaurant. may we suggest that the should have at least foods to serve if the guest opt to stay in the Inn instead of going out. But if uave the chance we will stay in Tamera again.

Very Poor WiFi. Though room looks clean saw a coackroach running on the desk. Breakfast is decent. Late checkout is charged.

Good place stay in bacolod. Guest are accommodated very well. Staffs are approachable and always smiling. Above all, it was clean and amenities are really good.

The hotel is affordable, clean and nice but the CR doesn't have exhaust fan. The free breakfast was delicious..
