Smelly and dirty bathroom. Bawal sa maarte. They don't seem to change the bed sheets often. Dim lights. Located in an old building. Cracked walls in rooms.

Their reservation system is not synchronized with Agoda. When we arrived, the receptionist said that they are fully booked. Signage is not visible. The staircase going to the desk smells urine. Therefore, I will definitely not recommend this. ☹

Pros: Budget-friendly / Affordable, Few blocks away from Bacolod Cathedral, Good internet Wi-Fi connection Cons: Noisy air con, not so clean common CR, foul smell from stairs to their entrance.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!! DON'T STAY HERE!! YOU'LL GET DISAPPOINTED. I arrived here expecting that everything was ready however i was so disappointed when i saw my room, it's so dirty, stinky and there's a lot of garbage inside. The bed is so itchy and awful bathroom. My money got wasted and chose another hotel.

Picture is deceiving not true clean. A.C. room rate is 500 pesos. This is for low or no budget backpackers.

So dirty. And the place is so smelly. Not good. The picture is not even true! It says dormitel but the picture is from Business Inn!

Very cheap accomodotaion.. good only if you are on a budget and just need a place to spend the night.

If you're really low on budget, then this one is good enough.
