The food was the standout! Everything served during my five-day stay was delicious. To this day, I cannot stop raving about the meals I ate. The most notable of which was the pumpkin soup. It was creamy and rich. Quality is comparable to 5 star hotels. The rooms were clean and wifi connectivity was strong. Ideal for seminars and workshops. Staff was well-mannered and very approachable.

Doesn't have enough staff. Food is not great at all. Breakfast is expensive and not even worth it! Their hotel resto didn't meet the standards. Room accommodation is 2/5. Internet speed is very slow, not stable. It's always out of service. Elevator not working. Hotel Not recommended!!!! However, staff is friendly.

GT Hotel's environment is warm and it offers a good service. The hotel staffs are charming. They always smile when they treat the guests. The food of the hotel's restaurant was delicious. GT Hotel is an amazing hotel. It's a good choice for accomodating visitors. If i have a chance to comeback Bacolod City, i will enjoy GT Hotel one more times with my family.

Breakfast with the room is not a buffet breakfast. I don't see why they leave the food warmers out for display. Our water heater did not work. I saw the outlet appeared fried. I guess I failed to report it. Room 219

Room was spacious. I had issues connecting to the wifi. The team did their best but it didn’t work still. Appreciate the effort. Unfortunately the heater in my room was not working. Location is good, it’s a short walk to SM mall.

We really enjoyed our stay at GT Hotel. It was very clean, maaliwalas, and most importantly, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very reasonably priced, too. The only down-side was the food. The pizza we ordered was not tasty at all. Ala-carte breakfast was just so-so.

Years ago this hotel had great food, but recently i was disappointed with a few non available dishes listed in the menu. Food wasnt that delectable as it was then.. Service wise it has remained as is.

GT Hotel is in a very strategic place. It is near banks, malls, and eateries. Rooms are good and comfortable. There is no water heater but the temp of the shower is somewhat in the goldilocks zone 😂 Staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Rooms tiles are broken.. they have fridge there... T&b is old and corners are not too clean... They serve 2 breakfast menu kahit mag-isa ka lang.

Well..to my surprise..they raise the price by almost 300php..but the tiles are still lifting everywhere..used toilet paper..only 1 pack of cheap coffee..no cream..rusty fridge...poor..hopefully they use the xtra money to do renovations..it can be a very nice place..parking is great..and service..very friendly Update....After 3 months now..I am still going to GT HOTEL..prices at been dropped..no more buffet for breakfast..some fixing been done...got a new Cafe outside in the "garden"...parking lot..looking 👍

The staff are the best part of our stay. Very friendly and approachable. Professional and well trained. Kudos to the FO's and to the ever reliable all around security guard who is very helpful and offered to fix our TV. The downside, bathroom is very dirty. Towels are very old and quite frankly a bit disgusting. The wifi connection is pretty decent. But the most disappointing part of all is that the television in one of the two rooms that we have booked is not working thus my mother and aunt can't watch their fave shows. These might be just a small or minor detail for you the hotel management but for us the middle class paying customers, these means a lot. Disappointed. Not worth the offered standard rate. As for the amenities and overall value for money, reasonable and acceptable price range should be below a thousand pesos.

The rooms are clean and decent. They have cash safes, refs, and water heaters for convenience. Their location is near the parks. But no convenience store is near.

Great service, clean rooms & comfortable beds, WIFI is reasonably fast, breakfast buffet food is a bit limited. Bathroom toiletries are limited to shampoo, bath soap & shower cap. There is a fridge, cable TV and safe inside room. Noticed though that the staff overlooked checking one of my 2 free bottled water that was previously opened though.

I really liked this place. Its a nice central location, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The shower had really good water pressure and all the staff were really helpful and friendly. The downside is that the breakfast wasn't the best. Limited choices but still quite adequate. Overall a nice comfortable hotel.

Had a seminar in their function room. Not the best function room, but great food and service. Actually visited again just for their cakes. Reasonable price. Great breakfast buffet and pasta. Clean and very accessible.

Hotel is good, cleAn, and wifi is strong but the counter staffs are rude. There was one time, I called to ask for a favor and I was hearing the manager in the background, she was so rude and very unprofessional to speak like that while I was on the phone.

Bacolod is the place to be! Warm and very accommodating people indeed, true to their claim as "City of Smiles". GT Hotel is a home away from home. . I love how they make their guests comfortable and relax. Enjoy thier big parking space, your vehicles are safe and secured with thier guest friendly guards who are very snappy. The place itself is heaven. Anything you need in a quick stay is readily available. Hotel personnel is serving with a genuine smile at all times. VIP treatment is what we felt in our short stay. Foreigner friendly. Safe hotel. Lovely rooms and staff. Tasty cakes and a restaurant on first floor. In the downtown area and close to everything such as the SM Mall Stayed here for 2 weeks while on vacation on leave away from the U.S Air Force.
