The building is well maintained. The room is clean and the price is affordable. The reception is very nice and the room attendant are friendly. They offer free breakfast depenfing on the roon package you avail. The location is good it near the plaza.

Workers do not understand the term "reservation". Want you to ask personally every day and hope that there is a room available, even tho you drag your child to the place. Don't even acc. Advance payment Ok for its price

The room was clean and neat, however there appear to be a bug problem here. Lots of Ants and a few roaches. Service personnel are all friendly. Please bring your own bug spray here. You will not regret it.

Love the rooms very clean considering that it's cheaper compare to other nearby hotels in Bacolod City, definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I expected to extend my stay and the reception told me at 11:30 I had to leave at 12. No serious establishment acts like that. I had to threaten calling the owner to get an extra day. Also some of the receptionists arent helpful at all. They don't even attempt to help you finding a laundry place nearby for example.

Had just slept there last night. The room was great for the price that we paid, although we wished there were a dim nightlight for night time. One thing I had a complain would be the comfort room, I don't like the smell. Yet overall a great place to sleep in on budget. Highly recommended

It was a smooth stay and it has a really good rate. Me and my partner stayed there for two unplanned nights because of an unplanned trip. And it was really nice. I was really tired walking towards the front desk and needed a hotel room for that night and great timing because there was rooms left. The front desk girls we're really accomodating but the first night of stay was a struggle. There was no wifi in ROOM 204 (a room that has 2 twin size bed (which was not okay for the both of us) and no extra outlets where you can plug your chargers or any other stuff to charge. And the room we have was infront of the elevator. So we requested for a room that has a queen size bed for the following night and an extension so we can charge our phones. Great thing there was wifi and the room we were tranferred to was better (ROOM 208). Good lights and extra pillows for all of us. A friendly suggestion, you should have extra slippers in all of the rooms for guest like us who forgot to bring slippers. Thank you

Space is fine though room amenities are a bit old, leaky and rather dirty (dark toilet rims). Air conditioning units in the room are not cooling the room enough before. But we discovered that the dust filters are already overloaded with dust and dirt. After cleaning these out, the room air conditioning improved greatly. Hahahaha! T&B as well as the view from the windows really needs a makeover. I think the aluminum window locks needs repairs as well since security can be an issue because there is access just beyond the windows.

Nice hotel but bathroom curtain was so dirty and has mold. The comfort room in the lobby is so old and flush not working.I saw dead cockroach on the floor.I told the staff to clean it up and i went back to my room. After 2 hours i had to go down for better wifi connection.I went to comfort room again and the staff has not clean and dead cockroach still there. So i had to remind them again.Staff are nice but not attentive. We stayed 3 nights excellent accommodation with great amenities.Aircon working well that is the best! This hotel is in the heart of the city and walking distance to mall and manokan country. No problem with the hotel even a bit old but management need to train the staff to keep the property clean.

Great value for your money. Close to everything. There's a grocery store, food houses, close to Bacolod Church, a clean park and SM. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because there was an issue with the comfort room bowl not flushing properly. They did fix it the moment I called front desk. Also, there's a shuttle available directly to the airport. Which is very convenient. We stayed two nights here on different occassions.

Nice, sweet staff but subpar accommodations. Towels are clean but dingy white old that I bought my own towels, you have to hold down toilet handle to flush, they charge for every little thing, refills on coffee or drinks are additional charges. When I bought my own lactose free milk to ask them to store in ref, I was supposed to pay a daily fee. The rooms only have one electrical outlet and far from bed that you have to ask for extension cord to be able to charge mobile devices. I asked if they have lactose free milk for coffee and they said yes they have, so I was drinking coffee with regular milk thinking it's lactose free. On the third day I got a very upset stomach I had to run twice to a restroom while in the middle of shopping at a mall then to a pharmacy for a local pepto bismol. I found out they didn't understand and know about lactose free milk. Over all, if you get used to the accommodations, it's what you get for what you pay and you'll be fine. It's clean. Friendly staff.

I don't like the CR, it's very old and not in good condition, a lot of ants, although it is very convenient to all. About the services sometimes, okey nman, sometimes my tamad lang siguro, na hindi mapasuyo and you need to do it on your own.πŸ˜‚ Hope you improve your services and especially your CR and sink ( clogged). Thanks and God bless !

I’m really into old stuff but didn’t expect their tv quality to be that poor πŸ“Ί πŸ˜… and weak AC. I was okay at first but then when I went back after going around the town to rest there were pests as in small roaches , many roaches πŸͺ³ roaming around- in the floor and in the bed 🀒 good thing I didn’t lie down as usual and that my room has 2 single beds and the other didn’t have roaches so I slept there but really conscious all that time.

The location is highly recommended. There is available laundry on the ground floor. There are some insects in the room like ants.

We stayed overnight in Bacolod Pension Plaza and here's my review on it being a BUDGET Pension house. πŸ‘‰Rooms - For only P2,000 we got a family room. Upon entry, we're welcomed with the 2 single beds, ref and television. On the end of the room is another door leading you to the queen size bed with another television and a desk with chair. There's a water heater and water jug without any water. Glasses and cups are available too. Since this is a budget pension house, I honestly have no expectations expect for a clean bed but the bathroom curtain and ceiling can do an upgrade for a cleaner and better experience. πŸ‘‰Service - Everyone was really hospitable, from the guard to the front desk staff and the bellman. πŸ‘‰Location - Five star since it's located in a prime spot where you can walk to popular destinations in Bacolod. You can easily walk to SM or the palengke too for snacks or essentials. Bacolod Pension Plaza is a good budget accomodation if you want to explore Bacolod City. They have street parking available and the location is really accessible.

Recommended stay inn during Masskara festival because of the property's very accessible location (just a few steps from/to the plaza and also there's a Jollibee branch nearby. Even a few minutes walk away going to SM City Bacolod. Rooms are okay but doesn't satisfy their overnight price, also wifi signal is poor.

I have been here multiple times because it is accessible to the city and I had good experiences. But this time i had bad experience with the staff, toilet don't have light, water closet doesn't flush and aircon is not getting cold.
