My company booked me to stay here. I like that their shower is easy to configure. Price is reasonable. Good for those who are watching their expenses. Aircon and cable tv are also good points. Bathroom has a pail and dipper for Pinoys who can’t live without those. Bed is firm, pillows are just the right size & blankets are warm. However, the bad outweighs the good. They accept cash only. Not credit cards. Room I was assigned to was tiny. Bathroom is tiny and I am only 5 feet tall. When I sit on the toilet, my knees are a mere inches away from the wall. They provided 1 small bar of soap & 2 sachets of shampoo for my stay there. That’s it. They will only clean the room upon request. They don’t have their own restaurant so you have to go out for meals. There is a restaurant at the side of the lobby. It opens very early but is closed by 5pm. At night, there is a band that plays at a bar nearby and is so loud that it drowns the sound of the tv. They play loudly from around 10pm til midnight then music is a bit muted until around 1am. So if you have work the following day (like me) then you’re going to hate this place. In the morning, you’ll awaken to people stomping down the stairs and conversations along the hall. Not a good way to wake up. Internet is free and fast as long as you are within range. Unfortunately for this place, I have stayed at better hotels near this. A difference of around Php500, I would rather go to those places than here. Sorry.

A good place to lay your tired body if you're looking for a budget hotel just for that. Had to transfer for no hot water but all the rooms looked at had water heaters but not working. Had plenty of water though. Narrow batrooms. WiFi is adequate as it comes and goes. Friendly staffs and no elevator. Had to walk to the main intersection as tricycles rarely come by.

Affordable rates but amenities has to be improved. Hot and cold shower system doesn't work in the family room we had during our 2nd stay. Cable TV only has 6-7 channels. Cleanliness should also be given focus. The staff are pleasant and accommodating though and that's a plus.

Standard Fan Room has NO ❌ single window facing outdoors, it has only a Small sliding window (30cm x 60 cm) facing the hallway which not enough to provide proper cooling and ventilation. Opening the door wide open will suffice, but you lose privacy and security.

Small, simple rooms. Affordable and has a rooftop area with many plants.

There's no elevator so I wouldn't recommend coming here if you have a lot/heavy stuff. The rooms are okay and I wouldn't really expect decent or any channels on the tv. The cleanliness was heavily questionable and THERE WAS A BIG COCKRAOCH IN OUR ROOM.

Budget hotel, and yet still a good place to stay. :)

The staffs are friendly but the place is awful. Deluxe room with barely working aircon. Small bathrooms. Very noisy especially on weekends and no elevator

Cool and quite place. Recommended for light travellers. Nice rooms. Not sufficient water though but overall, I would say it's a nice place. Good for those who are looking for budget accomodations.

Very good hotel and service

With how the place looks, you expect a nice inn but no, we barely can even move around the room because of how little the space was when we first enter room and that can be the same case for the bathroom, no elevators and you can only charge your phones on one outlet which is atrocious. Would not recommend, sorry.

The place was great the wifi so fast the food so fine except no elevator and also they provide only 1 soap & 1 shampoo in good for 3 person in a room.

Highly Recommended place to stay... Very affordable and comfortable... An inn with a great (5 star) service.... From booking upto reception, staff, service, cleanliness, accomodation and even the owners warm greetings......The hotel's location is safe and in the heart of the city....All great.... Highly Recommended...

Terrible place to stay. Small rooms, small bathroom. Very uncomfortable bed. NO hot water. NO clean sheets. NO clean towels. NO trash emptied. NO elevator. NOISY place. NO emergency exit. Complimentary toiletry was 1 small piece of soap for 4 days.

I love the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. No hot and cold shower, exhaust are not working, very small rooms, no complimentary for daily basis. No elevator!

Affordable but a lot has to be improved. Hot and cold system for the shower isn't working. Only 7 channels on the cable TV. No complimentary water this time around.
