5-6yrs ago when I came to this hotel with my family which is ok that time, but as of the moment I can't recommend this as a 3 star hotel.

I did not stay at this hotel but I dined there for lunch. I had a pleasant and relaxing break from my meeting over lunch. Clean and quiet ambience. The Philippines dishes had a home-cooked delicious taste. Attentive and friendly service from the staff. I enjoyed my lunch.

Great location, comfortable room, and great service. Its an old historical hotel that didn't even have an elevator, but no worries. Walkable area and close to interesting spots and restaurants. Highly recommended visitors to Bacolod.

Our partner institution booked rooms in this hotel for our accomodations. Our rooms were the basic ones. They were spacious and has twin beds. Aircon was working well. It has the basic ammenities like towels, toiletries, etc. The hotel located along a major road/street in downtown Bacolod City, and a lot establishments like convenience stores, restaurants, banks, etc., are within walkable distance or short taxi rides only — we had service vehicle during our stay so I wasn't able to explore commuting to/from this hotel. Our rooms did not include breakfast, so we had to order them every morning at a relatively pricey cost. We were able to get food delivered to the hotel thru the apps like GrabFood and Food Panda. Their free WiFi was decent enough, albeit the coverage was a bit limited. What I somehow dislike during our stay there were the lack of bidets and malfunctioning water heaters in our assigned rooms. I also noticed that the door knob for our bath room was wiggle. Hopefully they can address these (relatively minor) issues in the future.

Right around the corner. Fried chicken and gravy was great. Garlic rice had great flavor. It's costly because it's a hotel restaurant. But worth the time to try

the food was delicious. everything on the menu taste great. though the location is on lacson street, it is not so convenient for large gatherings due to limited parking space.

Bacolod Business Inn is also one of the best hotels in Bacolod. Its location is at the center business of the city. A good place to have a good night place to sleep and rest.

Toilet and Bathroom are dilapidated, and not thoroughly cleaned. Rooms are small and dark in the groundfloor. Hotel rooms, tv and facilities needs upgrading.

Sleep comfortably, aircon is cold. However, they can work on their cleaning of the rooms - dusty, spiders around the room and public area / garden space. Food is great. Location is one ride from Sm, Ayala, and Robinsons. It's still our home base for our business travel.

“For real” I was assigned a room at the 3rd floor. I guess thats where they throw ppl that are not that important. Front desk was not that friendly. Very transactional which is not normal for a hotel. Never used the wifi because they only gave the password verbally. I knows minor but it who thr hell can memorize. Im just critical. The bed was ok. The room does not have complementary water Had to request it from them. There was a cobweb with a spider near the cr. The faucet was literaly coming off. There was no tooth brush. Only old soap and shampoo. I can tell because the shampo feels sticky. The AC stopped blowing around midnight because it started frosting so i have to lower the temp, wait a while and turn it up slightly. They bulb they used for their lamps there the mirror are day light so its very bright. Who ever manage that place just simply gave up.

Accessible hotel at a very friendly price. Though the room is not that perfect. You can still enjoy your stay. Staffs are very accomodating. Very clean place, limited parking space since they had closed the basement parking.

Staffs are accommodating. They don't have elevator. Not friendly for some including pregnant, PWD or Seniors. But cheap accommodation. Close to the City.

Had dinner at the cafe, for the food we ordered, good portions, still same old kansi and kangkong with blackbeans, value for money.

The place is well maintained although some of the rooms need renovation and replacement of some appliances. Food is great except for discounted meals or buffet promo which are not worth grabbing. The room prices are reasonable especially if they have promos and discounts. The lobby is wide and a relaxing spot to drink your coffee. The staffs are great they welcome their guest with a smile on their faces.

The establishment is so accessible and just along the Lacson Street which gives you a real ease on going around the area. Also it is just less kilometer from SM City Bacolod. The inn is worth the stay and price. It is so clean and well managed. They clean the room each day of your stay and change your bedsheets, add set of toiletries and all. No elevator available so if you are in your oldies you may want to reconsider. There are food available to order and a dining area. Sometimes there are musical nights on the dining area. Parking area is available but not only few space. Also the parking area stinks like a poultry.

Staff are nice. I had an early check in and late check out ((( awesome)))... bed is comfortable, ac works good and rooms is clean and spacious. Kindly add water into your daily complimentary and the hair dryer is not working. I will surely be back again in the future.

I am ALWAYS here. My family and I stay here during every visit to Bacolod because the location is perfect since it's in the middle of the city in the main road of Bacolod, which is Lacson street, and the area where it is located isn't overly populated like the market areas. It is a few minutes away from SM. We literally drive to SM in 5 minutes. I also tried walking to SM and it wasn't tiring. The food this hotel serves and the service is excellent. Waiters are very friendly, and employees in the front desk are very accommodating. Prices are cheap considering the clean rooms and the location of the place. They also have acoustic nights at the restaurant area. Make sure to try their steaks!!!

Great staff and polite. I love their breakfast. The room was okay but it smell so bad specially the telephone. Shower is not working, no hot water. You can hear the noise outside your room. Overall it is an okay hotel.

Always ready with their awesome service typical of Negrenses but I was surprised to see the coffee shop empty for breakfast. Kudos to the same great service fromthe waiter. Arranged a tour concept with the managers so wait for the new additions to their superb services. A full Bacolod Business Inn

A lot for a low price, friendly staff. Only wish there was a pool or gym. The food is great and for a fair price also.
