Room is surprisingly spacious. It is clean. Has a cable TV, a metal safe, mini ref and aircon (a bit old but still does the job). Power outlets are not strategically placed. No complementary bottled water. No electric kettle if you want to heat water for drinking. But area is quiet so you get a good night’s sleep. Bed is comfortable with just the right firmness. I also like that room key is separate from the power card. The door to my room though, grates along the floor when it swings open or close. Toilet is clean. Does not have a pail or a bidet so you have to request for a dipper. No toothpaste nor toothbrush. 2 small bars of soap are provided as well as a dispenser with liquid soap for hair and body. Water has low pressure (mahina). No hot water for shower. Bath towels are provided. WiFi is free but very weak to non-existent in the room I was assigned. Cellular signal is good enough. Elevator is fast. Buffet breakfast is available and food is okay. Restaurants are aplenty nearby if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Staff is accommodating and very friendly. I can recommend this especially if you are on a budget but still want a good place to stay in.

Good and comfortable place at a reasonable price. Their restaurant serves delicious food especially their special Bluegrass Burger is compared to no other! It's a must try! Its also a nice place of meeting when conducting business meetings, hanging out with friends, or even bringing on a date!

The room was very big and clean, despite the very affordable price. The beds were very comfortable and well presented. The water has a heating system. The bathroom was quite spacious and very nice. Amenities were complete, including wifi. Definitely would recommend the OYO to my friends.

East View Hotel is located near the capital of Bacolod City. Their hotel lobby was pleasant and well decorated for Christmas. The rooms were spacious, they have a TV set, mini fridge, cabinets, and hot water shower. The beds were also comfortable and clean. They also served good breakfast buffet which is good plus. Love that this hotel is just a few minutes away from the airport and famous tourist spots. Will come back again.

This hotel is slightly dated but the management and staff strive to accommodate the needs of the guest. This hotel needs repairs to the rooms. The door jamb of my room had damage from previous attempts of others trying to enter the room with maybe un authorized tools. My 5 day stay was pleasant and included buffet breakfast. On three occasions the buffet was filled with cold food from the kitchen. I did bring this to the attention of the servers. The eggs were always hot from the kitchen however most meat products were filled cold.

The price at the desk was quite a bit more than if you booked online. We were too tired and soaked from the rain to care, but I should have just stood at reception and booked it on my phone to get a better price. The location is good, the rooms are pretty OK, and so was breakfast. It wouldn't take much to make it a lot nicer. Repaint the walls, repair the scuffs on the corners from the carts, repair the tile floors in the halls and the elevators, and wash your Santa Clause. No joke, the Santa in the restaurant looked like a coal miner. 😂

The place is good. Actually, it's quite accesible because it's just a ride away from downtown, a kilometer away from the Government Center and a road away from the airport. We held our meeting in their boardroom. The room can be divided into two which is good but we can hear the meeting of the group from the other side which violates the privacy of the discussions in both groups. I hope the management can do something about it. Perharps change the glass door divider into a soundproof and a solid one so that both parties can enjoy their own thing at the same time. In terms of food, it's great. The menu is typical but the taste is different from other hotels in town. I hope to see this hotel boom in the near future. Godspeed.

Second stay in this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Booked through Agoda and got a good deal. Very affordable with good WIFI, free breakfast and easily accessible from the city and the airport. Used Grab to get around. The hotel as well as their restaurant, Blue Grass, were easy to locate. The interior is a little dated but overall okay, they're probably poised for renovation sometime soon. :)

From room accommodation, to food services, to laundry service is 👍🏼 👍🏼. Receptionists& the team are all professionals. They informed us ahead that elevator is broken, but when we came back after the tour, it’s all set! Wifi at the lobby is speedy but in the room, I rather go to sleep. Aisle and tv and other stuffs in the resto needs improvement, sort of aged. Hot shower and faucet. Good location I will say, not congested area. Overall, my Aunts are so happy with their stay even I booked the room last minute.

The staffs are accommodating and very friendly. Serves great food as well.

We had a great time staying at East View Hotel and we look forward to come back again.
