I booked last March 9 check in, March 11 check out. My last day of stay is a very bad experience in the hotel because I ended up sleeping in my car at the parking lot due to unbearable noise( shouting, singing, banging and stomping of feet on the floor beside my room till 2 a.m. I left the hotel past 4 a.m for my trip without enough sleep. I am not sure if hotel management has a policy on un-neccesary noise after 9 or 10 p.m On my own opinion, this place is okay for events holding but for a relaxing stay, I don't think so.

This is a strange hotel. Looks to be aimed at business/conference guests over others (all rooms have single beds in and they won’t make into doubles). The weird thing is you only get 1 complimentary breakfast per room (which accommodates 2). This bizarre rule (and one would presume, a complete naivety over managing any type of hospitality business) spreads to the rest of the hotel and I feel for the staff and other guests. Lots need to be improved before I’d return or even recommend this place (first time to stay). Will choose a different hotel when back in town.

The food was acceptable. I would recommend getting their specialty chicken and the lechon was something to write home about. The staff were very friendly and the organiser was very hands on on ensuring we had a good.

Good selections of food for meetings or events and reasonably price. Rooms are spacious and wifi is free. But there are small cockroaches in the comfort room of the room we stayed. Staff at the information desk need to be trained to understand better customers request. staff serving the food are polite and comendable.

Location is quiet yet i was place on a room near the highway so you can hear the car and motorbikes.. 260 for breakfast is high for plated. Noy recommended if you plan to make a walk around.

Staff's are great, old but clean rooms, a bit noisy on the outside, wifi is very fast, very convenient especially for someone like me who want to bring their work during vacation ⭐⭐⭐☺️

The girls at the front desk are amazingly kind and so are the staff. Everyone will say hi to you everytime they see you. If you ask for something they will bring it to you or accommodate you asap. They worked with me with my stay and took a lot of stress away when I couldn't get a hold of my credit card company due to hurricane Ian and with trying to help my family back home prepare. They were super understanding and house keeping was fantastic. Again, the two girls at the front were the best and deserve all the praise in the world. The food was great and they ended up knowing exactly what I wanted every morning for breakfast without me having to ask. The security guards are always smiling and opening the door and will run in the rain to bring you an umbrella if they see you without one. This hotel isn't as nice as the Marriotts or Hilton's I stay at and are used to but the welcoming and sweet people make this hotel far above any of the big names in the states.

It was our first time in Bacolod and was shocked how nice the facility was and the rooms are way too nice for its price! For a 4 star hotel to charge that cheap was such a great deal! Close to everything! Highly recommend it! Good value for money- Pinay Boss Academy ✈️

The place is nice and cozy. It's been a pleasure to have attended a conference seminar for engineers and architects. The food was excellent and accommodation was very nice.

Was an emergency booking cause booking dot com made a mistake and gave our rooms to someone else. No regrets whatsoever, nitpicking but we had to ask for towels, but given that we only booked 30 mins beforehand it's completely understandable. Location is also near to SM which is really convenient. A few blocks doen the road is merczi and bongbongs.

I would really like to meet the DOTer who assigned 4 stars to this hotel. In reality it's 2 stars. Before arriving, I talked to them to make sure that 2 single beds can be combined to a king size bed. They confirmed. Upon arrival, nothing was arranged, when I called front desk they told me this was "upon request". I assured the lady that I had indeed requested in advance, and housekeeping came and fixed it. Next issue was drinking water, as in NO drinking water in the room. Again I called front desk, and they told me drinking water was "upon request". So I requested, and housekeeping soon brought a thermos of water of unverifyable origin. Remember, 4 stars, presumably. The next and biggest issue was the shower. During the entire stay there was NO WARM, let alone hot, water in the SHOWER. As we supposed a hot shower might also be on request, we talked to the front desk and requested. We were told that maintenance would "look into" our request; as you might guess we never heard back about the issue, nor was it ever resolved. Also, the TV is tiny, there is just 1 towel per person and the bathroom amenities consist of 1 sachet of shampoo and 1 tiny soap per person. No lotion, tooth brush, comb, slippers or bath robes. Not a problem, but definitely not 4 star-level. Lastly, when I booked our room, I asked for a quiet room. In the understanding of management this meant a room near the main road, facing a place that had drunk karaoke until 1am....

Hotel is ok for it's price, no extras. We usually stay there because of its proximity to downtown Bacolod and it's breakfast

This is NOT a 4 star hotel!!! No free drinking water, no coffee, no slippers, cheap shampoo sachet and small soaps, small TV, weak WIFI. Noisy hallways and the pool is not accessible. Room has a Colonial style.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel during our convention last Feb.6-8, 2020. I find this hotel a bit out-dated in terms of facilities. Internet is available and a restaurant at the ground floor is open to cater to guests. The advantage of this hotel is they have a big parking space.

This is old design hotel with dim light inside room. Bed is comfortable. They have nice place restaurant for breakfast or dine in, nice view the pool area. Lobby is nice also have small tables to sit while waiting and view of front garden. Staff approachable. Im just not happy with the shower in our room. It needs change not working properly difficult to take shower , no bidet when u use the toilet bowl to wash , u need to go to shower area to wash which is also not properly functioning.

A very nice hotel. Quite classy. The restaurant is serving very good meals. Service personal are good and attentive. Unfortunately as in many restaurants in the Philippines meals are not serve in the right order and if there are there is a delay difficult to understand between guests at the same table. Waiters are not properly trained in many ways! Knowledge of the meals is rather poor.

Excellent value. Great price for a place that includes a pool and gym. Staff: 10/10. Pool: 7/10 - small but very clean. Gym: 3/10 (but hey at least it has one!). Quietness: 8/10, only traffic noise. Comfort: 7/10, beds were very firm and I like soft. A/C and plumbing worked very well. Good location.

Horrible... Their rooms have safety hazard issues especially for disabled person. Rooms have ants and noisy staff working dragging furniture in the middle of the night. I understand that they are in there middle of renovation but some staff don’t have any consideration about their guests sleeping in the middle of the night.

I was booked to stay here for work for the better part of 2 weeks. It was clean and cozy. The deluxe rooms we got were pretty fancy (as in it had a mini fridge, water heater, hair dryer, safe). The breakfast buffet was pretty good, too. For some reason, they cleaned the room every day instead of waiting for the 'Makeup room' sign on the door. They're laundry service ruined a pair of jeans i brought and they were pretty slow or inexperienced with handling complaints so I resigned to asking them not to make me pay for the service (it was like P150 vs the price of buying new jeans) and not any other form of compensation coz i didn't know if I'd stay there again. Still worth the try though. It was very nice, all things considered.

The food was acceptable. I would recommend getting their specialty chicken and the lechon was something to write home about. The staff were very friendly and the organiser was very hands on on ensuring we had a good. I couldn't ignore that the chandeliers were in dire need of cleaning though.

Everyone was noisy, even the staff. The facilities were old and faulty/broken, especially the lights. I expected better from such a well-known hotel. We are very much disappointed. If you plan on staying at a hotel, it's better to try somewhere else.

my cousin had his wedding reception here. The food was great the ballroom was spacious. Just the facilities like rooms and bathrooms are kinda old.

The hotel service is good and food is okay. Our problem is the noise of other occupants and the smell of garbage aling the hallway. They should check that for it is disgusting.
