😠 The most disgusting room i’ve had the pleasure of experiencing… I can live with the ant colony, the bugs and mosquitos in my room but i can’t stand the level of dirt this room had. The place looks good and clean. But I'm disappointed with the room, I'm not expecting a five star level accommodation but there are other hotels in a similar price range that offer better rooms. I'm working from home and had to bring my laptop with me. The problem is that there's no actual table to eat or work on, They only have a bedside table. The Wifi is also bad. I had to move the bedside table (used as a table for my laptop) and ask for an extension cord so I could work near the door to get a better wifi signal. You have to pay extra to use their flat Iron and the hot/cold shower hardly works. The free breakfast was good and the staff were nice. I'll probably book this place as a back-up.

Everything had a 1cm layer of dust, nothing had been cleaned in a year with literal bug cocoons hanging all over the room. I know that standards for hotels and hygiene are the lowest in the whole world here in the Phils but you’d not expect this in a hotel that charges 3000php per night… The breakfast was also a joke, serving cold food and when asking if it’s possible to get any hot, fresh food, they just pull the plate out your hands, go away and come back with a plate that they just threw in the microwave, including the bread slices you had on it. Lack of standards, lack of intelligence, lack of proper management… as per usual

Stayed at North Tourist Inn 3 nights. Essentially a stopover before flying to Manila. First impression walking into the hotel foyer was good. Quite stylish ( I think) and well laid out considering it was quite a small area. Door man and the gentleman behind the desk were polite and provided an excellent experience for the duration of my stay. In fact all the staff were friendly and pleasant. North Tourist Inn does not have a lift but a dodgy knee aside this wasn't a big issue but should be considered if it may be an issue for you. Making my way upstairs (the top floor) the stylish appearance continued. All public areas are a credit to the hotel. Now the not so good. Once I got to my room which was quite spacious I began to see that this was an old hotel definitely in need of refurb. I needed a fridge so was forced to stay in a family room. The water flow from the kitchenette sink was non existent, the room did not have coffee or tea making facilities. And the beds I think were quite good mattresses thrown on a timber base probably constructed by a work experience junior. Also storage at best is poor. Finally the booking site I used said daily housekeeping . Well that must mean for the rest of the hotel. Because I saw none despite hanging the please clean room on my door daily. Potentially a great hotel letting itself down.

Though staff are good, the price of hotel does not commensurate with the quality of room. No available hair dryer, no iron and board, and you will be charged for room food service. A piece of clothe for pressing will cost you 150pesos! The cigarette smoke from the outside seeps through the room. The food is lousy, too.

Good Customer Service. All the staff were very helpful, friendly, and very professional. The rooms are very clean and accommodating. Very reasonable priced and highly recommended for adults and children to stay in.

Pictures can be deceiving. Thr hallways are good, same with the breakfast. I also have to commend the fantastic shower (water pressure and heat). The room itself was fine. I've seen better in the price range, and seen worse, too. I would stay here again for the convenient location for my purposes.

Me and my husband stayed at North Tourist Inn for 10 nights and we had a pleasant stay. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room is simple but came with everything you needed. It is clean and the bed is acceptable. The AC is very cold that we had to turn it off because the blanket was a bit thin. The toilet and shower are decent and the best part there's bidet! 😁 Free breakfast was really awesome and we loved their Cold Brew. Thank you to the front desk and restaurant staff for packing and giving our breakfast before they start to open as we need to go out for an early morning appointment. They also have free private parking and a garden. Problem is they don't have a lift so it's not a Senior and PWD friendly, also the WIFI connection in the room was bad. Overall for an Inn, I think this is really quite value for money considering the price, location, good food and service. We will definitely come back! 😊

Great place, parking lot is inside the area with a gate so it's really secured if you have a car.

One of my go-to inns when I visit Bacolod. Place is very clean and staff is friendly and attentive. N bistro serves very delicious food and I recommend their cold brew and Steak ala Panna. A definite bang-for-the-buck place.

There was no elevator and it was not announced online. Automatically, the attendant said that they are full or no occupancy, they did not even check first and they were not aware that we booked online. We just told them before they checked about our reservation. Everytime or whatever you need while you are staying you need to pay first before being served, why not charged it to room bill. Its difficult to go up and down the stairs if you forget wallet in your room given there is no elevator. They should be focusing on customer's convenience.

We booked a family room for 2 nights; it's just good enough for the four of us, since most of the day we're out to tour around and just come to the hotel to sleep. The place is accessible to department stores, church, and ATM is just few meters away. Breakfast is okay; the dining area is quite small. Service is totally good, they are responsive to room service. Shower's water pressure is not that good though.

The hotel is small with no elevators or busboys. The rooms are just adequate. It gets noisy early morning since the hotel is beside the flyover. The CR keeps clogging. The breakfast buffet choices is limited. It is located far from the center of the city, so public transportation is not easily accessible. It may be cheaper than other hotels, but it is not worth the hassle. Go somewhere else.

You get what you pay for. The beds are really hard and only provide 1 pillow for each guest. There's no comforter so we had to turn off the ac because we got cold.

This is is still new and it was a good thing that they have a designated smoking area.

Can't complaint much for a last minute overnight price with only oral hygiene kit provided. It can be improved. Lobby is good but Agoda should be strict on cleanliness of the rooms and cognizant for safety concerns on infra like stairs with protruding column heads & beam on stairs that can be dangerous if you're not careful enough as you ascend the staircase. Toilet doors, floors and walls are full of soap scums that looks stuck in there for ages. As is very common in this type of hotels in Philippines, the window type Aircon system is very noisy and in our room it's placed on top of the head board next to a small window. Bfast is ok as there is no other choice nearby the area unless you take a taxi & look somewhere else which is inconvenient. Overall, cleanliness and safety for guests can be improved. On another note, most Hotel Rooms in Philippines are not fitted with a fire rated door which is very crucial especially for hotels located in dense areas and those hotels operated on multi purpose use properties.

We stayed there last month. Room size OK, good that there were some storage units for luggage as we experienced a lot of small ants walking around the room. So we could keep our luggage away from the floor, which was good. The bathroom was small but fine, however, the amount of water coming out of the shower was really poor, so we had to use extra time just under the shower to wash our heads, etc. Make sure to bring cash with you, credit cards are not accepted (however we experience it in many other places we have been to as well). Hard to say anything good about the breakfast as together with my husband we got sick after it... The staff was friendly, thus 2 stars.

The workers at this hotel go above and beyond. They will carry your luggage. They will summon a taxi. The hotel was very nice and clean and the nbistro restaurant had amazing food, drinks and service. I highly recommend both the hotel and restaurant!

We stayed on one of their family rooms. For me it was good enough, clean room with heater, small fridge, hair dryer and small safety box. They have quite spacious room, stylish lobby and aisle. They have parking space too since we brought our own car. We stayed for 1 night so Im not sure with the foods but they have free breakfast 🍳.
