Affordable pension house or hotel in Bacolod with clean and cozy rooms that can accommodate solo, couples, families, and groups. The pension house is popular for travelers and families that are looking for affordable yet very accommodating and comfortable place to stay for a day or multiple days. There is also 24/7 security guard on duty and the establishment has favorable fire exits and emergency access. Pricing starts from P300 to P600 for fan and air-conditioned rooms with hot shower but no bathtubs and up to P900-P1900 for big rooms. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner at their canteen while convenience stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away. The location is perfect and near with big malls like SM City and Ayala Capitol in Lagoon.

The room itself is clean and worth the price. Other than that, it is in a dangerous neighborhood, the wifi doesn't really reach the rooms on the upper floors, and they make excuses just to make you pay more. Before I left the room I checked everything to make sure everything is okay. The lady in charge of checkout went back to check the room and "found out" that the flushing knob is broken. How convenient.

Checking in was longer than usual. It's because there was only one attendant at the front desk. And even though the other staff saw guests queueing in, they did not assist. The woman at the front desk was nice enough to apologize for the delay. The room was neat and clean, good for what you pay for. TV did not have cable and antenna signal was very weak.

The room where we stayed is quite OK, Shower head at bathroom is not good. Receptionist is not customer friendly. Doesn't indicate complete data on the reservation which was paid in advance. In my case I paid completely for 4-person accommodation one(1) month in advance to attend Masskara Festival, but when I arrived to check in with my wife and daughter (total 3-persons) , the male receptionist demanded that I have to pay an additional for the extra person. Despite explaining to him our previous agreement he insisted we have to pay. On safety issue, they have to provide an adequate signage for emergency escape route and fire exit doors. Since this is classified as Pension House, they have to provide chairs or bench in front of the room for customers relaxation.

The staff are helpful and polite, their rooms are clean and the air conditioning works, they also have a water heater which good since not alot of pension houses offer those. The place is coveniently located near places of interests most of which are of walking distance from the pension house. Overall I highly recommend for those seeking a cheap alternative accommodation within the city.

You need to book advanced before going here. They are closed during night time. I really recommend this place for those who travel with a tight budget. ☺️

Great place and very cosy. The whole place has a spanish villa theme, the room's floor <where we stayed at> was made of polished wood giving you that traditional villa feels. The room was well furnished and surprisingly affordable.
