Good food, nice place but needs cleaning and maintenance.

We went only for day swimming. The big pool had leaves floating everywhere, mold on the surfaces under the slides, and the vents/drains on the pool floor were uncovered which are safety hazards (a child could lose balance if his foot fell into the uncovered drain/vent). The ladies shower had functional showers but again were poorly maintained - cobwebs on the ceiling, mildew and grime on the walls, and mosquitoes and a cockroach were sighted. :-(

Not crowded perfect for kids and adults also... although the pools are not clean enough everything seems to be orderly.

The place truly lived to its name — Forest plus Water. It has a zoo and lots of trees. It has pool and river boat too. Not too pricey but you will definitely enjoy its serene and peaceful place. It's indeed a break from the busy city streets.

I love the place. It is serene,wide, close at nature, the crew are courteous, the food is local but serves in a balanced meal. There's a zoo and a pool. Its the best place for family with children and nature lovers.

This place is amazing if you want a hide away from the hustle of city life within the city.It is very accessible if your going on a public transport to go to this place.The staff is very accommodating and helpful.Overall such a nice venue for your friends and family gathering.

Place is fairly well maintained. Bathrooms needs maintenance. Pets aren't allowed however stray dogs roam around. Also beer bottle caps can be seen which means alcohol is sneaked in.

If you want to relax, this is the place to be, not that popular anymore, one might want to visit the place as it is quiet, quaint and relaxing. Their different species of birds are also an attraction, they have this white cockatoo which I think is quite old already because part of its body is bald already, it is quite friendly and you can actually feed it with sunflower seeds, ask for some from his caretaker, it seems to talk and connect with you, quite a lovely experience actually, I wish they could redevelop the place and improve it more, the place needs our support.

No telephone need to go front disk to ask for assistants, hot shower is not functioning, no wifi, no cable. Lack of chairs.

One of the resort here in bacolod thats good in fam outing and chillin. Foods, beverage and snack are avail in their canteen. The pool is very unique they have a playground at the center of the pool that the kids will surely love. Staff are accomodating and helful. They have also a mini zoo, playground for kids and a hood garden for chillin. Cheer

Nice outdoor swimming. Extremely cold spring fed water. But they have woodburning hot tubs which is really nice. They have small slides and wall climbing activities but it's closed every time I'm there. Price is a little high but kinda worth it. I would rate higher if price was lower and everything was open and running.

The waterpark is still functional but they're doing renovations on the lazy river and other facilities. There were no animals in their mini zoo, and the surroundings had a lot of dried leaves. The cottages are old and also need repair. The food is tasty and the staff are hospitable.

No Smoking policy not strictly observed. We stayed at Kundol cottage...many smoking guests nearby.
