My sister and I book 2 nights and 2 rooms here and arrived around 8pm, but we have to check out early the next day like 7am without even taking shower. Just don't stay here. Shower area is dirty, the towel is digusting, like its been used for more than a decade, no hot water, no toilet paper, no drinking glass, no comforter, only 2 pillows, door locks were loose and kind of easy to fry open. There's a 30 year old picture tube TV that doesn't work. Big cracks on the walls, no CCTV in the hallway and they are still using key to enter the room and mind you that without cctv and electronic doorlock system there's a note inside in the room stating that they will not be liable for any lost of your valuables. Upon our arrival, it was raining, the guard just watched us and did not even greet us, we have to open the door because the guard just watched us. We have to pay upfront. And this is the worst place to stay.

Nice new and clean rooms with good service. Strategically located near the downtown area of the city work an extremely budget friendly price. Also an excellent place to have your celebrations!

I beg you. NEVER CHECK IN IN THIS HOTEL. When we arrived late in the evening (our flight was delayed by 2 hours), there was no receptionist manning the lobby nor was our early booking already noted. The room is smelly and dirty. We discovered stuff left behind by previous guest in our room. The bedding is smelly and moist like it was not washed. The showerhead is a pain because it does not expel water well. The bathroom floor is designed poorly and not mention is bathroom itself smells like its a hundred years old. There was water on the bedroom floor probably from the aircon. So do yourself a favor and let this hotel die a natural death or let it burn down.

RECONSIDER. I wont say stay away, just reconsider 2x, 3x. - It's cheap (Php 1k) for a 2-bed room with AC unit, TV, towel. Also with elevator. It's also some 2 or 3 km from church, SM, bus terminal. If you're good with these, then book a room. Now here's what you ought to know why u should give it a 1st, a 2nd, a 3rd (or more) thought: 1. The bed, AC, TV -- you can get from inns, lodge, etc at lower price + better room. 2. Again, reconsider. Because our room: - no toiletry. we had to ask; they provided 1 roll of issue, 2 thin bars of soap, a bucket, a dipper - TV had 1 (or 3) channel - beds were itchy, and u know that dusty smell? yeah - not well lighted - sink was leaking. we had to use the bucket to catch the water - shower room was clogged. we had to wait for hours before the water fully drained - no bathroom exhaust. nature calls? that's ok, but gotta learn quick how to deal with the smell - and i dont know with the shower head. it's holes seemed clogged, water was in all direction - they have the thing that controls water temperature for shower (sorry not sure what thats called). but it was too hot! or maybe idk how to operate lol so there you go. But at least their staff is friendly We didnt request for change of room because anyway, we were out most of the time so we didnt bother Again. Reconsider this place

The aircondition was working well. Their rooms were okay. They have elevator which is okay for me especially I always travel with big and heavy suitcase. Ang ayoko lang was their bath towel, Hindi na sya white, dirty white and too old na. Actually makoconfuse ka if towel ba yun or bath mat kasi Parehas sila ng kulay na. Good thing I brought my own towel. I will not check in here again.

Today I and my son checked in. I complained about the dusty room. I requested for cancellation. The receptionist said they can't cancel due to the invoice and offered to transfer us in another room...Though they transferred us to another room, at first i thought the smell was just because it was just opened. But after around 6 or 7 hours, when we returned from outside the smell was still there. Not well maintained (dusty) and smelly room. No water pressure. Dirty toilet. Rough linen and towel, torn pillow case. Not suitable for a long stay. Don't even have any water or drinking glasses. Don't have any electric kettle too. So Disappointing. Still waiting for their action on my request of cancellation and refund. Hope they'll realize the problem in their side.

Sadly due to the pandemic, this once booming hotel is now dirty, unkept & sad-looking. It truly needs upkeep. Maintenance & Housekeeping needed. But the Staff they have make do. They're all kind, helpful, cheerful & friendly. Kaya nakaka hinayang na ganun na lang hitsura nya ngayon. We REALLY HOPE business picks up so they can rebuild. Bacolod is our 2nd Home! We love it!

The room was okay, the staff are accommodating but the water in the CR was dirty, i ask the receptionist what happened and it was due to cleaning of their tank.

Fair to stay. With cable tv, clean. But suggest a little more thicker blanket

Don't expect too much in this hotel. the service is very poor and the staff are not polite. they could have put more lights around. when you flush the toilet the water comes out is very dirty. it almost looks like an orange juice so as their sink. the only good thing in this hotel is just a walking distance from the market, Jollibee, Greenwich and Gaisano Bacolod. and no Wi-Fi available

OYO 543 Negrense Suites offers a convenient location and friendly staff, making it a decent option for budget-minded travelers. However, my recent stay was marred by some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Room in Need of Maintenance The room I stayed in was clean and spacious enough, but there were two significant maintenance issues that impacted my stay. Firstly, the door lock was defective, making it difficult to secure the room. This raised concerns about safety and privacy. Secondly, the water heater was slow to provide hot water. This made showering a frustrating experience, especially during the colder months. Overall Impression While the staff was friendly and the location was convenient, the maintenance issues in the room detracted from the overall experience. I would recommend that the hotel management address these issues promptly to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

Possibly the best value for money around. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Just fine. Dont expect too much on this hotel. The name is quite deceiving and a bit pricey. No wifi available. The CR flush is not well maintained (in our room where we stayed). Phone connection in my friends room is not working that time. I'm thinking if they are checking every room status regularly. Room cleaning service is not 24hrs because their helper leaves at 3pm. Receptionist are nice pero medyo di pa sanay dumiskarte.
