Ideal for the budget conscious traveller/ sales person or even back packers. With internet connection in the room and lobby. Staff are friendly and helpfull, very near the the public market (wet & dry) and the hotel is also located very near the center of the downtown bacolod city.

The place is great if you're down to earth. There is no elevator but I didn't mind. It's very clean. The Staff Is Very friendly.. you must be patient in communicating cause if you're coming from the US, they are not used to your accent.

The hotel is near malls and food chains, it's not hard to get there. Rooms are ok, clean and aircon is working. The room i was staying didn't have a remote control for the TV.. It's a 4 storey building and they don't have an elevator, you will have to take the stairs to your room, i stayed on the 3rd floor. Only thing that was lacking was the hot shower. Hot shower was not working in my room. I stayed in room 311.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. It's right in the center of town so it's easy to get to wherever I needed to go.

The room is a bit dim, but the wifi is okay with a small flat screen tv with limited cable channels. AC is okay, the place is near SM you can walk around the city as well near the pasalubong areas (merci) with 10% discount just show your boarding pass from the plane. If you've been to Banawe quezon city and divisoria its the Bacolod version of it. People are nice naman though. Giving 3 stars cause they gave me the room located near the fire exit.and I don't like it. Thank you for reading.

I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Toilet was very uncomfortable, no plastic seat cover, water pressure left much to be desired. Staff were not as friendly as they make Illongo people out to be. Location was just by the main road, gets noisy around 6 to 9am.
