We were situated on the second floor. >WiFi doesn't work in the room. >Air-condition is weak. >Massage place is not open as advertised. It said it was open until 2 AM but when we went there at 12 AM they were already closed.

We've been staying in several Hotels in Bacolod which we had a great stay. This time we ended up at Buena Inn cz' it's accessible for me to go to work and if I need to go home quickly. We checked in @6pm No Cable, WIFI doesn't work, sink is clogged and leaking on the floor + no Hot & Cold Shower. We asked for Manager but now it's been the 3rd Day but no response. The Staff is nice but I wonder with the Management. We are still expecting for this issues to be resolved. Other Hotels here in Bacolod is worth the price with great Staff. Great amenities even have free breakfast which is exactly same amount you pay at Buena Inn. ....that's why we deserve a resolutions for this for being inconvenienced. We even stayed less than 24hrs and this is what we get? I'm sorry for ReDOORz if you'll keep Buena Inn on your list!

I only visited the cafe, not the inn, but I had a great experience. I ordered a latte, and it's the best coffee I've had in a very long time. Also, John (the guy who served me) was extremely friendly and welcoming. I'll be visiting again for the delicious coffee and great service.

This is by far the most disgusting and the staff are not accommodating at all. I had asked for help when it comes to the wifi because I had to work and they did nothing about it. I had to work in the lobby until morning. Japo the guy from the reception only said sorry without any attempt on fixing the issue.

This place is affordable. The rooms are nice and clean. They have cable TV and cold and hot shower. They also have cabinets for your wardrobes. They offer towels and toothpaste as well as toothbrush. The hotel is one ride of jeepney to the nearby resto and malls. My friends loved their stay here.

Disgusting! We checked in at night time already but our room was not yet prepared! No soap and tissues so we asked for it, room is dirty, the tv has only one channel and shower was only hot water.we booked at Agoda website which says there's a free breakfast but during we checked in there's no breakfast prepared for us!

the place is good for backpackers..wifi not good and guest cannot have good sleep. the aircon is not cool its really HOT.no compensation must be observed to the guest who are affected of not good service..

This is probably the worst hotel / Inn I've ever been to. We stayed in a family room and can barely sleep since the sound of the cars passing by seem they are just beside you. Not even mentioning that the room looks delapidated - definitely not worth the money you'll pay. I also tried to talk to the owner and damn, it only made things worst. Look for another place and please give your self a favor 😉 Paid for three nights, stayed only for one - they won't refund.

Went there again after 2 years ago and settled in quickly. Problem with the Wifi due to an event near the Government Center. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Best to stay near the lower floors as the Wifi signal is better as compared to the higher floors. I got connected to their Wifi right away as they still have the same username password after 2 years heehee. Good thing they provide you with Wifi usernames and passwords for you to choose from (whichever works). Not bad for a quick room to crash into. They have ample parking space for your vehicle.
