Rooms - Okay, not great, not bad, just okay CR - does not have exhaust fan Bathroom - although there is hot water in the shower, it has poor water flow.

Location wise, this is okay. Only a 5-min walk to SM. Place is quite hard to notice since it looks like it’s inside a warehouse. Prices are dirt cheap since this is mostly used by workers or people on business trips that just needs a place to crash for the night. Wifi is okay but you can definitely hear the roads outside even though you’re on the top floor. Many resto and stores available around the area.
