Budget-friendly, just for those who are looking for the most affordable place in Bacolod. If you are looking for pampering and extravagant comfort, not this one. Good thing, their canteen serves nutritious and delicious food at prices very reasonable. Counter staff are not that friendly but atleast they respond to queries and requests.

The rooms is very affordable with low prices indeed. However the rooms are too old. . 😱 No internet in the room. The water dispenser is like a vending machine,hence u need to put a coin for every glass of water. (Personally i like the idea as you will learn to value every drop 😇)

Pension Hotel is also a great place to visit and come for night or so. It's just at the very center of Bacolod near the plaza. It has good accommodation also.

The water wasn't clean, and there were several insects. The staff was friendly, but the price wasn't worth it.

Pension Bacolod is ideal for back packers, travellers who have a practical budget. It has canteen that serves good food, a reasonably clean place. For people who are looking for 3-5 star amenities, this is not for you. But if you are a practical, a financial steward this is one of the best, reasonably affordable place in Bacolod City. Kudos to the accomodating and courteous staff. Thank you.

Unbeatable low cost lodging in Bacolod. Rooms generally clean but needs some refurbishment. Strong water pressure. Limited personal hygiene supplies available. A bit difficult to go out at night because there are no available transport although it’s fairly safe to walk just beware of stray dogs.

Worst stay ever. In our first night we stayed at a normal room with a fan. The fan is dusty and there are cockroaches plus below the bed it's dusty. The common cr is dirty the water stinks. In our second day we stayed in a family aircon room and while im taking a bath the water is lost so i stayed there with soap in my face and body waiting for the water to come and my sister go to the lobby personally to solve the problem. This is my worst travel memory i'll never go to bacolod anymore!

Pension Bacolod is one of the most well known and first pension inns in Bacolod. It offers the most affordable yet clean accommodations with air conditioning in Bacolod and the customer service is great. My friends and I stay here every time we are in Bacolod. I suggest you do too

Water supply is poor, and when there is water, you get a rust/reddish color to it. No linens and towels prepared, you have to take it from the front desk personally. And also, free wifi is only accessible in their canteen.

The place is very dirty, many mosquitoes and the room is very bad odor due to cigarettes, very noisy at night because of water tank running.overall bad experience.highly not recommended
