Beds are not comfortable at all, feels like you’re sleeping on the floor. Bed sheets and pillow cases have stains on it. Oh yeah the bathroom is NASTY! It looks like they never cleaned it. It gets flooded when u shower as well! The building looks creepy and smells. the lobby is on the second floor and the elevator doesnt work either. Overall it was a NIGHTMARE staying at this place.

It was one of the worst experience I've ever had. If you are desperate to have some place to sleep for a night and are on a very tight budget, then go to this place at your own risk. Room wasn't ready when we checked in and they only started to clean it when we went to their front desk. We had to wait in another room for about 30 minutes while they clean. The only place where you can have internet access is by staying at the lobby. There was a power outage when we checked in and there wasn't any generator in the building. We checked in at 2:30 and just checked out after an hour. It's not really a good place to stay overnight. I recommend this place for short timers.

This is the dirtiest place ive ever stayed in my 10 yrs of travel. Booked via agoda, i wasnt expected a very elegant room because i paid very cheap pero sana malinis, im expecting a very small and clean room pero kabaliktaran talaga. I leave the the place early morning di ko talaga kayang maligo the faucet puro rust and the smell esp the bathroom di kinaya sa binili kong air freshener, aircon no cool at all. Room 312

Inside Room: graffiti on wall, cockroaches, non-cooling AC, creepy cabinets, dirty bathroom, cigarette butts, and having a feeling that someone is peeking between walls Outside Room: there are uninhabited aquariums which seems to be untouched for almost a year, scary. This place can be used for horror films. What pushed me to stay? Cheap price (Php700) at first and too tired to look for another place to stay after a long travel tour. Only took enough sleep (afraid to have nightmares) then left at 5am.

The place was horrible and disgusting! From a smelly CR to very dirty rooms and towels, and cockroaches creeping everywhere, it's all here at Java. We weren't able to sleep comfortably. Don't even consider going to this place.

Very spacious and affordable room. Wifi connection is good! Also located at the heart of the downtown area. So everything is accessible. I just hope they will improve the cleanliness of their toilet/shower room.

Yes its old and creepy (esp the hallway haha) but we are satisfied with the service we paid for. Staff are accommodating. AC in our two rooms for five are cold. Water supply was a bit rusty. No proper drainage in the CR so it overflows in the room. Good for short stay and budget travelers. And yes its near the city center! They have table tennis to play on but its near the smoking area so i dont recommend playing while there's someone smoking. Also, dont get the first room (near the playing area) the cig smoke smells inside. PS. We checked-in here off peak days :)

700 pesos A.C room is their cheapest rate. No elavator you have to take a stairs up to 4rt level. I do not recommend this place for old people who do not like stairs. They need to lower their price. No fan room only.

I rentes a room for a month. This is the place to stay if you are on a budget. Its cheap and situated in the downtown. Parking is challenging sometimes. Rooms are old and sometime you can see cockroach roaming around. But i guess it wouldnt matter if you are in a tight budget.

The place is located at the downtown area and has such a reasonable for spacious rooms. Great for friends or family staycation, not a waste of money.
