Yes affordable room rates but not really like it during my stay.The comfort room is dirty and cockroach are happy with and the lavatory has no water.Not really like it but the staff are very nice.

Somehow pricey but the places is not that recommendable. Door lock and aircon are broken, the room smells like the cr. 🤢🤮

Positive: 📍Location wise. Very accessible. Jeepneys passes by infront of the hotel or just on the corner street. 📍Budget Friendly( Cheapest rooms is 480 pesos) 📍Accommodating Staffs( helps on directions but some are kinda mean) Negative: 📍Ambience (overall like a hospital ambience) 📍Old rooms ( Specially Rooms on Second Floor) 📍Noisy and Loud (because mainly it is near the road) 📍Stinky Smell (in the common bathroom) 📍Toiletries( soap and tissue provided, but very old bath towels) *** I stayed on a regular room for 1 night, common bath and Fan room for 480 pesos. Aircon rooms with bath is 600 pesos.

weve got huge room for only 600php. they dont have parking lot. i saw someone smoking inside the loding house.
