Customer service sucks. I drop of kindness and professionalism wont hurt your business. I was asking politely how's the internet and what ISP your business is using but in return youre responding with sarcasm. I am looking for a place to stay where I can do my job with proper internet working and it doesnt matter if it is Seda, Gohotels or ABN hostel so long as I can work. Telling me that you only charge 750/overnight and if im looking for better service go to Seda, is not the proper and professional way to answer customers. To all reading this, better think first before booking here!

I've been in a vacation last December 2021 after typhoon Odette. I booked for 5 days for us so stay but as I arrived in this hostel I waited 2 pm since that's the time of their check in, but what happened is that I've waited more minutes because they said the room is not ready then after cleaning I went to my room as I enter the room still not cleaned. So I stay the room while the staff are still cleaning in the wash room. As I shower the water is too slow, so ask a ("baldi and kabo"-bisaya term) And in second night I arrived in the hostel at 10:00 pm supposed to be staying there fo 5 nights but what happed is that I transfer from another hotel because there were no water. It caused me stress that supposed to be comfortable and relaxing. And until now still I don't receive a refund. I NEED MY REFUND In summary No water Aircon is not cool even if it's full No trash bin Room is too Small No quality of giving customer service the hostel itself. These must be basic necessities in these kind of business.

I came to Bacolod to Audit my business but I have a lot of findings in the hotel instead. We stayed for 5 nights with poor water pressure in the third floor. Room smells bad. At first, you need to wear facemask and spray an alcohol. Hotel is very environmental friendly, they used mineral water container and ketsup container in the bathroom, since the shower is not working. Kudos for all staff, very friendly. Please improve the facility and room designs.

The sheets, pillow, blanket were all kinda smelly and have seen better days. But I must commend as well because they have hot/cold shower which made my stay bearable. Overall, if you are looking for a place to crash just for a night or two and on a tight budget this is the best place.

Definitely not the best OYO. You will reach the rooms throu a big staircase which splits in 2 very small stairs left and right. There is not enough space to get a big luggage to your room. The room which I used was equipped with 2 single beds. Unfortunately not big enough for tall people. In this room the Restroom was so small you couldn't use the toilet bowl in a normal manner. The bowl was far to close to the wall and the toilet seat was missing. I couldn't proper open the small door to the rest room coz the door hits the washing basin. The mirror was to low installed, what is uncomfortable for tall people as well. For toilet paper I needed to ask for. The only towel was made from plastic fabric what does not take the wetness of.... Actually I have even more to discribe...

Worst hotel in all of the Philippines. Pretty sure room wasn't cleaned for a week. Dirty pillows and smelly bedsheets with bed bugs. Room had cockroaches. No running water, how can you bathe? Most of all, the staff were extremely unfriendly and only care about getting their salary. If I could rate it negative stars, I would. Cheap price isn't even worth, hotel should be paying you to stay here instead.

Abysmal experience. I had called several times to inform the management that my group of 22 will arrive, including on the day itself, but the LONE staff member at the hotel did not even know of our impending arrival. She did not know which rooms were available and did not have any of the keys ready for us. It looks as if even the management did not inform its employees of bookings or make sure they are ready for occupancy. If the management is that inattentive to their main role of running the hotel, I was not surprised that it translated to having clueless employees. Apart from that, the rooms were all dirty and unkempt. Some rooms that were given to use even still had the used items of the pervious tenants in them. Apparently the receptionist was the only person at the hotel at the time, so there was no cleaning or maintenance done. There was no other personnel for cleaning or even for watching the front desk while she was handling us. Toilets and other items were falling apart. Even the door to one room had a broken lock, but was still given to us as there were no others left available. There were also no clean towels available for majority of the rooms and guests. Only a few were on hand, and these had to be removed from other rooms as well from those who had their own. Total waste of money. Photos here on Google must be from the first time the place opened, as it looked nothing like those in real life. While it had a good location, being near a main road, the hotel itself is not worth staying at even if you are on a budget. Would totally not recommend.

WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD!! Room was terrible, had mice and bugs, no hot water in the shower and sheets and towels were dirty. Staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. STAY AWAY.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom looks unclean. Bedsheets looks old and the air-conditioned unit seems not functioning well. But the staff are attentive and friendly.

Stay was fine, just their AC kind of not cleaned up for quite some time already since it does't get cold that much and i kept on sneezing due to dust from the AC was the room and the staff are great

horrible not only for the room, I have never complained about the rooms, the few times the water came it was very weak, if you saw it running you had to take the opportunity to take a shower otherwise you risked not having one for the whole day. there wasn't even a toilet brush, the WiFi went and didn't work, but I can't blame them for that, it happens often here... and in any case more than 30 euros for a room like this is a steal, even in the period of the masskara Festival... never again with oyo... I never give negative reviews but this time I have to

You get what you pay for. The rooms are small, just enough for two people. Might be a tighter fit if you're sharing it with two or more. The air conditioning is terrible. Despite having it on for hours, the room did not feel cold at all. I personally did not feel comfortable enough to lay down on the bed and get proper sleep because of this strange smell in the room. While the beds were kept in proper order, I was concerned as to whether the bedsheets and pillow covers were cleaned before hand. The toilet was also too small. Overall, the experience was not pleasant but the location is nice as there are lots of stores and restaurants accessible.

Came on time for the check-in but entered more or less an hour later as they said the people who booked our room hasn’t arrived yet. They have let me use a room that is not to my liking and didn’t give me other options as well. The room was tidy but there’s a used towel left in the bathroom. The staff said that we’ll just move to our room at night but we ended up using the room we didn’t book anyway. Many weren’t able to use their booked rooms as well while some were sent elsewhere at that time. So disappointed. I’d rather not book there again if I want a hassle free stay.

Only thing going for this place is the location within the heart of Bacolod City, close proximity to the mall and 7-11 and since it's located within the inner streets, it's pretty quiet. Otherwise, avoid if you aren't in a rush or budget constraints. Staff will serve you with a frown. Did not provide toiletries, blanket and towels. Although it should have been included in the price and front desk admitted they forgot to clean the towels that's why it wasn't provided. Rooms are cramped and the toilet fixtures don't work. The sink gets easily clogged, same with the shower drain. Toilet wasn't clean and it's hard to move around inside.

Downtown and great service. No TVs but cheap rates and great location near Ayula Malls and Immigration, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

Abysmal hotel. Small dirty rooms. Restroom decrepit with shower not working and wash basin detached from the wall and discharging directly on the floor (room 34). Aircon extremely noisy. No redeeming features

Unfortunately, my colleagues and I were given a room where the beddings (pillows, pillow cases, blanket, bed sheets) were all stinky. The room was made to look like it’s clean but obviously, the beddings weren’t washed at all after being used by different clients for quite some time. The vent inside the bathroom was thick with dirt and the toilet bowl was moving (it was detached from the floor). Staff was okay except for when I requested for an extra blanket and they gave me towel instead. I hope they look into this matter and ensure quality of facilities and staff.

The sheets and pillows smelled, the bathroom was filthy, you can tell the floors weren't swept or mopped, even the hot water device wasn't dusted, the walls were stained with what looked like bodily fluids, and the room itself smelled. The photos should speak for themselves.

Definitely needs more improving. Staff was very helpful though the bed of the room had stayed in has bed bugs and I wasn't able to have a good night's rest for the 2days I stayed there. Even if I asked the front desk to clean up, still had the bites. But budget wise, this is a good call for a stay in Bacolod.

I did not continue my booking, coz the 2 rooms I check are not good. The place is dirty with broken waterline and lavatory. The linens are dirty and with stains and looks like the rooms are not clean.

Although it is in the city center, you will still need to ride a jeepney to go to most of Bacolod's attractions. The budget accommodation is perfect for travelers who want to save on room rates. It is clean and well-maintained. The staff are approachable.

For back packers coming in Bacolod City this is the place for you. To avail discount, just book using the OYO app. No food and drinks offered but the place is very near the Ayala mall, food hubs, eateries and seafood restaurant. Night food stands are just a block away.

Sorry! but i just want to be honest. this stay was just to have a good sleep coming from a 5 hours drive and few hours lay over going to Ilo-ilo. BUT EVERYTHING WAS NOT WHAT I'VE EXPECTED. -DUSTY CURTAINS AND AC -NO WATER PRESSURE ON THE 4TH FLOOR(WE WERE NOT ABLE TO TAKE A BATH BEFORE WE GO) -UNABLE TO FLASH THE TOILET -ME AND MY WIFE WOKE UP 3:30AM BECAUSE OF SINUSITIS (FOUND OUT THAT THE SHEETS ARE RECYCLED NOT WASHED) OVERALL - I WONT RECOMMEND FOR A BUDGET HOSTEL

I made a reservation and confirmed my booking days before I checked in. When I arrived, they told me they had no available rooms however, I already have a confirmed booking from them. They told me to book 2 rooms instead and to cancel my reservation, so I had to pay twice than what I originally had to pay for.

Friendly Staff, affordable price for the place but need to change the towels and shower curtain, and for the room with two occupants I think it needs to dispense at least two sachet of shampoo. overall satisfied for the price.

No running water for the duration of my stay, staff was already asleep at 12midnight. No staff present at around 3am with the main doors locked. If you have travel plans that will require you to check out at 3-4am you will have a hard time doing so as there are no staff present that can assist you and no way to contact them considering there is a sign on the main door that says open 24hrs.
