    It was an excellent stay at Sanctuary Transient House. We had a good night sleep. The room is perfect for a group or family. Room is clean and AC was cold. Garden area was excellent to hangout. Location a bit inside the street. But easy access to Robinson mall. Nearby Ruins terminal, Banago port and bus terminal. Staff are super friendly. Highly recommended.

    Staff are friendly, always helping you.. 1 ride with jeep everywhere, clean and relaxing/quiet place. one of the best place to stay inside Bacolod city.

    The place is nice and clean. Its very comfortable, it feels like I am in my own home. The staff are friendly and very hospitable, the place is accessable to food deliveries too. They also have kitchen if you want to cook your own food. A five star for my stay.

    The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and every staff were delightful and eager to help!  They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this for anyone visiting here.

    All the house staff were all so friendly and helpful, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. the grounds of this lovely transient house are also a big bonus one and only transient house in bacolod with a big outdoor and indoor seating to relax. this place is the right place to stay if you in a budget mood. I will be back next masskara.

    First time in the Philippines and my girlfriend chose this place to stay and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised, staff were very friendly and the place was clean and would certainly stay there again

    The staff were so helpful and friendly. They met all of our needs and went above and beyond what was asked. They led us to local places that helped our needs. When we left at 4am they were there to open the gate so we could leave. One of the most pleasant stays we ever had. I would highly recommend this place.
