Place is great, but it comes with a lot of unnecessary inconveniences. Firstly, we booked 3 rooms in advance. Their staff confirmed that our rooms were reserved but we got a text message telling us that they gave one of our rooms to someone else. I didn’t complain because they offered to reserve another room to replace the room the offered to someone else. Then, another issue came up when we arrived at the location. Our reservation was not recorded. They only offered to put us on the wait list in case someone cancels. Seriously? I spoke to the owner and her daughter (who was managing the resort) and they only told me that they couldn’t do anything because the one handling the reservations wasn’t staying onsite and they didn’t really communicate. I managed to speak with their “reservation staff” and finally got two rooms to ourselves. Now, everything finally seemed to go as planned but no it did not. They highlighted relaxation in their advertisement but this resort is definitely not a place where you can relax. They do not limit karaoke hours. It’s 12 midnight, you expected to be enjoying a relaxing sleep but no you’re not gonna have it. Other tenants were still partying at this holy hour.

The place is very nice. But because it's a new resort, there are some parts that are under construction.

The water is extremely cold (but all natural) and the water is not stagnant, from the pool water is flowing down to the rice fields. There are no scent of chlorine and I believe there isnt any because the water goes to the rice field. The pools are children friendly, they are 2 pools for options on swimming. Mountain view nearby looks beautiful. They provide foods and drinks, swimwear and some toys for kids. The menu is affordable and reasonable in price, and theyyyyy cook well. The food was good Eheh. Cottage costed 500 pesos each, and 80 pesos (50 for kids) entrance fee with swimming included. They have enough parking space, cottages and etc.

The cold mountain air from the DSB mountains makes this place an ideal place for a stopover. Food is good at prices you cant go wrong. Inexpensive yet classy. Highly recommended for weekend getaway together with your families

I guess all the other visitors here were day visitors, there just to use the pools, rent the umbrellas, and eat in their so- called restaurant. My experience was a little more than that. We were checked in for two days. The room costs PH 2,500.00 a night. When I saw the room I was appalled. First it had bare walls; it had cheap cartoon character printed bed sheets and cover; a TV rack on the wall, a cable, but no TV. Worst of all, the bathroom—it simply was an insult. It has a sink, a toilet just inches in front of it, and a big bucket, again just inches to the side. There was a blue PVC pipe running along the floor that supplied water to the sink and bucket through plastic valves. It was a very cramped bathroom. It turned out they want guests to scoop water out of the bucket to take a bath. As if that was not enough, there was the situation with the AC—the fan was running but the compressor wasn’t, because the voltage in the place was too low to run it. The lights in all the rooms blinked, especially at night. This situation was not isolated. I say this, because it was a reunion and all the rooms were occupied by the clan. I looked and photographed other rooms. The complaints were varied but all negative. A bad review would give 1 star. On this, I would be lying if I gave it 1 but I have to, otherwise I can’t finish the review because it won't take anything less than 1. Before you give this place a good review, make sure you have checked in. Of course, because of our complaints, they would probably renovate the place. So if you go and you don’t see any of the things in my review, then they already have. For now, don’t waste your money there.

The place is very cold so be ready with your jackets or sweaters. Ot has excellent view of the mountains. And there are lots of cafes and other attractions nearby.

The place is just along the road going to San Carlos City. Serves good coffee and full meals. The view of the mountains while eating makes it an ideal place for stopovers

Amazing view but could do a lot more on maintenance. It seems like they built the place and forget about it. They could have repainted the pools, etc and maintained the restaurant. There were some dirt inside the kiddie pool that the kids were hesitant to swim at first. The service was amazing though.

Food is okay. It buttered shrimp tasted great but was hard to peel the shell. The sisig was spicy and oily, but also good with rice. We only went there to eat and not stay. So for now my review is solely based on the food.

Nice view. Good food. Accomodating staff. Got the chance to meet the owners Nay Del and her mom. They are friendly and humble. They showed us the place and told us about the future plans of the resort. They just opened this year and people are already coming to visit tje place. Child friendly swimming pools and good parking spaces.
