Booked a seaview king size bed room. We got a wall view with two single beds. Room smells like a construction site. Easy access to the mall and friendly staff. But forgot the extra pillows we requested because they only have one per bed :/

It was a comfortable stay for a conference. With easy access to SMX Bacolod, you can never go wrong if you choose to stay in this hotel. Equipped with amenities such as the pool, veranda and co-working space with outlet that would surely enable you to do your work. Their superior room is spacious with comfortable pillows and linens. Also commending their complimentary breakfast, which is superb with lots of options to choose from.

If you are planning to have a great vacation with your family, I would definitely recommend this one! I was really having a hard time looking for a hotel where my family and I can stay and enjoy, but this hotel surprise me. We had so much fun staying, especially with the room itself which was exceptional and spotless, I almost decided to just stay in the room whole day 😀 What a great experience.

Nice clean room. No carpet. Room cleaning needs to be more consistent. Cannot forget to provide towels or floor mat or hand towels. Corners need to clean properly too. Front desk service is good. Best part is that it is beside a super huge mall. Lotsa eateries and a big supermarket.

Park Inn Hotel Bacolod location is so convenient .SM mall is right next door. We enjoyed our 2 wks stay feeling so at home. Continental breakfast I love , I’m so impressed with the variety of food choices offered ,from the Filipino native food to western world food, kudos to the chef . The staff are friendly and attentive to our needs I would not hesitate to stay at Park Inn on our future visits

Our overall experience with Park Inn was pretty pleasant, my husband and kid enjoyed it but a day before our check out I personally requested to extend one more night as needed with our logistic concerns. The front office lady told me they’re full booked for the next day which by the way a Monday. So I told my husband we cnt extend, pretty soon enough my husband went to front office and requested to extend and not a surprise they were able to extend us another night. I see some inconsistencies with how the hotel treat the guests. Not sure if it’s a bit of discrimination or what? Not a pleasant feeling for me.

They just recently opened by the time of my visit. The stay was quite pleasant and the hotel being connected to the SM mall is a plus! The pool is nice too, the breakfast is not as generous as their Iloilo branch, but it's very fulfilling. One of my gripes during my stay was the noise coming from somewhere, like there is a major renovation going on one floor above, and the AC keeps resetting! I wake up late in the night sweating profusely because the AC didn't kick in, they ought to fix that.

Comfort, convenience, and kind staff enhanced our stay here in Bacolod while on business. The beds and bedding were comfortable (and I'm very picky when it comes to pillows). Our housekeeping staff, Jori, Madoa, and Ryan, were amazing as were all of the staff in the hotel - so friendly and helpful. I was concerned about international plugs and adapters, but the hotel has USB ports as well as plugs that work for US devices. I was able to plug in my Macbook without having to use an adapter. The hotel gives the option to add on the breakfast buffet, which I highly recommend. The restaurant staff were also super friendly (Marion, Krystal, Carlo, and Phillip). There's a great variety in the food served and unlike hotel buffets in the US, many of the dishes change each day. We also dinner ate at the hotel restaurant a couple of times. Their chicken inasal was delicious as was the fish I had. Park Inn is also attached to the SM mall, giving you convenient access to stores and several restaurants.

Stayed here for 4 nights at their Junior Suite. The room is huge with a separate living room. The room is also big with two twin beds. Like the other Radisson hotels, its connected to an SM Mall. Great value for money! Great convenient location! Good buffet breakfast.

Great spacious rooms that offer more than the usual! Park Inn was not my first choice but they completely made a fan out of me. It's a great hotel that offer awesome rooms and an equally awesome location. Interiors: white was overwhelmingly evident throughout the hotel lobby and restaurant however the contrast created by the dark accents and bright colors of the furnitures worked really well and broke the silence of the white interiors. The hotel lobby felt very spacious and gave me a sense of not having enough lounge furnitures to seat the guests. Despite that, the whole area was sparkling clean which really left a good impression on me. On the second floor you will find the hotel ammenities. It has a small gym with a couple of treadmills and some basic free weights. It's enough for a quick sweat but not for a serious lifting session. Beyond the foyer was the hotel pool and bar. Again on the ammenities deck you will notice that there are very few lounge furnitures around. Rooms: The superior room I booked was surprisingly spacious. I opted for a king bed and it was a joy having that bed for my own. Pillows were very comfortable and the linens were great. The room even had a mini fridge and an iron and ironing board things I did not expect for the room and price I paid. Another big plus factor was that you can mirror content from your smartphone to their TV. Location: Situated over at the northwing of SM City Bacolod, Park Inn gives you direct access to the mall for more dining options and souvenir shopping. Getting a cab is quite easy with plenty of taxis and grab cars around. The only downside is you that the supermarket is quite a long walk over at the southwing. Service: All the staff from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping were all genuinely warm and friendly. All my requests were accommodated and this was done with a very friendly smile. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Park Inn Bacolod. The only thing I regret was not staying long enough to fully enjoy this lovely hotel.

The food was great, but the service is terrible. One girl passed me many times, but did not ask if I wanted more water. She didn't to see if I need more coffee, dessert, water, or anything.

Don't come here. The service of this place and places like it is the reason why you can't travel to the "province" and expect any realy type of logic and or customer service. Called here 3 times before coming and asked when I can check-in and if I could check in early. First time they didn't know. 2nd time 1-2pm and call later to see if early check in is okay. 3rd time yes early check in is okay. When i arrive, 3pm is the check in. And Now it is 314 pm been sitting here for over 2 hours and still can't check in. No sorry no discount. No nothing. And definitely don't see Roxanne at reception she is useless.

An excellent place and room is just amazing. I had the Jr suite and it was very clean and big. Staff was just very polite. I highly recommend this hotel, specially if you will get the ferry to boracay early next morning. The location is just 7 min away from terminal.

I had an opportunity to stay the night in this hotel. We had the suite and it was such a wonderful experience. It was disappointing that it didn't have room service but it being accessible to so many good restaurants was good enough compensation. They have a very good restaurant Arima although their free buffet breakfast wasn't that impressive.

We checked in for a weekend stay on just their 5th day soft opening and we got the introductory discount, were given the best room close to the pool and gym, and waited on and attended by the best staff from front desk to bell hop to guard! We enjoyed the pool so much, with an even 4ft depth throughout, with well appointed outdoor spaces, large artful wall mural, and the best comfy clean-smelling large pool towels ever! To cap it off, the complimentary generous Filipino breakfast…just the perfect stay. Honestly, we enjoyed ourselves so much, we forgot to shop SM, where Park Inn is smartly located. I will certainly be back whenever I am in Bacolod. Thanks, guys! The 3 ladies from 229:)

Things i love: comfy bed and pillow, steam iron with stand, fast internet connection, and breakfast buffet. Things I didn’t like: Location of cabinet is quite inconvenient for me, bathroom needs some maintenance (loose sink, weird toilet smell), bathroom slippers are too thin, no bottled water given (though there are water dispensers at the end of the corridors) and toiletries are not packed individually (dispensable bottles were only provided). Staff at the reception desks were very warm and accommodating but they need to add more since they cannot keep track/have an updated list of all their bookings.

Also the lobby team they are so attentive to help us every morning for breakfast. We would like to THANK YOU all because of the caring and hard work that provided during our stay. Stayed here while visiting relatives in Negros. Enjoyed it immensely. Staff are very kind, accommodating and they go out of your way to make your stay a pleasant one. The rooms are clean, well kept and the bed was pretty comfy too. The hotel is literally IN SM Bacolod meaning you can leave the hotel and enter the mall as you please. And the finally the value for money is extremely hard to beat. Highly recommend. Be aware, kind and considerate of the staff that work here please, they do an amazing job.

I usually eat here for lunch with family or friends. The food is great. The waiters and waitresses are very accommodating. Their chinatown dish is a must try, also their kare-kare and bistek tagalog. The mango shake float is super yummy.

We really loved this place! The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. Our rooms were quite spacious and pleasantly decorated. I loved that they also provided some cookies, and I appreciated the free instant coffee and complimentary toiletries. I also appreciated that the TV had a personal greeting on it. I liked that it was connected to SM. I thought we would have to cross a bridge like in Park Inn Iloilo, but you just pass through a door and you’re already right in the middle of the mall. The buffet food was also very pleasant. We especially enjoyed the vegetables. The breakfast food was also decent, and the restaurant and lobby were all beautiful decorated. Overall, our stay was very comfortable, and we will definitely be staying here again when we visit Bacolod.

Breakfast buffet was terrible. You cant eat anything aside from disgusting corned beef (taste like Carne Norte) bland fried chicken and saddest western station I ever experience in my entire life! Pool is not for hotel level but most likely condo pool. Zuri Hotel is way way better!

Celebrated the earliest Christmas party with the family. We were more than 20, including children aged below 5. We were given a function room and with a rate for consumables, based from their menu sans drinks. The room was spacious enough, we had a wheelchair, a stroller and a high chair, with extra tables. Random requests were acted upon by a friendly crew - a high chair, additional serving spoons, more than 10 serves of service water, and the never-ending requests for taking pictures. Food servings were enough. We even had a take out. They were also served warm enough.

WE DID NOT GET THE SUITE WE BOOKED A MONTH AGO. The worst that could happen to a guest just happened to us here. We booked a suite like a month ago. When we arrived there, very tired from a long trip and excited to see our suite, WE WERE INFORMED THAT ALL THE SUITES WERE BOOKED AT THE MOMENT. We booked through Agoda and paid already so there was no way they can refund us anymore. It was the worst but my boyfriend handled it well. The manager actually talked to us. He said to give him a call if we decide to book at other Radisson hotel so he could make arrangements but also informed us that he could just try. No assurance about it. We've been to Radisson Blu Cebu and the experience there was fantastic, so we were expecting the same excellent service from this other hotel. We were disappointed. We were given a smaller room instead (forgot the room, either superior or deluxe). Tired and hungry, we just agreed and went to our hotel room after the check in process. We went to the restaurant and was greeted with frowns by their staff! They were all frowning like they aren't happy with their jobs. It's quite a bit of a surprise for us because before Park Inn, we were at Dusit Thani Manila, The Forest Lodge Baguio, Waterfront Cebu- all the staff there, including the restaurant- has been very courteous and smiley. I think the place has a lot of potential, given that the location is very ideal. Just need to better their service- the mistake on their part of not reserving a suite on our booked dates and the frowning restaurant staff- these has to change. I hope what happened to us never happen to anybody again. It was very disappointing. But good thing about this hotel is that it's connected directly to the mall. The security guards there were very helpful- they taught us the InDrive app which really helped us get around the city. The bartender was very nice, too. And the hotel look good- modern. Hope if we ever get back here it'll be better. There's so much potential for this hotel. I didn't take pictures of the room as I'm disappointed of the situation we were in.

Don't go to their Arima Resto! Worst Father's Day! Waited for 30 minutes just for drinks only to be told one drink we ordered wasn't available! Waited for an hour for the food, only to be told it wasn't ready because they weren't sure if we were there for their Father's Day set lunch which we reserved 3 days before!!!😡 Worst place!!! No system at all!

Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod is a 3-star hotel complete with an outdoor deck pool with a bar, a mini gym, 24-hour concierge, and sleek and comfy rooms. I stayed for 7 days in this hotel for work and it’s really decent. It’s a hotel that’s more digitized than its counterparts at this level. From card keys to elevators, from airconditiong to the smart TV, almost everything has central control. For instance the Smart Tv is the main medium through which the hotel communicates with guests. Once you enter the room there’s a welcome message for you in the TV’s screen. The hotel also use the Tv for notices (e.g., construction was ongoing so the hotel warned guests of noise). The menu for room service is also found in the TV. The airconditioning in the room is automatized, if you want to override this you can request for manual control of the thermostat. The deck pool is at the second level and while it isn’t a lap pool, it’s decent enough for drills or a quick dip. Note that the pool area is busy every Friday and Satruday night as the deck is also a bar open to the public. The mini gym has two treadmills and an elliptical, one bench, and a set of dumbells. It has enough space for floor exercises but there is no yoga mats available. The rooms are really comfy and the bed is very cozy. The lights of the open closet is motion sensored which can be annoying at times specially when it turns off while you’re fixing things. There’s an iron and an ironing rack as well. The bathroom has a steady flow of hot and cold water. The bidet however is fixed instead of hand-held and this requires a bit of getting used to. Complimentary cotton buds, shower gel, shampoo, nail file, cotton pads, and toothpaste are also available. Hair dyer can be found under the lavatory. Front desk is really nice. They helped me extend my stay and even allowed me to transfer to a room with one queen-sized bed instead of two singles (I don’t have anyone with me :p ) They also suggested I find laundry service outside of the hotel if I needed to wash a load of clothes instead of charing me per piece. Try SPINDOCTORS laundry. They will pick your laundry from the front desk and deliver it back within the day if you want it rushed for an additional fee. The staff (housekeeping & wait staff in the function halls and resto) were all nice and helpful. Food was also good. Their breakfast buffet offers a wide enough range of food but not too much that it becomes overwhelming . They have bacon daily which is nice and theh also have an omelette bar. They also have ala carte meals. I love their burger, their halu-halo, and their custard flan cake. The hotel is also connected to the mall so you have easy access to shops and other dining options. There’s also an Anytime Fitness in the mall. I loved the art space gallery they have in the lobby. This space connects to the function halls for events and conferences. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. It is also relatively near to tourist places in Bacolod such as the Manukan Country place for Chicken Inasal, the Cathedral, Negros Museum, and even the Capitol if you like walking. :)

Park Inn by Radisson is great place to dine and relax. It is one of the newest hotels in the city and certainly one of the besylt. It also has its own designated parking space. Anyone that books this place either for a stay or a conference would get to enjoy SM Bacolod as well with all the shops and restaurants the mall has to offer.
