The staff are accommodating, very friendly as well. SM and other malls are just walking distance from the hotel. The dining area however is very limited, maybe that's the reason why breakfast is from 6am to 10am. The single room assigned to me was very spacious. as we had a nice stay,will definitely stay again in this hotel when I come back to Bacolod.

rooms are nice and clean. @850 we enjoyed a fridge and free drinking water. working air-conditioning and complete toiletries ( with free face mask) .very accessible too.

Bath towels were ratty with big holes in them. Fortunately we were only here overnight due to a missed bus. We wouldn't stay here again if they gave us the room... or paid us to stay here.

room has no noise barrier and no standby generator, but the space and cleanliness of the room is good.

New hotel with grand opening today(21/10), the room facilities are just average , too confused using TV to see the movie programme, breakfast is just average, poor tasted coffee . Its location is great , quite near central market bacolod and SM city shopping mall. Blanket is inadequate for one person use. Only one soap for my body, face ,hand and other parts. I rated this hotel just average.

If you’re looking for affordable and a nice place to stay in Bacolod city, I’d definitely recommend Bell Hotel. They have an ongoing promo for an overnight stay and it only costs Php 899 (good for 2-3 pax) if you’re fully vaccinated. They also have short stay promos such as Php 299 for 3 hours and Php 799 for 7 hours. They are also located in Downtown area which is very convenient in terms of food and transportation. They also provide toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush, tissue, and toothpaste. Their bathroom is clean, has bidet, and toilet paper. What I didn’t like was their broken elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor so it was kinda tiring to go up. Nevertheless, we definitely enjoyed our stay here. ☺️

Did not accomodate our stay and cancelled the last minute. I hope you can do better than this.

Best place to escape outages. Super love the per hour promo. The place is clean and cozy. Place might give you different vibe but the people there are honest .

Excellent staff, very accommodating. Rooms are beong renovated so there is some noise. We asked to be moved to a room at the back of the hotel for less street noise which they did. The mew room had a window but not much light as it pointed out to ac ducts. Ac unot is old and very noisy. Good central location. Room is big but the beed is pished into a corner? Why not just remove the head board fr the wall and reposition it so the bed isn't jammed into the corner.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were clean, and the wifi is fast. Breakfast was also good. However, the aircon on the room we stayed was so noisy(squeky sounds like) that you cannot sleep.

Grate location. But for guests looking for a room with jacuzzi, this room has a jacuzzi. Sadly was not working. Also massage room service require advance appoitment. Front desk is reluctant to accept outside therapists. Front desk lady very nice and profesional.
