625 pesos per night is an inexpensive price for a very basic but clean and nice room. This place is very suitable for short stay visitors that like go keep things simple and inexpensive.

good price for aircon room 750peso, San Carlos much cleaner than dumaguete and no smoke from burning leaf including plastic. also no more plastic bag in citymall and some bakery!!! fresh air. :-) nice town

Great price/quality ratio. San Carlos isn't a nice town and everyone was trying to rip us off but in this hotel we felt really safe. Glad I had a chance to stay in Skyland

Location is great since transportation in the area is ranging only from ₱10 but however, Sheets were dirty full of stains, Unhygienic! even the blankets are also dirty.

Just a good solid place to lay your head down. They have reasonable prices and good food menu. It's in San Carlos town proper, close to the pier ferry and night markets. The rooms are pretty basic, no kettle but there is drinking water available for free in the office/restaurant. Even have covered parking for your motorcycle of you need it. Staff was friendly and courteous 👍

Nice place for an evening, clean and the food is good, they do room service. Also have parking for your vehicle with a night guard. All in all for the price wasn't disappointed and was located right next to the ferry port. All staff very friendly. Thanks! :)

A home far away from home. The ambiance is very cozy and clean. Will absolutely stay there again. With all the basic amenities covered. With very affordable rates. Our accomodation cost P915 with a single and a double bed. Gaisano mall and city mall is within walking distance from the hotel. San Carlos is one of the friendliest city we visited so far. Highly recommended.

Chef who cooks breakfast arrives 7:30am, he should come to work early especially for road tripper guests like us who is on the move. There is a Jollibee nearby, but we waited for the chef anyway, we ate 8am already (an hour late from our planned iten) Only a wall divides the hotel from a cemetery, doesn't bother me except my wife. Overall it was ok.

OK place to stay, clean with excellent simple food available, Filipino and Western, great breakfasts. Nice linens. Wifi good, plenty of off street parking. Convenient for the new mall and gaisano but not too near as to be noisy.

Nice and clean room with aircon for only 750 pesos. The food is also very good. 10 minutes walking from the bus terminal. And 10 minutes walking from the ferry port if you want to reach Sipaway Island or cebu
