The experience was quite disappointing as some of the attractions we're closed and some of the fences were already empty. We paid for 695 pesos per adult. Parking is free. Though there are toys and souvenirs available for purchase at a reasonable price. I have also uploaded here the Tour Map as there was no tour Guide available...

It was a fun experience. Since we were in a group, we had an assigned tour guide, which was insighful throughout the tour, but the transition was a bit too fast. You can safely feed and take some photos of the animals. The best part is the tiger encounter where you have to ride a closed jeep and have the big cats go near your vehicle. Highly recommend if you're within the area.

My family went here early this year, it was a fun experience for all of us, our favorite was the Tiger encounter and feeding the Crocodiles, kinda scary up-close but really good experience especially for our baby. I hope they will put my animals and activites inside the Zoo, It was far but worth it.

It will take 45-60minutes to drive from the city central to Zoobic Safari. Since there arw no post lights along the way, it is advisable to visit it during the day esp. the park closes at 4pm. I've been here twice 12-14 years ago (2011-2013) and it is so different now. Before there was a tram that you need to ride on and it will take you to the sites. Now they require you to drive your own car and go down everytime you want to visit an animal site. This was very tiring for us even though I am just driving. Maybe it is still advisable for them to make a "friendly" walkway because I think people will still be motivated to walk 5 hectares if there's always something interesting to see while walking. The staff discouraged us to walk which takes away the whole "jungle vibe" when you drive. There are fewer animals now compared to before. The only interesting in this zoo is the Tiger Ride which excited my child and the child in me. The 1:30pm animal show needs some improvement as usually they only showed farm animals. Though I commend the show hosts who made full effort to entertain us. There was a P200 voucher that you can use for food, drinks or a souvenir inside the zoo. But the food lady just replied to me, "the queue is long already Ma'am". Which signalled me that she doesn't want to take orders anymore. So we just spent the voucher on a souvenir toy for my child. Professional printed photos cost P200 per print. Entrance is cheaper if you buy from Klook a day before your planned visit. We tried to purchase online during the day but Klook only allows a day prior for them to process the ticket(s). Back in the day, I'd rate it 4-5. But now I's rate it 2 stars. I only gave it 3 stars because I want people to still visit this place so there will be enough budget to provide food for the animals. I hope they'll renovate the whole place, it had huge potential back in the day.

It is a good place to bring kids and even adults. You can buy a set of fruits to feed the birds and other animals. I honestly think that getting a picture with the tiger is not worth it unless you're the one feeding it and unless you are willing to spend some money for one picture. This place definitely needs some improvement.

It may be the lack of funding or may be the lack of empathy, but this place is animal cruelty on display. Tigers and lions are jailed in small concrete cells that are constantly wet (pictured here). We asked the keepers at the lion encounter if the cells are temporary, and she proudly answered "diyan po sila sir. Pinapakawalan namin sila once a week". There's a random zebra in a dry, dusty enclosure with nothing but a dilapidated hut. No grass, no trees, no toys , just rocks and dry dust. There's a random camel shuttered at a random spot on the way to the tiger safari. There's no conservation and no education happening here. Keepers know nothing about the animals they have except for how many are in the property. One of the keepers at the tiger Safari proudly said they're breeding more white tigers to put on display. The crocodiles are piled on top of each other for lack of population control. They're all trapped in a small enclosure with disgusting water in a pool that's more than too small for the number of animals in here. The entire place is sad and disgusting and should never have existed in the first place.

we are sad that this place is almost a ghost town, i hope this place will get renovated so that people will come back and the employee's will be happy to see lots of people coming. we just went here and we are surprised that this is not the same as before, now you will use ur own car for the tour except for the safari ride where my kids did not experience the tigers were being fed because they are full already. there are lots of lions and tigers i hope they can feed them well.. btw book a ticket from Klook the day before cause its cheaper.

Review dated April 2 2022 The place is a bit rundown. Most attractions have been closed including all the restaurants. The good part is some amazing animals are still in the place. Lions, Tigers, a horse, 2 donkeys, a pinto, a friendly zebra, several dwarf horses, an ox, a camel, crocs, cows, and carabaos. This time the tigers were just lazy and lying around. There are no longer service vehicles to ferry you around so you need to use your own private vehicle to give yourself a tour. The good part is you can stay at a certain attraction as long as you want. The place is so rundown that shelters and fences are falling apart. The horses and zebras and ox though are well taken care of seeing how well built and spritely they are. Be sure to visit since anyway you look at it it's an experience a young child will surely enjoy. The 695 pesos adult fee and 595 kids under 4 ft fee you pay will surely help in keeping the animals well taken cared of. It's summer so bring a bottle of water because the place gets hot. One more thing. The area is in the middle of the forest far from anywhere. Most of the time there is no phone signal.

Good place to give kids an idea of what a zoo is. Unfortunately, it seems like it has been under maintained. Maybe due to the pandemic. You can feed the animals with extra fee.

Had lots of fun here, got to really experience the wild part of the zoo feeding and holding animals. They were very safe and helpful when handling the animals. Lots of fun for the whole family. Will come back and spend more time with the family. Standing in line was the longest part of the visit. We probably stood in line for 10 minutes otherwise everything was great. Enjoyed a Mango and watermelon shake which was very good. Would recommend.

if you have been to other safari rides you wont enjoy this one. New rules is you have to take your own car to go inside the safari ride, once inside you can stop by the animals because they are still caged not an actual safari ride where tourists can encounter the animals while you’re in your car. The tiger ride is the only highlight of the tour, although sometimes they wont even go near the safari car because they are full. When we went there the big tiger was vomiting because they overfed it. It looks painful to watch. Overall children and adults can still enjoy it.

It's a nice experience because you can drive your own car through the attractions and there are not a lot of visitors atm. Feeding the crocodiles and lions is worth it. About 5 attractions not available atm. The zoo looks abandoned. A lot of animals are gone and also a lot of cages have been destroyed. The animals seem to be hungry and there was a cow with wounds and flies were laying eggs in the wounds. 600 pesos for a visit per person. They don't seem to care about the animals. If you love animals then don't go here. Feeding the animals needs to be payed extra.

Zoobic Park itself is a bit small, it won’t take too much time going around. The animals also look tired and unhappy. Maybe they could add more of each species, or add more species as well. But what made the ticket worth it were the tiger encounters and crocodile feeding. It was super fun!

Lots of animals to see. It was fun feeding them. Good for the kids. Had lots of fun. The overnight stay was satisfactory. The issue was that no trams were available at the time of our visit, so bring your own car or get your taxi to take you around the safari. Food is expensive, so bring your own or prepare your wallet. If overnight stay, brownouts are a thing so maybe bring a portable fan and/or flashlights.

The show was worth it for me. Tickets were around 900 per head with a 200 GC you can use on souvenir or food. They charge 50 per head if you want to ride the tram. The night safari was entertaining, barn animals and other domesticated animals were trained to walk or run with no leashes on the runway. Tiger safari was good too. The place could use some landscaping and repainting as the place looks dated. However, I'm plenty happy with the experience!

Incredible experience! Close encounter with lion, ostrich, zebra, tiger and then tiger safari where 1 or many tigers will climb on your van and tou can actually feed them. Also you can take photographs while feeding tiger with milk bottle, don’t worry professional trainer will be with you for all safety measures. Another world is reptile park where you can see lots of reptiles. Crocodile park is the extraordinary things as you can take baby crocodile in your hands can take photographs instantly printed. Animal show is there and there are many many photo booths with owls, birds, ponies, rabbits and turtles. Overall it was lifetime experience. Must do it when you plan to go Subic in Philippines. Also no need to walk..you can drive your own car as well.

Our visit left me feeling SO heartbroken for the animals at Zoobic. Many of them looked unhealthy, neglected, and malnourished. The day was scorching hot, but some animals didn't even have water in their enclosures. The enclosures were muddy and sometimes in disrepair or lacking shade. I was deeply saddened to see the big cats penned up in such cramped cement spaces. They were pacing around in circles, obviously agitated and stressed. Also, there were three baby cubs! Yes, they are cute, but if Zoobic is having a difficult time caring for the animals they already have, they need to be responsible and not allow them to reproduce. I also understand that there's a limited number of employees because of the pandemic, and, to their credit, all of the employees we met were friendly and helpful. However, the focus of the management should be more on the care and restoration of these animals and their living conditions. I won't tell people not to visit because I want Zoobic to have the finances to care for their animals, but I also can't recommend such a sad experience. My family and I cannot stomach another visit unless some major changes happen in the future.

Zoobic Safari is the Only Tiger Safari in the Philippines located in the heart of the forest of Subic Bay Freeport Zone, is a 25-hectare amusement park, can also reach out and interact with the friendly animals in the petting zoo, including deer, albino caribous, ferrets, monkeys

Awful. Badly maintained. Nothing explained. Birds are jammed into tiny cages, filthy everything. The wild pigs are missing from their enclosure, from the general state of the park I would bet money they were eaten. Avoid.

Nice and very quiet place although some animals are here. This area is used for many party, small and big event, like debote, school event like project presentation, catering venue, movie and teleserye shooting, or even family clan and brotherhood reunion, has parked for everybody like sweethearts, husband and wife, boyfriends and girlfriends, even friendly meeting and family relaxation. Its a simple and good place for refreshing your mind, body and soul. I visited this place before, one time with my wife and daughter year of 2012, maybe 4 times with my college classmates, we did here project presentation before 2007-08 School Year for HRM course. We Rent and Used the area beside Lake for our project. That time, the entrance gate ticket passes here is P10-15 only per head. Now, i dont have any idea what price the ticket is. Before i dont have phone to take pics so i dont have prof of pics that presentation done to share it with you.

Back then, the the zoo part was a bit short. After the short list of animals under their care, I guess the really attraction here was the race with the ostriches (if and when you decide to go, don't wear red, otherwise you'll be the subject of those big birds) AND the Safari buses where they'll have hungry tigers run after food before us. The guides are then going to throw pieces of chicken on top of the bus, place them by the windows--scary but that's part of the thrill. If in the earlier part of the zoo, the animals were in cages, this time around, its a reversal of places--though our cage are moving buses. Oh boy.

Nice sidetrip if you are in sbma or subic area. They recently open and no age limit so you can bring your kids. You need to use your own vehicle to go around different attractions for guest safety.

Visited zoobic safari yesterday and it is visible that they had been impacted a lot by pandemic. I salute the owner for being resilient. Hopefully, it will be back to normal and would lime to see more animals for my kid. Overall the high light for me is the lions and tigers. I see them very healthy and the safari experience. Get to close with this animals is great

The place is still awesome but it has less animals compared to our last visit in 2017. The animals also looks like they're hungry so we had to spend few more bucks for the lion feeding. PLEASE VISIT ZOOBIC SAFARI SO THAT THE ANIMALS WOULD HAVE ENOUGH FOOD TO EAT.

The place is small, we did not expect it this way. But atleast its not too crowded when we visit. I did not enjoy the lions and tigers. They lack energy. The crocs are lively though, and this PEACOCK who flexes its beauty. HAHA!

Was expecting more - but there were a few animals & they seem kinda lonely. I liked the close encounter with the tiger, but I think there were only 2 tigers during the time. It was hot, so the animals were a bit sluggish. Overall, it's an ok experience.

We went to see the tigers but they are look so miserable. They need to do a show every 10 minutes when new car is coming and then they jump on the car while the driver driving and the poor tiger I afraid on the roof. all this only to make the turist happy. We didn't like it. And I think all the people who really like animals don't need to give hand to this.

kids enjoyed it. weather was sunny, windy and permitting. best bring cap, hat or umbrella. bring sufficient water, snacks/food. on/off data signal instead of the usual TRAM ride, currently private vehicles are allowed inside. the kids enjoyed their brief animal show. our AETA brothers taking part in the presentation. tickets invlusive of all attractions. additional fees for feeding animals and printed photos etc.

It is an OK place to visit. We spent a few hours there. We liked the idea of feeding the tigers while in a well secured vehicle but we had to wait for 40 minutes. When we eventually got there the tigers were full up and just sat there or sleeping and not as we'd hoped with more of a close up contact. I suppose they can't eat all day! Friendly staff. We were able to feed the crocs and a rock! which was interesting and fun for the kids. Tom tried the snake on for size.

We visit this place week, we arrived early and needed to wait for the ticketing office to open at 8am. While waiting we bought coffee in the nearby store. The ticket cost 895 per head and I recommend buying ticket in Klook to have discounted price and free voucher that you can exchange to a souvenir inside the store. Tigers looks healthy and you need to pay P250 pesos if you want to feed tigers. P 200 pesos if you want to feed crocs and P50 pesos for the rabbit etc. Natives of this forest showed to us their cultural dance and they are very friendly. You need to use your own car to explore the entire area except in feeding the tigers you need to transfer to their secured vehicle for your safety.

The zoo is showing signs of age, but I guess it fits well with the environs of Subic? It's like in a tropical rain forest. Good opportunity to interact with some animals. The pair of tigers while we were at the supposedly "close encounter" ride kept to the sides.

Went there on a weekday so there were no lines and only a handful of people were on tour. Having a car is a must coz its a big area and some stations are much farther than the other stations. You can also feed the animals for a minimal fee. The shows are available on a weekend only. You can have your photos taken and printed out in some of the stations for a very affordable price. The guides and staffs were all very friendly, food isn't allowed inside but there's a restaurant inside as well as some other areas where you can purchase snacks. I recommend booking in advance via Klook for discounts, and you'll also get Php200 voucher per head that you can use to purchase food and drinks or stuffed toys from the gift shop. It was a tiring but a fun day overall.

Zoobic Safari for me was a once in a life time zoo! The tour was packed with so many surprises and cheap feedings. Overall the place was light on the wallet but didn’t sacrifice in quality. I have never, before now, seen a liger, and now I have seen 3! I would recommend this to anyone traveling in this area! The staff seem to really love their jobs, which enhances their customers experience. There are genders at various stops and none of them were too expensive! If I travel this way again I will certainly be stopping by again! Bring an umbrella as some portions have no cover and the weather may be unpredictable.

Great place to see a wide variety of animals. I find that the animals are well taken care of. But I think they are in dire need of repairs and refurbishment. Some spots are too broken down already.. and the lion and tiger encounter could be improved a lot, instead of just walking thru a path of caged animals. It looks sad. But kudos for breeding more tigers... From 15 to 52, at least we know here they are taken care of (I hope).

It is a great place to bring the kid. We took the tiger safari and saw the tigers feeding on the car. That was super close to the tiger. And we also feed the crocodile with the chicken drumsticks and took pictures with baby crocodile.

    Zoobic Safari is now open after the lockdown. It is located inside the Subic Bay Freeport. Safe distancing is observed and other health and safety protocols like the wearing of face mask and face shield. In case you forgot to bring one, they sell face mask and face shields. It’s a vast area where they protect animals for education purposes. We however noted that the: bird cages are not as high to allow the birds to fly as it’s their nature; the turtles pond was not cleaned; the close encounter with the tiger “Tom” though short but nonetheless safe because only per family or group of people who went there together are allowed to ride the jeepney that goes inside the area of Tom the tiger and other tigers as well; due perhaps to the lockdown and because they are no visitors, entrance fees were discounted when we went there in December 25, 2020, and funds might have become low to sustain the maintenance of the place and animals, there were few animals left unlike the first time that I went there with my kid and her classmates for an educational tour several years ago;

Coming back to Zoobic Safari as an adult (with our 5yo daughter) isn't the same. It isn't as fun as I remembered. However, my daughter enjoyed a lot and the caretakers mentioned that they do take care of all the animals. That's why, while it's not great for me, I'm giving it 4 stars. It's a great experience for our daughter and all the kids who were there with us.

All the children had a lot of fun but the place is not in very good condition. It has gotten very run down from 10 years ago. The tigers in the drive thru area are over fed and have no interest coming to the jeep. Only one came over and almost had to be forced to eat as the line of people waiting to feed them is huge. Most crocodiles had some to lots of mouth and eye injuries and missing jaw parts. Not the best place for animals...

This is a vast area inside the forest. A variety of animals and birds are kept here in captivity and children will surely enjoy the place. It is informative, educational and helps to generate awareness towards animals and environment. The crocodile park is fantastic with very large numbers of snapping monsters. The proximity is thrilling and enjoyable. The big event is the close encounter with the tigers wherein we board a caged jeep and get the opportunity to see the lethal, long and sharp tiger-canine teeth so close to you. Yes the entire area needs cleaning, painting of cages etc., which I hope the authorities will look into.

Very relaxing place to visit. The place was surrounded by numbers of trees. You can you notice the freshness of air here. Even if it is sunny, you will not feel any discomfort since the place has enough moist and humid to control an ambient temperature that is a little bit low even if it is noon and even the sun is at its peak. If you have kids, I assure that they will enjoy walking along this mini zoo and seeing a numbers of species. The place was also a good spot for taking pictures that can be keep as memories.

Even though the place is pretty and is lively, it is lacking affordable food. Yes, it can be a place where documentaries can be held, it's not quite student friendly because its lacking affordable foods. Aside from that, it's great.

Another place you can visit with your family to enjoy nature and animals. This is also a good venue for vtr's, teleserye and photoshoot too. There's a minimal entrance fee and enough to enjoy the place. Hope the food stores will improve.

Those drinks still have a dead frog dead. The parrots and the big bird don. Eating soil. I don't care for you properly. So from then on I said myself dead somewhere. Even the place is full of dead leaves. This place needs renovation. And this place needs to change staff. Once a month the sweepers are paid clean. (Original) Pumunta ako dito last month. Absolutely incredible experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms were incredible. You can bring your kids but you must follow strict health protocols. My only qualm is the free dinner and breakfast that came with the package. They were too cold upon being served. Would've been great if they were only prepared upon order and not something that was pre-prepared.

Despite heat in the noon and afternoon, it is an enjoyable zoo where wild boars are freely roaming around the entrance. Anyone can pay for a food to feed the selected animals, even wild ones like crocodiles, but in case of lions inside the safari, only the aeta zookeeper are allowed to feed the lions behind the tourist safari vehicle. There is also an Aeta hunter show in the forest. There is a zipline, known as Sky Safari for adrenaline seekers.

  • 3/5 Jared Philip C. 3 years ago on Google
The place was rather difficult to get to (we used Waze) and the entrance road was filled with potholes. The ticket processing was fast though as we got discounted tickets thru klook. In the zoo, you can see that some of the animal cages were already empty, one of the glass cages in the serpentarium was actually broken already. The place just overall just needs a quick clean both for the animals and the visitors. We especially liked the chance to feed some of the animals safely (tiger/lion cubs, crocodile). Close encounter with the adult tigers was fun and thrilling as you get inside a caged jeepney and enter their two-gated pen. However, we were not able to fully experience this as we did not want to pay extra (~200php more i think) HAHA.

Nice place to visit if you need a time off from the busy and noisy life of metro manila. Here you can see various animals like zebra, Buffalo, tiger, lion, the Cross breed liger, snakes, python, spyders and crocodiles. You can also ride the jeep and buy some chicken wings and have the opportunity to feed the tigers. Same with the crocodiles.

The place need a tcl, its worth the travel.to.see lions and tigers face to face they look like statue at first i saw the lion cause they werent moving. Its a bit pricey if you didnt book.online, its more accessible if you have a vehicle.

Animal encounters are an amazing experience. The food is a bit pricey, but yummy. Entrance is reasonable and acceptable. The 200 peso voucher will not be given to individuals not paying full price, such as PWDs and the elderly, who receive discounts. They don't appear to offer any discounts at all. Staffs are nice and friendly.

Fun for the kids, but a bit sad for the parents (due to high price of everything that can be bought inside 😂). The animals look taken cared of, even if they are not in their natural habitat. The place wasn’t very crowded during the tour since we went there on a Thursday.

compared to our last visit 4yrs ago place seems to be degrading , but got to try the tiger experience with just one female tiger during the ride , first area is ok pwd and stroller accesible but the pathway need fixing for a smoother stroller or wheelchair ride. pathway is also senior friendly but need to add more bench and rest stops. close encounter with the tortoise and owl was great for the kids for 50php each experience. for planned trip we highly recommend purchasing in Advance thru their website

Great experience of learning about crocodiles and the opportunity to feed them using a fishing rod. One of the attractions of Zoobic Safari and there are various posters about Freshwater Crocodile of the Philippines. You don't have to go to Palawan to learn about Crocodile and have close encounters with them.

  • 5/5 Jorge T. 9 months ago on Google
Coolest zoo in the Philippines that I have been to. Staff are pleasing. Buy your entrance online to get discounts from third parties. You can’t do this at Zoobic itself because there is no internet signal.

It's been so long since I've gone back to Zoobic and while the facilities have seen better days it's clear the animals are still being taken care of none of their pens or cages were filthy even though it was raining for two days na and open yung area. None of them looked sick, dull, scared, or injured. The staff are greatly accommodating and the location is so deep in the jungle it doesn't feel like a regular zoo at all. It isn't crowded so you can take time exploring too!

  • 5/5 LLowLio 6 months ago on Google
I remember once I was on a jeep with grills and got to feed a tiger. It was a thrilling experience, even though I was nervous at first. Tigers are still big cats, but they can be playful too. The place was beautiful, and I could tell that the animals were well-cared for.

Pretty cool place. The Crocodile Pit and Feeding the Lions was pretty amazing and cool.. it's a must do. They also have a rifle range for shooting cans and stuff. No a lot of animals that you might see in the West or bigger countries,, but it was a nice time and recommend the weekdays as it's not crowded at all...

It was a very fun experience!!! We went there last May 5, 2023, for our educational tour. We saw many zoo animals and some native breeds. There were also many amenities of which you can avail. The guides were also very knowledgeable about the place and its products and services. The Tiger Adventure (I forgot the name of that activity) was a really fun and interactive adventure that I wish to try again soon. Overall, the place is a must-go one if you are in Subic.

Kids friendly and quite a big park, need 2 to 3 hrs yo cover all the attractions, availed online promo of 1990 for 5 pax, just sign up in their website, paying entrance at park is more expensive at 695 each . Overall , visiting the park help employed the local Aetas tribe and also sustained and maintained the park and especially the variety of animals inside the park like the 13 tigers and lions.

  • 3/5 Darrin G. 6 months ago on Google
Interesting place with some cool animals to see. Facilities are somewhat in need of updating/repairing but I'm thinking they are spending most of their budget on animal care, since most of the animals looked healthy and well-fed. The Croco Loco area was the best part, for me.
